Hey! Remember that old post I did with those art works I did of Galeem Pit and Dharkon Dark Pit? You know. That AU by gingerja . Its pretty old art now. Nearly a year.
So I thought, Hey! Why not redraw it! I've improved. I can do better.
...
MY GOD WAS I RIGHT!
Let's look at at the old art work and new art work in a side by side comparison. Click for quality. Lol.

Its time for a probrably wrong union X theory!
Welcome to my first ever attempt at a theory.yall are here to watch ne be wrong. Lmoa.
Union X is coming to an end and its time share with you my big end game theories connecting the dots of kingdom hearts 3 and Re:Mind to Union X. And that is by using some solid evidence from the games and from the light novels. Yes. I'm going there.
This first bit is to do with the idea that Vanitas is the Darkness that possessed Ven in Union X. Now, this could easily be disproven right? Well I think I can actually bring validity to it.
Fist there's the obvious evidence that Vanitas claims that "what I am is Darkness" in Kingdom Hearts 3 and hes been a part of Ven longer than he thinks, he was only extracted is something he mentioned in Re:Mind. This can be written off by him being all the pure darkness in Vens heart, but could be taken as him being the entity darkness.
Ok. So, remember how I said I would talk about the light novels? Well, in said light novels, Vanitas is said to originally have no face/true corporeal form, having the form more like dark Rikus outfit thing, but thanks to Sora touching Vens heart, he gained a more humanish form.
Well.... darkness in Union X...
uhhhh....They have... no form. Just a cloud of purple and black with a figure resemblent of a human form in the center, if you look closely.
And if it were extracted from Vens heart by Xehanort to make Vanitas, that means darkness returns to lay within Ven dormant after the Union leaders defeat it, even when he travels to the time of Birth by Sleep! That or it has left remnents of itself within him to ensure darkness will follow into the future. Either way, it or part of it was in Ven until Xehanort took it away along with the natural darkness of his heart.
But if that's the case, then that would mean Vanitas wasn't technically a part of Ventus, but had resided there so long that that's what he believed. Because memories are stripped when they time travel. Does that effect darkness? Making it thinks its always been Vens darkness and Vens Darkness alone all this time.
Now for things to get a bit wonkey
There's still a big question lurking. What the hell is up with Dark inferno X? (chi pronounced key) its picture is below.

Guyyyyyys... I need to say something.
Wojira, the water serpent who could beat the first spinjitzu master, is described by Wu to be able to control 2 element. Wind and water.
The 2 amulets on its head are the amulet of waves and amulets of storm.
But we see Wojira use quite alot of lightning and not alot of wind.
Here's my idea. Were Wind and Lightning originally apart of a single element of storm?
That raises alot of questions in of itself like "How did the elements of lightning and wind come to be their own thing?" or "Why did only Nyas powers act up and not Jays?" And the biggest question "why did the ninjago team decide make Wojira use lightning and water more than it used wind?"
But this could also answer a few things of the past. Remember ALLLLLL THE WAY BACK in season 1 episode 10 where the team accidentally made Jay use wind not lightning? And remember in season 5 episode 2 when Morro, possessing lloyd, used a single lightning attack on the ninja even though Lloyd gave the elements to the rest of the group? Something tells me that maybe its not Jay and Morro who are related, but their elemental powers. Separated at some point for reasons we may never know of. But maybe it was something like this.
An aincent master of storm, able to control the wind and lightning, was slowly loosing herself over their powers and realised it was all too much power for them to hold. Their powers combined was so great that they could only use one at a time. So they divided their power across 2 lineages. One line would bare her element of wind, ending with Morro. And the other would take hold of lightning becoming a Lineage that soon lead to Jay.
Whichever lineages was her own I'm not sure of, but now that the power is divided, it won't react to the amulets. The amulets don't recognise Lightning and Wind. Only storm.
... huh... why do I suddenly have the inspiration to write a story or draw something?

