lance is a ranged cookie. his skill is probably like rye cookie's mixed with caramel arrow cookie's, like a set of sharpshots followed by a bayard form swap to get up-close rush damage.

shiro is a charge cookie because charge cookies tend to be leaders, more headstrong characters; see mala sauce and dark cacao. their fighting style is up-close and personal, and i imagine they'd have a skill like wildberry cookie's.

hunk is a ranged or a support. with a ranged bayard, you could probably say he'd have a skill that lays down a lot of fire for area damage with a buff to allies. this could appeal to the support aspect too! if he were a support, he'd bake delicious treats to heal allies.

pidge is a support or bomber. she can either play like oyster cookie, summoning several bots to help protect allies, or send in homemade bombs for area damage. maybe both! allies get a defense buff from her additional shields she lays down.

keith is a charge cookie. he holds a similar headstrong quality to his brother with a very similar fighting style too; up-front, in your face. he might play like raspberry cookie!

coran is a support cookie. he's always here for a helping hand, ready with either additional defenses in the form of the castle's artillery or medical aid when needed. he plays like cotton cookie. i don't know what his sheep are but he'd be game-breakingly good.

allura... is a magic cookie or a healing cookie. i want her to be magic, she's powerful and would absolutely dominate, frost queen levels of power. applies a small buff that heals and empowers allies while doing magic damage. you might say, lance, that's really powerful, but she's a princess and it's what deserves
