todays shift is crazy all the dogs in daycare left by like 3:40, like not even 2 hours after my shift started (today's shift was a 2:00) and then like FIVE HOURS before the end of my shift (roughly 8:30ish, tho we can get out a bit earlier around sometime in the 7:00 hour if there arent a lot of boarding dogs to walk) and we CANT START WALKING THE DOGS UNTIL LIKE 7:00PM 😭😭😭 we started cleaning early and we're gonna have like nothing to do in the vaccuum of time between finishing and then walking the dogs. its like 5:40pm rn and we basically have nothing to do 😭😭😭😭 we normally START cleaning at 5:30 because usually until then theres still dogs (last dogs usually tend to leave around a little before six ????) i guess this is just a sunday thing but BROOOO AJDHA

#a doodley #okkk 2022: the torture chamber....i only sparsely drew al and developed talon (he was borned...) bc my mind was occupied with other things.#2023: exiting torture chamber; it took me a tiny little bit to get back to drawing and ''interacting with'' al again but i did it even #though it was a reminder of the Bad bc he's my copium #summer 2023: i view and witness media and suddenly have like 5 fictional men i cant decide on which to focus... and september (talon month)#comes along so I decide to focus on Talon after not touching him much at all throughout the entire year #(forced this btw i did not wanna do it LOL i didnt even remember how to draw him)#september 2023 to now: talon has infiltrated the brain. but i want to swivel back to al #now: i've forgotten how to Talk to al (just like i did in beginning of 2023)#(and just like i forgot how to talk to talon for most of 2023)#so ive kind of just been replaying the smunker cow al daydreams from when they first met #so I can find my way back...retracing my steps #in doing so ive kind of also forgotten how to interact with talon but still havent gotten back to al #so rn my life is so boring without imaginary bf interactions. just the before sleep plot rehashing daydreams...#or sparse visions of em Sometimes #nobody in my brain rn just like the short period last yr and its distressing #what do i draw without a love obsession.....#how do i pass time without it....! so boring. idk what to do #i miss the me of several yrs ago when i was drawing 50 different aus with al....ive downgraded in skill and imagination and creativity #so bad since then. idk. idk. i hope they come back to me soon #maybe i shld just draw al a lot which is how i kickstarted caring abt talon again almost a yr ago ?#hoping i can get him to come back before my surgery i need my big sexy boy nurse for recovery #(complaining abt things usually fixes em for me so im hoping thats the case here)

ok listen before i move on i have to put it out there look i KNOW i drew the funny rat skeleton comic with this guy but that was ONLY because it was funny. thats not my real belief, he doesn't have any organs at all he is just a sack of gunk. he is harmless. it's basically just the same inside as on the outside but slightly more damp since it's not exposed to air to give him that drier 'skin' layer.

If there's one thing to thank anti hankcon discourse it's for the folks around their thirties gathering to tell the teens that they are, in fact, adult enough to decide for themselves who to fuck with and that they do, in fact, find older people attractive.

(And also collectively asking folks in their teens-to-early 20s to stop using the word p*dophilia when talking about literal 30+ years olds.)

Like really, throwing this words in relation to adults downplays its actual weight in its actual fucking meaning, and this is really scary. Age gap might be a controversial topic but not anywhere near it is a matter of comparable scale to what the word ped*philia stands for. Don't turn this word into a buzzword, I'm begging you.

#I think it's like when you're 5 years old #all the 8 years old feel like they're just infinitely older #then in your twenties 3 year old difference is absolutely nothing #The further you're away from being a kid #the less of a difference it makes #10 years difference between 10 and 20 years old is abso-fucking-lutely not the same as between 30 and 40 years old #even though it's the same amount of years #and the same way it's hard for a 5 yo to comprehend that for adults three year old gap is barely a difference #(as it is literally 60% of their life)#here it's perhaps something similar.#I'm in my relatively early twenties and I too feel like I wouldn't date a person who's X years older than me #but in ten more years I don't expect myself to think the same way anymore #as it wouldn't make that much of a difference when it's not 50% of my lifespan anymore #I still don't think I'll find myself in a relationships with someone significantly older #but it would be wild to think that people in their 30-ies aren't old enough to make their own decisions. Let's be real #in this day and age #after you've been an adult for some time #there isn't this much of a power imbalance anymore between you and people who are X years older #or #the same kind of imbalance can be found within the same age category but not due to the age anymore #but things like social class.#Hell #in this sense 30yo can be the one overpowering 50yo.

ok so I get the schools football team is great and you can afford to spend thousands of dollars on signs that glow when they play and shit but can you go back to not charging kids for pads. or at least stocking the dispensers that do

Me, yesterday, 5:30 PM: wow I’m honestly doing so great at my adult tasks; I’ve gotten some homework done, I went grocery shopping, my laundry is almost dry. I spent so many spoons and I barely feel tired! Maybe I’m finally fully recovering from burnout!

