I've been here for a year lmao#I always knew they were suspicious but it really came to a head when they accused me of stealing money#Btw they issued me a 1099 (the wrong tax form) so they already stole from me#I talked to the bank and had the delightful experience of slapping their account across the face with my guilt free hands#Metaphorically unfortunately#I'm gonna quit this week. I'm tired of these people. The drama was fun tho#Let's see. Ah! I just passed 1 1/2 years of Sky the other day!#More than the game itself I've become engrossed in the modding community hahaha#It's the weirdest little cranny of a fandom I've seen for such a large project#It's basically ONLY passed via word of mouth. And there's all sorts of fun drama happening within the discord(s) too#Idk this is just so funny to watch. Might get banned sooner or later but oh well. I've spent hundreds#It's their loss 🤪 and mine. Mostly mine. But also their loss 🤪#.... You know. it's kind of weird to me that they didn't bother releasing sushi and tempura internationally at all but at the same time i'm kinda glad they didn't cuz like. yo-kai watch was financially failing in the west by the time 3 released. i feel like if they had released sushi and tempura the franchise would've completely tanked before we got sukiyaki which would've sucked. honestly if anything i feel like it's more surprising that we got all three versions of 2 instead of them just releasing psychic specters but tbf i think yo-kai watch was doing well in the west when 2 released. 2 is just inexplicably what killed the franchise despite being a masterpiece-

it sucks to have to be scared to update the game, no matter the size of the update, because you have no idea if it's going to break your game or not (not to mention going through the process of updating your mods)
#sims rant incoming!#i think a lot of sims fans (regardless of the game(s) they're a fan of) are just tired#tired of updates breaking their sims / their saves / their cc#tired of ea releasing broken buggy messes and having the audacity to make us PAY just for something to not work#tired of simulation lag making the game unbearable (especially for lower end devices)#tired of bugs that cause sims to get stuck on top of furniture / eyebrows/hair colors to change randomly / sim faces getting warped#idk it just sucks so bad to be a sims fan bc the only thing holding this community (and the games themselves) together are the mods#without mods and cc the sims (especially 4) would be unplayable because of how boring it would be#having to have mods to fully disable pack/base game features because they're not even slightly tuned (think fears/dust/etc)#or alternatively having to have mods to add in certain features or make certain features work properly (or better)#tired of bugs NEVER getting fixed and being fully ignored for months or even YEARS#and they don't even tell us they know about it so they can get away with ignoring it for as long as possible#not to mention the fact that TO THIS DAY if you want lgbtq+ rep in your game you have to PAY for it bc none of the lgbtq+ sims are base gam#(unless they changed sexualities of base game townies and idk abt it)#idk overall the sims (specifically 4) feels like a dumpster fire#i personally have no interest in a sims 5 because whats the point#why are so many simmers willing to scoot all the shit thats happened with the sims 4 under the rug under the guise of the sims 5 being good#do we really think the sims 5 will be any better when half the decent features are locked behind packs#certain features people paid for in packs are now base game so what was even the point in paying (like hot tubs)#idk everything about the sims 4 and the way it's continuously handled is so poor that i have no hope for any good quality content#maybe we'll get a decent kit or stuff pack here and there#but if we can't even purchase them without an item FULLY WARPING your sims face (ON RELEASE MIND YOU) what is the goddamn point

Why you should vote for me in the @ultimate-poll-tournament
I realized that I made a voting button, but never actually explained why you should vote for me, so here goes!
I made a fancy header and divider to really spice up my posts! I really wanted to have An Aesthetic
Characters with dissociative disorders and/or characters who experience frequent dissociation are usually demonized in media :( Which is why we're running this to push for more positive representation!!!! They're not heartless serial killers they're our friends and they're full of swag!!!
I picked a lil robot guy named Jetfire to be my sona :) He's from Transformers Animated :) He turns into a plane and lil robot guys that turn into planes are ALWAYS cool
Thanks to this poll not only myself but also an anon realized that we might be plural so boom we're making real world changes here
If it turns out I AM a part of a system, I WILL force one of my headmates to take Jetstorm (Jetfire's twin brother in the show) as their sona. And that'll be funny.

We got a perfect tie in round 1 and that's ALWAYS fun
My favorite character in the bracket that I was rooting for lost... and specifically lost to the character that I had nominated to be in the bracket. The irony is delicious.
I unironically used "swag" when I was in middle school and swag was at it's peak unironic usage in the Youth(tm), so blogs like me bringing back it's unironic usage is, how the cool kids say, pretty swag of us
A small fandom won it all! And that's ALWAYS nice when it's a character well-earned and not just a popularity contest!

some brainstorming/patch notes for Bertalan 3.0 Larian's Version Third Time's The Charm Version
has a more messed up backstory, I won't detail it here but it involves being offered to a hag before his birth but then going back on the deal
he is actually Baldurian now, but he prefers staying outside town where he's needed more (as a monster-hunter/herbalist i'm thinking those farmlands/woods that get destroyed in act 3)
has more of a "power reveals" than a "power corrupts" mindset both in terms how power is used and what one might do to obtain power
as such he no longer takes on tadpoles out of insecurity but bc he totally know who he is and what he's about, he can be trusted with power I prommy
as such he is more aware of his own standing in society and has a more dutiful approach to things, but also has more disdain for the peacekeeping organizations of Baldur's Gate but also towards the gods
his age got bumped up a little bit to the 38-44 range
he is now grumpier and angstier but also more confident and with more of a "I know more than you" attitude in acts 1 and 2 but he also also has more of a heart of gold don't worry
alchemy is no longer a metagaming thing he actually has braincells to do it