Is this a hot take? I think it is.
THE NINJA REPLACEMENTS TEAM IS UNDERAPRECIATED!
There. I said it.
The team comprises of 7 characters, with Jay as the leader, and his team mates being Captain Soto, Skylor, Dareth, The Police Commissioner, Echo Zane and Ronin.
Now, let me tell you why this team is great.
First, redeemed Villains. Ronin and Captain Soto both posed against the ninja (the commissioner did too but he wasn't really a villain, more a nuisance (more on this later)). Seeing Ronin back was a great thing, but Captain Soto, who has just escaped Kryptaryum Prison, agreed to help. Sure it was because he wanted a rematch with Nadakhan, but it was great to see him get a chance to be a hero.
Ronin has had a rocky road to redemption too, but it's great that even after season 6 and the confusion, he's still gonna trust who's side is right. Yeah it's got gain for them both in ways that aren't heroic, but if they had not reversed the timeline, or maybe if they remembered the events, I think they would of gotten to develop I to decent vigilantes. Ronin especially wouldn't of been the villain in season 14... probably... so who knows what would of happened there.
Next, I wanna talk about the returning side characters, Skylor and Dareth. Dareth, for me, was and still is pretty laughable. But his effort, while not great, was atleast genuine. Its why I don't think he's completely awful. He may not be the most useful, but he's willing to help the ninja wherever and whenever he can.
And Skylor, after her absence after season 4, I loved seeing her back. She's a decent character and she's actually a competent fighter too, though we knew that from season 4. And she instantly knew what Jay was there for. She just knows, it's great.
And then we are on to the new characters formerly introduced this season. The Police Commissioner and Echo. The Police Commissioner finally coming to his senses back in misfortune rising. He wants to help redeem his past mistake even though he was only trying to do his job under an incorrect accusation. He could of been written off as just a character who was there to put problems in the way of the ninja, but no. He has been brought back multiple times to develop him. And his time to shine in season 6 was perfect.
And as for Echo, he was a fun and likeable character, very much an Echo of Zane. He got time to shine properly and was definitely a great addition to the team, just doing his job of protecting his allies. Even if he was a one series character, he will never be forgotten.
And of course, the star of the show, Jay. The one who's suffered under Nadakhans wrath the most. The one who's been alienated by most people, even if it was all forgiven. He's hardened his shell over this season, but he's still the same Jay we know and love. And he is ready to slay a djinn. He is ready to do what it takes to save his friends, his home and all the people he doesn't know. He even puts the ideas of Nadakhan betraying the sky pirates in the other pirates heads, and it benefits him. He's able to be tortured and broken, but he was still able to do what he did best. Gather up a team, save his friends and be proven as a valuable team member. Yeah this season boosted him to second favourite character. He used to be 5th out of the ninja, now he's 2nd. What a boost
Each character has a unique personality and motive and that's what I love in the team. Diversity in motive. Diversity in character. Diversity in a team is just so great. That's why I love the original ninja and the ninja replacements.
As for those motives,
Soto wants to rematch Nadakhan and knows exactly what to do.
Ronin is probably gonna get paid and he is a thief/mercenary by nature so money is gonna be a big motive for him
Dareth just wants to help out and prove himself as a decent fighter
Skylor who... we don't really know why she joined but it was either because she was bored or she just wanted to help out (andshewantedtosavekaireturningthefavourofhimsavingher)
The Police Commissioner wants to reestablish the trust with the ninja and this is the perfect way to fo it.
Echo just wants to do what he does best. Protect the ones he cares about, Just like Zane.
And then there's Jay. The one who has 3 goals. Save his friends from a magic sword, stop a wedding that will result in disaster, and take out a djinn. If this show was more aimed at adults, Jay would of stabbed Nadakhan. Tell me otherwise. I dare you.
The whole team work off eachother so well. They all are characters that rank from decent to fantastic. The motives each team mate has is believable.
But most importantly, this team is functional. They succeed in helping with Nadakhans defeat. While some made more efforts than others, they still helped with the result.

Do you have any other things with that Ninjago KH AU? It looks really cool!
OH BOY… WELL
I have a fanfic I started… and then never finished! aha… well, it be like that sometimes. You know, I might as well link to the whole google doc I have on it, because it’s super weirdly messy and incomplete, but there are some things I’m really fond of about it! Like, I have a scene where Kai cuts Lloyd’s hair. I like that part. The first chapter is in there, but the one I published is edited – that was just my first pass.
Here’s a clip that makes me soft :>
—
“I can’t actually do the ceremony, you’ll have to ask Master Wu about it, but,” Kai draws himself and a deep breath upright, and summons his keyblade, holding it out with two hands. He closes his eyes.
“In your hand, take this key,” he says. Lloyd does, reverently, fingers just brushing the guard and lifting it gently out of Kai’s hands as if he’ll be told to let go at any moment. “So long as you have the makings, then through this simple act of taking…its wielder you shall one day be. And you will find me, friend — no ocean will contain you then. No more borders around, or below, or above, so long as you champion the ones you love.”
Lloyd blinks up at Kai as his eyes slowly open, taken aback.
He rubs at the back of his neck. “It’s a bequeathing, it’s kind of a ceremony to bestow you with a keyblade, if you met a Master willing enough. But from me… it’s more of a good luck charm. And a promise, I think. Okay?”
Lloyd nods, his throat constricting despite his attempts to stop it. The keyblade vanishes from his hands in a scatter of soft flames, and Kai takes a knee in front of him, impossibly gentle, the hands on his shoulders and they are the warmest any hands have ever been.
One day,” Kai says softly, “your light will outshine us all. I know it.”
