So...I am still working on the idea posts, they just need more drawings. Here are some miscellaneous drawings I’ve done!

1 - I was seeing this trend of using your month and your birthdate to find your LPS toy, I first did it for my bestie, @iloveminecraft55​ and she got a rabbit.

LPS #322:

She loves it and all I can do is edit the eye color to match her persona, Ferrin Lovely.

When I tried mine, I...didn’t like it, so I changed the numbers around and got a Persian cat.

LPS #129:

I changed both the eye and fur colors.

2 - So, a friend of mine, @persartist​, is going through some stuff, so I made fanart of Hippo and Yuri from Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch, which they love and hate at the same time. They loved the fanart, despite some resolution issues and how messy it looks. ^^;

3 - Tee the Chinchilla, my Chikin Nuggit OC! ^^ I want to make my own OC ship with Bezel, she looks innocent but are really cheeky. Bezel likes her vibes. She's besties with almost everyone, they love flowers, and is short (taller than Sody Pop) and chubby. And she’d punt Hawt Saus out of the galaxy. 

Her age is between adult and senior (I'm not sure whether to make her a goddess), she lives a cottagecore life peacefully and doesn't mind the Chikin gang showing up to her house.

I want to give Tee the intersex orientation as she can identify as woman or man, but leans more to woman.

And someone said that she can have a Chilean/Hispanic accent because Chinchillas are native to Chile. I can see her accent getting stronger when kicking Hawt out or when he's around. They did date but she didn't like his vibes and overall attitude. Hawt was condescending when Tee told him that she's intersex, but it seems too far. 

In the end, Tee and Hawt broke up in a comical way.

How Bezel met her:- 

There was a knock at the door 

Tee: Oh? Who could it be? 

Tee opens door to reveal Bezel 

Bezel: ... 

Tee: ... 

Bezel headplants to her soft chest, clearly exhausted 

Tee: Oh, you poor thing! Would some tea help? 

Bezel: Yes, ma'am...

Bezel and Tee’s shipname would be “TeeTime”.

I toyed with the idea of a Yuri lives AU but I had more I could do with Seria & Gaito so…I love this idea!!!!!! Yuri deserved to live and the wish episode makes me cry every time 🥹 They just wanted to be happy!!!

OMG SERIA BEING SARA AND TARO’S DAUGHTER????? OMG? Like what if Sara’s Pearl had gone missing after the tsunami? And like the Indian Ocean is is disrepair without their princess and the fact that their Pearl is missing. Maybe Sara and Gakuto live and they are trying to repair the Indian Ocean and her people are like where is your Pearl…?

Queue Pure being about Seria connecting with her mermaid heritage and getting to know her mother. Bonus points for Luchia being like a little sister to Seria and only belated realizing that she’s a mermaid…because Luchia is kinda dense 🤣

So, exactly how fast are the mermaids, anyway?

Finally starting on MMPPP Pure to write for Clippings, and I noticed something:

This is in Episode 2 of Pure, when Luchia goes off to look for Kaito herself when Momo-chan reports that the marine world is unable to find him.

Supposedly, this was the first thing Luchia did in the morning. Sunrise on 10 April, 2004 was at 05:14am, and since it was fairly bright when Luchia went to look for Kaito, we can safely say that she started her journey at 6am.

Hippo went back to Pearl Pier Hotel promptly to report that Luchia has taken off. On hearing this news, Hanon and Rina went after her. Say that Luchia was last seen near Pear Pier, Hanon and Rina could have chased after her at about 6:30am.

The sun was setting when the three of them were already back at Pearl Pier, having gone to Hawaii and back. Sunset in Chiba on that day was at 6:07pm. Assuming that they landed just right behind Pearl Pier, we can say that they arrived back at about 5.45pm thereabouts.

This gives us 11 hours and 15 minutes for the round trip. We can shave off 15 minutes to account for the trio being held up by the Black Beauty Sisters. So total estimated travel time for the mermaids going back and from Hawaii: 11 hours.

The shortest between Honolulu and Tokyo (a nearby enough city in Japan) on timeanddate.com is 6215 km. A round trip would be 12430 km. i.e. to say mermaids swim at 1130 km/h.

Context: Roughly speaking, planes fly at about 900 km/h. The speed of sound is 1235 km/h in air (although it is 5335.2 km/h underwater).

Which would make sense, since similar speeds would be proved again in the other inter-ocean episodes in this season (Episode 12 to the Indian Ocean, Episode 15 to Antarctica).

But damn these mermaids are speedy.

Hi! Not long ago I rewatched a couple of MMPPP episodes and even though Kaito and Luchia are my true OTP I really hate the way Luchia is always cooking and cleaning his house. I get why making food for him is actually romantic, but coming over to his house to clean? Also why is a TEENAGER LIVING ON HIS OWN?? (Anime logic, I know!) Anyway, I still love them and their love to pieces, but that's an aspect of their relationship I don't like at all.

heyyy!!! <3 honestly i totally understand where you’re coming from! maybe they just wanted her to have a reason to have a key to his house or something? you wouldnt have a key just for cooking, but for cleaning it’s a reasonable assumption that she would need the key!

lucia’s love language screams acts of service tho ngl and it’s not just kaito! helping hippo meet with yuri despite everything, making the friendship rings for hanon and rina, getting so heavily invested with the love letter and eventually  rescuing semogoro! lucia just loves helping!!! <3
