What a magic weekend at the Mera Luna Festival in Hildesheim. Rainy days which got hot by warming up by all that fantastic experiences all this warmth people had to give away. I'm proud that I had the opportunity to perform for the @AMFKorsets and spending sich a amazing time with so many lovely people. I can't accomplish this one alone. 3 words: M'era Luna Festival To describe it, it's the quintessential Gothic and Industrial music festival in The EU. It's located in the middle of an airfield in Hildesheim, Germany and has been holding this festival for the past 16 years. It's 17th year will kickoff in 2 weeks. I won't be able to go this year, but WHEN I get better, hopefully I'll be able to attend in the next 1-2 years. The best acts in these genres of music have performed there from #TheSistersOfMercy #TheMission and #VNVNation at it's inception in 2000 to #Apocalyptica #Combichrist and #Hocico in 2016. Coming down from this weekend has been difficult. Currently nursing my hook holes with post suspension depression in full bloom; so it's nice to have reminders of the amazing weekend I just had with this week's dream team. Suspension has been such a driver for my personal evolution and sense of community. That I get to share this with people, that I get to tell stories through it, that others tell their stories through me because of it; is all really humbling. I am honored by the opportunity to be the dream catcher for @amf_korsets. What a treat to be able to fulfill a fantasy of mine by being walked out onto the runway by two gorgeous men in this way.
