Mc doesn't like him. Maybe he did something, maybe he didn't and they simply just don't get along, maybe something about him just gets on their nerves, and in the end the feeling is mutual. Neither likes the other, they avoid eachother and make sure to not cross paths, lest they want an arguement to break out and those are never pretty.

Simply put, he gets on Mc's nerves, Mc get on his nerves.

Yet when he stands there frozen, unable to move away from the force of an uncoming blast, why doesn't he move? Is it simply the fear that binds his feet to the ground and covers his ears, muffles the sound of outside, his only focus is the oncoming blast, one that'd surely kill him. The heat already reaches him, how long till it hits? Too long yet not long enough.

Yet a force snaps him out of it, a weight that pushes him away from the danger and drags him on the ground.

He tremples, hand slowly rising to his face, he's yet to comprehend what has happened.

Only at a pained whimper does his gaze go lower, Mc laid across his chest, cluthing on to his shirt in pain, trying not to sob out their pain and panic

For a second, he does not understand why they're hurt, surely the fall couldn't have hurt that much

Then he smelles it, the punget smell of burned flesh.

He had escaped the heat of the flames.

They had not.

With trembling hands they try to get up, they know this isn't normal, by all means it should hurt more, they know what hit them, and how hard, was it the adrenaline that kept their head clear, or had the fire burned their nerves?

They didn't dare to look, panicked mind trying to crawl away from him but their strength was leaving, with barely enough power to glance at the panicking 1st years, they collapse under their own weight.

Suddenly fear doesn't keep him still anymore, instead something new takes over, something that makes him lift them gently from the ground, into his arms.

Question, has Mammon actually ever stolen from Mc?

Because I'm like pretty sure that early on in the game, Mammon does go into Mc's room with the intent to sell their stuff, but Beel calls Mammon out on his bluff and says "Nah I know you wouldn't actually do that to them"

But like on the other hand, alot of people in the fandom seem to believe Mammon has stolen and sold Mc's stuff

So is that just a really popular headcanon or did Mammon steal from them in the later chapters or am I just forgetting something?
