हैप्पीनेस इनीशिएटिव, मेडकॉर्ड्स व पुलिस प्रशासन के तत्वावधान में निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर में 500 पुलिसकर्मियों की रोजाना जांच होगी न्यूजवेव @ कोटा एसीपी कोटा सिटी दीपक भार्गव एवं एसपी कोटा ग्रामीण राजन दुष्यंत ने सोमवार को पुलिस लाइन परिसर में निशुल्क मेगा स्वास्थ्य जांच शिविर का शुभारंभ किया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में पहली बार पायलट प्रोजेक्ट के रूप मे ऐसा जांच शिविर हो रहा है, जिसमें जवानों की सेहत की सम्पूर्ण जांच हो रही है। उनके परिवारों की जांच, उपचार और बाद में फीडबेक देने जैसी सुविधाएं मिलना उपयोगी साबित होगा।

पुलिस अधीक्षक ने कहा कि हैप्पीनेस इनीशिएटिव टीम, मेडकॉर्ड्स व अन्य हॉस्पिटल के सहयोग से कोटा जिले में सेवारत 5000 से अधिक पुलिसकर्मियों व उनके परिजनों की निःशुल्क डिजिटल हैल्थ कुंडली बनाने की जिम्मेदारी प्रशंसनीय पहल है। इससे स्वस्थ जवानों को सही जगह नियुक्त करने में मदद मिलेगी। प्रोजेक्ट कॉर्डिनेटर व एएसपी मुख्यालय उमेश ओझा ने कहा कि शिविर में दो दिन यातायात पुलिसकर्मियों के लिये स्पाइरोमेट्री सहित विशेष जांच की जाएगी। श्रुति प्रोग्राम से उन्हें ईएनटी विशेषज्ञ नाक, कान व गला संबधी परामर्श देंगे। 10 विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टर्स दे रहे सेवाएं मेगा शिविर में हैप्पीनेस सिटी इनीशिएटिव, मेडकॉर्ड्स सहित कोटा हार्ट हॉस्पिटल, श्रीजी हॉस्पिटल, मॉडर्न डायग्नोस्टिक, रामदुलारी जिंदल मैमोरियल एंड हैल्थ केअर सोसायटी व महावीर ईएनटी हॉस्पिटल के 10 से अधिक विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सक भी सेवाएं दे रहे हैं। महावीर ईएनटी हॉस्पिटल के निदेशक व सर्जन डॉ.विनीत जैन ने बताया कि कानों की जांच के लिये एंट्राव्यू डिवाइस से कान की कैनाल व पर्दे की जांच की जा रही है। जिन पुलिसकर्मियों को सुनने में समस्या होगी, उनकी कोटा हियरिंग सेंटर पर साउंड प्रूफ कमरे में ऑडियोमेट्री जांच के लिये निशुल्क कूपन दिये जा रहे हैं।

Aesthetics are a passion of mine. I live exploring aesthetics and styles and all sorts of different visual universes online. It makes me happy, looking at aesthetics I enjoy, getting lost in the different worlds they show me, all different ways of seeing this world. It’s childish and it’s silly but it’s dear to my heart.

But trying to recover from my ED and my BDD make it so hard. Every blog I follow ends up showing me beautiful thin, clear skinned girls with beautiful hair, whether it’s through cottagecore, traumacore, medcord, anything... it always comes back to beautiful, delicate girls, and there’s nothing wrong with it, except that now, as I try to stop starving myself, I feel disgusting

This disease is making me lose hair, and my hair is the focus of my BDD. It’s ruining my skin. Again, it may sound silly, but I’m a disgusting ill bitch and I’d rather be dead than to be as disgusting as I feel.

As I look at myself and feel fat, enormous, filthy, bald and unworthy, I end up feeling guilty. I’m inferior. I’m gross. I’m not like those girls. They get to represent pure aesthetic perfection while any attempt of mine to recreate their beauty is cringey, pathetic and sad.

The fear of being considered cringe and ugly is ruling my every waking moment. I’ve become uglier trying to finally be pretty. I’m so sick of this. I’m losing all of the things that made me happy

I find no happiness in creativity since my depression has clouded my capacity to create, I find no happiness in recovery since I just feel sadder and uglier, I find no happiness in my relationship because my need for validation makes me want out, makes me want to throw myself to the idea of men who could make me feel worthy of something. I love my boyfriend. I’d die for him. I’m dying.

I might have BPD. But I’m only saying that because I’m a bad person and I want a justification. An explanation for this disgusting need for attention, this constant shifting in my identity, this anger that swells inside of me.
