Personally I think it's " illusion of prosperity". The Biggest Difference Bay Area than other place is Where-They are always Talk to Walk & Tolerate the Heterogeneous/Betrayal & Encourage a risk & Exploration. You cannot find a second place as magic as Silicon Valley in the world.even other stats in USA. A disappointment truth in China.
