Flying ship (snufmin)

The day went wonderfully moomin and snufkin had caught some very large fish snufkin even got a pike too. They’d set that one free though the rest they cooked over a gentle fire. Moomin had gone and got some mushrooms and a few bits of vegetables and herbs from a small garden they started. Moomin got back and snufkin looked over “moomie” he smiled. Moomin went over putting the basket of herbs and such down. Snufkin presented him with some fresh white Lilly’s and tulips. “Aw these are beautiful snuffy” moomin gave snufkin a kiss much to his delight. Snukfin smiled “I’m glad you like them” “oh snufkin will you stay the night with me? We can read stories together” “I’d love to” “hooray, I love it when you stay” “I love it when I’m with you” “and I love you” snufkins tail gently tapped on the grass as he gazed into moomins eyes. He cuddled up to moomin. “I love you very much moomie” “I love you too snuffy” moomin cuddled back.

Soon the fish was done and the began to make a sort of stew with the mushrooms vegetables and herbs. Snufkin was cutting the fish up and taking out any pin bones from it. Hed probably snack on the head later on he usually did he wasn’t picky when it came to eating. Sometimes you can get little food in parts of the mountains so certain things he wouldn’t waste like fish heads. He added the fish to the stew as moomin was mixing and than got 2 bowls from his bag. He put them down on the grass and got 2 spoons and some bread rolls. Moomin plated the stew when it was done and sat with snufkin. They enjoyed a home cooked, well, tent cooked meal together for lunch. “We did good with the herbs this year” “yes we did didn’t we this is lovely” snufkin nodded taking a bite out of a bread roll dipped into the warm stew. After lunch they sat there watching clouds laid in the grass hand in hand.

The day was about half way done, they’d watched clouds together and gone down to the beach than relaxed under a tree with snukfin playing his harmonica for the rest of the day till it was time to go to the snork. They headed over to snorks house and have the door a tap. Snorkmaiden opened the door “oh moomin, snufkin hello, snork moomin and snufkin are here!” She called her brother down. Snork came down and to the door “evening you two right On time let’s go to the ship and we can get flying” snork smiled. They headed on there way to where the ship has been built and stayed. “Please climb aboard sirs” snork said. Moomin chuckled “thank you kind sir” he said as he went up onto the boat “thank you sir” snufkin said and gave his hat a little tip down he gave a small giggle and headed up after moomin. Snork smiled and headed onto the ship himself. He went to the controls room and got seated and ready. “Alright ready for take off?” “Sure are” snufkin held his hat “yep” “than let’s go” snork smiled and started the flying machine. It began to glide across the ground before swiftly lifting and soaring into the sky. Snufkin was sure to hold his hat tightly as they did he didn’t want to loose it. They where up in the sky now, I’m colours of oranges and pinks moomin valley bellow cast in a golden glow as the sun set. “Whoa..” “it’s beautiful” “yes it is isnt it, I don’t think I’ve seen something so beautiful oh wait yes it have” “oh? You have?” “Yes I have” “was it the kings ruby?” “No where near close” “hmm…one of the hemulins flowers?” “Nope though it is beautiful as a flower” “oh perhaps a lilly pad?” “Hehe no but they do look like one” “what I’m earth could you have seen?” Snufkin said. “Let me tell you” “alright” snufkin nodded. “It’s colours are like a lilly pad and it had beautiful eyes like a warm cup of coco on a cold winters day it’s face is beautiful as a flower and it’s cheeks are rosy, it’s unmissable just like the kings ruby” moomin took snufkins hands in his own “the most beautiful thing I’ve seen is you silly” moomin smiled. Snufkins face went warm and pink “oh moomin” he said. He hugged moomin “I love you so much” “I love you too snufkin” moomin hugged back. They watched the sun set still the stars came out and moon began to rise, than the snork took them down. “That was wonderful snork! That you so much” moomin smiled. “Yes it was very nice thank you” “oh your welcome, I’m very glad you liked it” snorkmaiden called “snork dinners ready!” “Oh, I best be off” “yes we should be as well, good bye snork” “bye you two” they headed off in separate directions. Snork going home and moomin and snukfin going back to the moomin house. They got inside greeted by papa. “Hello you two did you have a nice time?” “Wonderful papa” snufkin nodded. “Good good happy to hear it, how’s the ship?” “Oh it’s amazing! It flys so smoothly and Is so beautiful it can go high enough to see moomin valley from bellow” “my that’s amazing” moominmama came though “hello you two would you like something to eat or drink?” “Oh yes please mama” “yes please” mama smiled and headed into the kitchen. Moomin and snufkin sat down with moominpapa telling him about the wonders of the flying machine. Mama came through putting a tray with some cake and tea down. “Thank you mama” “thank you” “your very welcome” moominmama smiled warmly before heading into the kitchen to give the dishes a wash.

