As I type this, I’m rewatching The Shop Around the Corner. I’ve sat through a lot of romcom films lately, that have sadly been light on the comedy aspect, but this one is a classic.

Hiding in romantic fiction, in general; but I’m delighted that my urge to write Ten/Donna fanfiction has finally come back.

1.       I have a passion for boursin with crusty bread that shouldn’t be allowed….

2.       I have never been inside Westminster Abbey. Been close to it, mind you, but there’s either been a service going on or I couldn’t afford it at the time.

3.       I recently was told by a doctor that I have a heart murmur! (It’s nothing to worry about, btw) I suspected as much but always thought I was being dramatic about hearing an extra squish/beat.

G - Grossest memory: probably being projectile vomited on then having to stand under a cold shower to get it all off my clothing, and finding a missing bit in my bra. Deep joy.

H - Horror yes or horror no: not usually unless it is a comedy and/or has hunky men wearing leather trousers

Fave musicians:  I’ve loved the Beatles since I was 3 years old, so I’d better mention them (not that they would particularly care I found my treasured Beatles plate recently).  Others I normally include are Mike Oldfield, Rick Wakeman, Adele, Barbara Dickson, Coldplay and various golden oldies.

Song stuck in your head:  *thinks* my brain is too busy fighting off a migraine as I write this

Instruments:  mainly woodwind but I recently bought a ukulele to attempt to play. I love learning new stuff when writing doesn’t grab me instead these days
