Actually, I think the funniest take on Dick Grayson’s fashion sense would be that it is, in fact, utterly chaotic, outdated, and random… but somehow, he’s just so charismatic & good looking, he makes it work anyway.

Like. Man could go out in a neon pink & green vertically striped jogging suit. It should be the most horrible thing you’ve ever laid eyes on. It’s perfectly tailored, he’s built exactly right for vertical stripes to be flattering, the pink highlights the flush in his cheeks when he smiles, and the green actually really brings out his eyes. He looks like he is currently, actively starring in an energy drink ad. Dozens of people recommit themselves to getting more exercise after seeing him in it.

Just your weekly concussion

"We break in and assess first." Bruce decides, pointing at a side entrance down below guarded by a lone guy with a rifle. 

"I'll do it!" Dick volunteers eagerly, already taking off onto the warehouse and landing with barely a sound. He glances up at where Bruce stands ominously, watching him. 

Dick flashes a thumbs-up as he sneaks to the guard, before getting the drop on him. Chokehold with his legs to cut off a scream, a punch to the head, push and flip off the now unconscious body, and voila. 

Dick and Bruce head out on patrol; Bruce takes a blow to the head.

nightwing being hurt in the field, and over comms he can’t get out what was wrong, nearly in shock, and jason puts on his best batman™️ voice and says “robin, report.”

and it snaps dick out of it enough to say concussion, possible broken ribs, and a gash in his side.

I think it’d be funny if Dick and Jason, due to wearing bright yellow capes on the job for years, are capable of stealth to a frankly unhinged degree. They barely have to try anymore it’s so second nature. Dick can just completely disappear while in the loudest neon clothes imaginable. Jason is constantly startling people who don’t understand how they missed a guy the size of a fridge standing right there. Bruce is extremely grateful for his unbreakable poker face because they have both startled him by accident and would never ever let him live it down if they knew.