Whilst moomin rambled on and on about the ship snufkin enjoyed some tea and cake. Moomin finished explaining to papa and picked up a cup of tea. Snukfin had long finished his and was sat back listening to moomin. “It was amazing papa I’m sure you’ll love to go on it” “yes me too” papa agreed. Moomin papa looked at snufkin who seemed to be getting a bit tired. It was rather late and the previous night snufkin had gone night fishing and not slept very much. Moomin got up from his chair “well me and snukfin are gonna read some stories together night papa” “night moomin night snukfin” “good night” snufkin stood up and they headed upstairs. They got tucked up and snuggled together in moomins bed and read one of the Storie books moomin had, this book had lots of stories in it so you could choose which one to read. Snufkin didn’t take long to fall asleep he leant into moomin sleeping peacefully face nuzzled to moomin and laid close to him. Moomin followed suite not long after the book fell softly into his lap as he rested his head on snufkins gently falling asleep. It was peaceful now and very calm. The day couldn’t have ended better.

ahh, ive been excited to answer this one! recently, i thought that i wasnt going to be capable of finding love again, but past feelings i had hidden away were forced front and center when my current partner moved back to the town i live in. i realised i loved him, and after serveral small, confusing, poorly written confessions, we began to date. were still getting to know eachother more and more as time passes, but i think i like that its that way. hes incredibly handsome, and artistically talented, hes younget than me but far more mature than i ever could be, he tends to seem really composed, always seeming to just laugh off anything you say, but ive seen him get embarrassed, hes really good at hiding it, but if you pay enough attention, little things become essy to notice and its just the cutest thing in tge whole world! hes patient, considerate, sweet and rational, and he makes me feel like im allowed to learn to love myself, and like i can put myself before everyone else sometimes. it makes me so ridiculously happy that im able to call him mine.

hi! little re-introduction!

my name is kaci! formerly known was "thesoftestwlw" on tumblr, now known as "thesoftest-nbwitch". im 17 years old and im from london, with spanish/venezuelan heritage.

i recently came out as non-binary to my irl friends, and they have been so unbelievably supportive

this was the incredible way that i came out to my friends in the groupchat. elegant, i know

so, im going by she/they/he right now! im still figuring myself out and all but at the moment that is what feels right. its great if you could please alternate if you ever need to address me!

i love to draw, my art blog is @lavalampfairylights, and i previously ran @asktreebrosandco, and i draw fanart for moomins, spidersonas, and some good omens fanart is on the way, but it's mainly OCs! ive been drawing three specific ones since i was around 9 years old and they have a very special place in my heart

my abuelita was a witch, and she taught me about runes and tarot cards and spells for good luck and how different teas can be used to sooth you in different ways. she unfortunately died in 2016 when i was just turning 14, and while i dont classify myself as an actual witch her legacy of witchcraft allows me to feel connected to her even now when she isnt physically with me, and i always have her pentacle charm around my neck. so that explains the "witch" part of my url.

this was her, wasnt she beautiful? she was only 60 when she died. she would always have funky hairstyles and had around 6 different hair colours and styles in my lifetime alone. i miss her every day

so yes! this is me! for now at least. who's to say how long this version of me will last.
