You can find various charts of hands on the internet, for example by applying "hand chart four elements". Mercury rules the third house and hands as well. Mercury aspects and which house your Mercury falls in, might determine hands appearance too. A person with a water sign in the third house may have a long palm with long fingers. Their hands might be more feminine and aesthetical and may look watery/sensitive. They probably don't have problems with their hands, for example dryness in hands. An earth sign would be the opposite of a water sign. Their palm may be shorter as well as their fingers. Struggles with dry hands are likely (esp. if Saturn is in 3rd house/making aspects to the third house). Their hands can be either masculine or feminine and look natural/earthy. 🤲
