Literally anything by B.R. Yeager, especially Negative Space. He's also written a few films, but I haven't been able to get my hands on Cockazoid or Sweet Relief.

Speaking of B.R. Yeager, check out other books published by Apocalypse Party. I haven't bought anything from their authors that I've disliked.

Ghoulish Books is also a pretty great press. I haven't fallen head over heels for their authors the way I have Apocalypse Party's BUT they've got a lotta weird queer shit! I'm reading Let the Woods Keep Our Bodies. Literally stupendous.

I've also been Ingesting Coffin Bell's issues. Issues are quarterly & seem to be entirely free to readers! Seriously, literary mags are a goddamn gift.

I'll shut up about Junji Itou & Mieruko-chan for five goddamn minutes & suggest Panorama of Hell by Hideshi Hino. It's pointless, but the artwork & atmosphere are spectacular. I haven't been able to find this outside of p.iracy sites. I know M.asaaki Nakayama (he wrote P.TSD R.adio & F.uan no T.ane/Seeds of Anxiety) is popular. His art is definitely eerie but I felt like FnT was... eh compared to P.TSD R.adio. Also, Freak Island by Masaya Hokazono is spectacular. I haven't been able to catch up on the manga recently though. I loved his body horror & gore, though. Like, shamelessly so.
