Nept, one of the new characters introduced in Kingdom Heart-Missing Link, and the leader of the Baroque Society.

Some think he might be Aqua's ancestor, and I can see the resemblance. If so, it would be funny, because they are polar opposites in terms of demeanor. (Personally, I'm not sure if I would prefer Aqua and Terra to have been just people found by Eraqus and taken under his wing or for them to already be in the circle of Keyblade legacy through ancestry.)