Me, yesterday, 6:00 PM: oh.

#turns out that I was not drawing from an unlimited spoon supply when I spent spoons so fast #and instead was overdrawing #because at 5:59 I thought ‘oh you know I’m a bit tired I should lay down’#and then spent almost six hours in Nap Hell as I laid down too tired to get up and take my sleep meds #but also not really sleeping consistently. like dozing except I didn’t want to.#woke up ~11:50 and apparently sent some very misspelled messages to my friends #took sleep meds. and then passed out until morning.#so… I’ve learned something here. such as ‘even if you feel fine. you know you’re spending too many spoons. slow down.’#I’m gonna try to go to bed early tonight too #and just. rest. bc I know Thursday is going to be a lot for me bc of my ASL class.#just gotta get these labs done first #the exhaustion is partially also my fault bc instead of going to bed after getting home from the airport #I did in fact go straight to DND and played until midnight because DND is Monday nights now.#but in my defense. I had napped on the plane. so I didn’t feel v tired.#but yeah I shouldn’t have done that bc that meant I was operating on a Significant Sleep Deficit yesterday and still had a lot of tasks #that absolutely could not wait. I needed food bc I didn’t have any in the house and needed laundry bc all my wearable clothes were dirty.#and I’d been in class since 9:30AM and went straight to the store from my last class and then straight to laundry after putting away grifos #and STILL FORGOT TO GET GAS #it’s fine I’ll get some today after chemistry or smth on the way home

stumbled across the tiktok term "ingredients household" the other day. everything coming from that app makes me go insane. food is ingredients is ingredients is food the fuck do you mean. and i did look it up dont try to explain it i looked it up alr chill. im just venting here bc i think its stupid, nonsensical, and basically just means low/minimally processed so like. how are you gonna look at for example what i packed for lunch today and not see food in front of your fucking eyes. idk. yall are too much. whats actually not a real food is these "snacks" made in some factory providing you all the nutritional value of sand off the beach.

i worked onmy ermmm. little good habits reward sheet a lot .. im pretty excited :] i was gonna wait to start it until ive moved home bc a lot of the things r home specific (like spending time with loved ones etc) BUT i think im gonna go ahead n start it tmrw... i think itll be good to go ahead n get started on it b4 i move back that way its not such a big transition bc i think thats why my like. plans t get better when i moved up here. failed. so horrifically lol. bc i didnt give myseld any lead in i just made a huge change and then got upset when i didnt immediately adjust.

#i do eventually wanna move back to wa on my own bc i feel like. i didnt rly get to spend time here due to the everything. i just dont think #i was at all ready. and thats entirely on me i chose this i ignored literally everybody around me telling me it wasnt a good idea #i brought this all on myself. but i wanna try n improve #n im excitedd!! i think next year/whenever im Fr ready. im gonna try n move out to my old hometown #since my family moved away from it #which i think will be rly nice bc ill like. be independeny but in a familiar place and like. still close to home. ill still be able t have #the same insurance etc etc..#itll get rid of a Lot of stressors basically. and ill be able to visit family way easier !!#plus my hometown is way more walkable and since. idk if ill ever be able t drive just bc of like. my general nature #thats something im rly rly looking for...#i think my new goalsheet is rly well balanced as well. its likee #its based on thise little metallic walmart star stickers bc i miss those rly bad #thats the entire inspo. obv rn itll have to be digital bc i cant get my little star stickers #but. its like a points system #red is 5 points yellow is 3 points green is 2 points and blue is 1 point #(might move them around to make green 5 points bc green was my star color when i was little lol)#and each point is worth .50 cents. and so however many points i have at the end of the week thats how much money i get t have in my like #personal acct. and i get to use that however i want #and everything else will go to likee. savings and bills (i wont have bills for a while but yk)#and i even have likee. a streak system #i need to work on that sl its like balanced. bc idk if it is rn #my idea was t just have it be like. bc th way it is like #the tasks r split up by difficulty. more difficult tasks earn different colors #so my most difficult on there rn is to go for a walk #/ go to a public place / spend time outside #rly that goal is rly geared toward my hometown but im still gonna try n do it in my parents town... yk :] like i can ask my mom t take me #to th library and stuff. bc i wanna start going more #we went to th one here a couple times but it kinda got. shelved. yk. and i miss it #the one in ny hometown was rightt by our house and i never went #and im mad abt kt.
