Lol also just an addition: i think i got bamboozled when i thought Love In Paradise would be this summery vibe song ALONE. I didn't expect it to be a FLASHBACK song for Athena. Like, it's hurt disguised as a fun, bouncy song. I was so shocked at the beginning AND end of the song. The happy tune was sandwiched between hurtful moments ohmygod Jorge.
Also, sis, Calypso, you did NOT just say open arms to Ody. That's his TRIGGER WORD!!
"We are whoever we choose to be. And I have chosen to be the one who takes things away from you — if only out of obligation. You know how it is."

Came up with some twist-villain!Dedf1sh level music. We don't yet know what to make of Acht and Marina's shared history, so I'm envisioning some kind of self-imposed grudge tempered by her own morbid curiosity.
The reason Dedf1sh allowed herself to be ensnared by Tartar was because of Acht's desire to hone her music-making craft, right? If this process took place after Marina heard the Calamari Inkantation, then those two events could be linked.
If music can reformat the minds of a thousand soldiers and compel a dear friend to leave it all behind; to leave me behind... then what else can music do? How can I harness that power to my own ends? What if I could make the Inkantation my bitch?
Acht Mizuta may have perished down there in the Deepsea Metro, but her sense of purpose did not.
Found in the attic of a house belonging to an elderly woman long since passed. The figurine looks to be custom made, possibly meant to resemble the recipient’s son depicted in a small photograph tucked away in the base. However, its maker is unknown as well as why it was in the woman’s possession. It is thought to be a memento commissioned to remember her son Pte. T. J. Belrose when he went overseas in 1916. The inscription on the bottom reads, “My heart is always with you”. Pte. Belrose died on the 12th of April 1918 at 22 years old. The young couple who moved into the house noticed a strange melody coming from the attic at night and soon discovered the musical memento thankfully intact. Though the figurine no longer spins, it continues to mysteriously play music on its own without winding the key, most notably at 12:04 just after midnight.

Happy halloween everyone this is the proof that outside of the mainline releases I can rearrange Touhou themes in that end of the last century goodness as many times as I want
Also it was my birthday just a few days ago so this is like my little gift for you all and ESPECIALLY for little miss flandre herself who's been my best friend for exactly half of my current lifetime now
Here's the Youtube version
Here's the bandcamp link
And here's the cover which I painstakingly painted like those semi realistic painted posters from the time period which my whole gimmick as a multimedia creator is to emulate
Okay, another Rails of the Realm song, this time it's an overworld theme! This track specifically represents the overworld rail theme for the Gerudo Desert and Canyon. I used classical guitar and Appalachian dulcimer to get the desert effect, but it's not Gerudo without the brass that comes in the second half! I also pulled from Ocarina of Time for this track, because how could I not incorporate THE song of the franchise, Gerudo Valley, in a Gerudo song? Oh, and the chugging stays on, of course.
Hats off, as always, to @powdermelonkeg with the Rails of the Realm concept to begin with!
Somewhere in the back of your mind, you hear the sound of a door opening... and you prepare to ride squidtastic grooves of your own design.

What would a boss fight against Agent 8 sound like? When stripped of all the leitmotifs taken from other sources, whose music are we left hearing? Or are those motifs too intrinsic to remove? Would there be nothing left?
How could Project Memverse be expected to aid someone who can aid everyone but themself? Realistically, it can't — therapy isn't purely an external process. In order to reassert who they are, 8 must first find who they are, deep down.
And then beat the snot out of them. Yeah, that'll help.
Interest Check: Community Choir for Grand Fonic Hymn (Cover)
This project has been on the backburner for a couple of years...... But since I've been sick this week and unable to art properly, I dug this out to continue arranging, and I managed to finish the first draft today!
I'll still be refining it for a bit, but I was wondering if there are other Abyss/Tales fans out there who might be interested to come join me and sing as part of a virtual choir? For those who don't read sheet music, I'll be doing demo tracks so you can learn the parts by listening to them!
It's a 3-part SSA choir arrangement, so I'll be looking for voices that can sing between E3-F4 for the lowest part, A3-C5 for the middle part, and C4-F5 for the highest part. The song is quite slow, with fairly simple rhythms, and the demo tracks will also act as a pronunciation guide. also don't worry if you're not perfectly in tune, there's a magic tool I use sparingly called pitch correction
Leave a reply or pop into my inbox or reblog with a comment if you'd be interested to have a look when the parts are ready!!
