Some GooseMavCarole things because they've been on my mind today

Goose and Carole seem to be a bit more responsible so try to get Mav to wear a helmet but to no avail

Carole likes it when Mav drives fast when she's on the back of his bike

Goose does not

Their usual sleeping arrangement is: Goose flat on his back, Carole curled on his left shoulder/torso, Mav cuddling Goose's right arm while curled up into a ball

Sometimes Bradley sleeps on Goose’s chest

Yes, Goose is just a human pillow

With him sleeping on his back, he snores a lot, but they're the ones sleeping on him so they can't complain

They do in fact complain about his snoring anyway

Mav and Goose are at a bar and Goose is a little suspicious because Mav hasn't laid eyes on anyone yet. Hasn't asked goose to assist him with one of the sheer endless amount of horrible approaches he seems to pull out of the hat. Instead Mav is happily chatting the time away with Goose. They're sitting in a cozy booth, Goose with a bottle of beer between his hands and Mav with a colourful cocktail in front of him.

It's nice and Goose likes the way Mav's face flushes a little more with each sip he's taking. He's more relaxed now than before Goose notices when Mav drops his shoulders down with a long and content sigh.

When Goose looks up again he's met with Mav green gaze. He's looking at him from drooped eyes and with a lazy smile spreading over his face.

Goose has seen that before. Amused he cocks an eyebrow, "What are you doing?"

Mav's smile widens to a grin, "What does it look like?"

Something inside of Goose’s stoamch makes a little jump and leaves his heart fluttering and his cheeks burning.

"Mav, you're drunk," Goose laughs nervously but slides his hand over the table. When Mav leans forward and slides his fingers over Goose’s, Goose sucks in a surprised breath. His skin feels a little warmer where his and Mav's hands touch.

Mav leans another bit closer and Goose does the same. They're so close that Goose can smell the cool scent of the new shampoo Mav's using.

He breathes in a little deeper.

"I'm not any more drunk than you are," Mav mutters. He runs a finger over Goose’s hand.

"You've had two cocktails," Goose replies breathlessly, in lack of anything better to say. His brain turned into complete mush with Mav so close and looking at him like that, with this wide and warm smile making the corners of his eyes crinkle.

Goose clears his throat.

"You haven't tried them yet, did you?" Mav asks and cocks his head while he draws his eyebrows together.

Goose shakes his head. A small smile tugs on the corner of his lip, "You wouldn't let me."

"Doesn't sound like me at all," Mav grins and moves in. He's closing the distance between them and brushes his lips against Goose’s. His are chapped but Goose doesn't mind. He moves to capture Mav's lips again. Their kiss is short and soft.

It leaves them both smiling when they sink back into the cushion of the booth.

Mav is blushing. He's turning his cocktail between his hands and smiles softly.

how do you think mav realized he liked men? i kind of always imagined him being in a bar one night and a guy hitting on him & him being drawn more to the danger/socially unacceptable part of it at first (because he’s reckless) and then realizing that he is attracted to men through experience
