I paint horror movie characters and scenes in blood!
I have a few of these size canvases left, and would LOVE some suggestions for new paintings. any horror movies are welcome, seriously! (I'll add any i haven't seen to my watch list lol)
but!! ask box is open, so feel free, I need inspo!!!
so. The Lights Out AU. Those that are asleep? Where on earth are they? Like where the heck is Eddie? Laying in some puddle somewhere? in a bed? Is Frank looking after him until he wakes up?
they were originally in their houses, but after a ah... incident, Wally moved them into storage room off-set. it's a bit small so they're a little crammed in there with other Props and shelves and boxes and such, but it's not like any of them are awake to mind it. Walls regularly checks on them (usually along with removing them for one of Sally's plays) and makes sure to keep the door shut tight
I was doing some EV training down in area zero, and when I turned around I found a slither wing had randomly spawned behind me. Dude didn’t charge at me or anything, just stared at me with curiosity before stomp-stomping closer to me and standing up to stare at me even more. It was literally the Pokémon equivalent of this lmao.
But it got me thinking about the Slithermas, and how they have a habit of just randomly appearing behind you (Emmet is ESPECIALLY guilty of this the little shit) and watch you do hooman things. Ingo will watch with his head cocked to the side, and chirp inquisitively as you engage in what he feels is “curious behavior”, such as “brushing your hair” and “folding laundry”. He’s intrigued by such activities, and wishes to learn more about them so that he may participate with you. Emmet is mildly curious about your activities as well, but that curiosity only holds his attention for so long before he gets bored and will start being annoying to try and make you pay attention to him.
An elephant hawkmoth warming up it's wings. May we forever have moths like this in the world 🦋💖
Edit: for those wondering - yes, this is very definitely A Moth. (Not a butterfly, bee, hummingbird, any other bird, or an extremely smol plane... Though they do sound a bit like tiiiiny planes when they vibrate their wings.) There's more on the elephant hawkmoth here, here, and here. If you love it and you have a garden then don't overdo the weeding, bc it eats rosebay willowherb (UK)/fireweed (US).
