It's been about a few weeks to around three months after the attack against the Nagu vampires and the fractions of NYC. Everyone has been recovering and rebuilding after the destruction they caused. Most people still lived on their lives even trying to do their best to look past what happened.

So far, the fractions have been doing well, even some just resting up for the time being. Right now, no word was heard from the Nagu vampires or the main targets: Caizmir and Owen. Right now, it seems the two were busy doing something or seeking the Elder Nagu vampire. So far, they have given blood or offerings to the shrine that held him but they were seeing his power growing during the past weeks.

"Please hear my voice great one. I know you been sleeping for a long time but we seek your help. Your aid...please come to us." Caizmir was seeing the followers chanting but seeing the blood magic at work. Owen said nothing but he saw and felt the power from the shrine. However, their was someone laying on the stone bed but they looked to be dead but not. They were asleep.

"Sir, do you really think this will work?" one Nagu asked but Owen hissed at him to be quiet. The other falls back scared seeing the others chanting still. They knew the elder was right there. Sleeping but as the magic was seeping into the ground, some sudden movement was seen making the others tense. Wait..what the...

"Yes, rise grand elder. Rise to the new world of the living. Let us bring you back to the living. Come back and walk among us again." he chanting as the Nagu vampires sees the ground cracking but in a while, that's when something cracks through showing a hand with nails made of blood. Some of the chanters backs up scared but Caizmir and Owen looks seeing the hands but the one sleeping slowly shifts to slowly open their eyes. "....."

"This works....now I can plan my revenge on those demons..they will regret the day they messed with us." he chuckled.

~~~~~~Meanwhile in NYC~~~~~~

Breezy felt a sudden chill with a headache but she shook it off while the others noticed. "You okay?" asked Jinx looking up but to nod.

"Y..yeah, I'm good...just...a weird feeling." she mutters rubbing her arm but shook it off while the cursed vixens got worried about her friend but they were on patrol today like the other fractions today. Melinda and Breezy were alright but they only remains seeing their leader looking around. She wonders if the others were doing alright but they should be. Even knowing that Davion was helping out and being sure Rust was safe. It leaves the hurricane curious but she keeps it quiet.

It was an unusually cool morning when Crowley rolled the stand into St James's Park and set up in his now customary spot. He’d barely put the brakes on the cart when the smell hit him. Putrid and rank, like a series of angry farmyard animals had taken a shit all over the lawn. Walking around, he tried to search for the source of the stench but could only presume it was coming from the grass. Then he realised that it was only coming from the patch of grass near the bridge, where he set up the ice cream stand.  

Crowley stilled, then whipped his head around to peer across the bridge at the spot where Heavenly Flavours was already set up and open for business. Through the scattering of people crossing the bridge he could see the fluffy-haired guy was there, serving customers. Presumably smiling in that serene holier-than-thou way of his.

Last yap for now because I have to do so much shit today but I hope some day I can go back to my Ice Betty AU.

I've been thinking a lot about how she would have reacted to Marcy, I feel like Betty is at least initially the kind of person who fucking hates kids. Simon thought he was too, or at least that he was never equipped to be a parent, but he immediately turns into a dad once the situation calls for it.

Betty begins to feel weirdly threatened by Marcy's presence, as though this sick orphan toddler is going to usurp her position as Simon's favorite. Simon finally asks Betty what the fuck she's doing and as Betty begins to verbalize her insecurities, the realization that she's Becoming Her Mother hits her like a brick.

She spends the next week trying to be a fun mom for Marcy. Initially out of guilt and a need to overcompensate, but eventually just out of a fondness for this kid, who is really good at not being as annoying as she expected. They become total partners in crime, and Marcy learns a new bad word every day. It is beautiful.

TLDR:

A penguin gets a Prismo wish and wants more ice. This results in Simon and the Crown fully fusing after a young Marcy dies, and he frosts over all of Apocalyptic Ooo. All of the Vampires, Zombies, and Humans got shut into the permafrost, and whatever's left lives on the outskirt islands. The other elements stay mostly dormant for centuries longer than usual.

Ice Lord has retained his memories (too many memories even, because this includes some of Gunther 1's). His personality has shifted into something more violent and impulsive than even Ice King, but his sympathy and reason shine through when he recognizes a situation/person.

Mostly more Simon angst, I'm sure this has been overdone already but I like him. And i like the little mutant penguins heehee

"I know I'm pretty, but staring is usually considered kinda rude, y'know?" Cari turns when he feels the rebel's eyes on him, smiling. "Of course, I don't think I'd ever complain about having your eyes on me~..."

"..." Altair simply stares at Cari for a bit longer. "...I don't get you."

"Hm?"

"You're a prince. An Imperial Prince. You could have anyone or anything you wanted. But you keep coming here, helping plot against your own grandfather, and instead of sticking with another royal... you keep following me and my brother like a dumb lost puppy."

Cari didn't look at all offended by the 'dumb' remark. Instead, the prince's smile grew. "...I think that's the most you're ever spoken to me. You have a nice voice~..."

The harpy scowled, looking away from that damnable smile. "This is what I'm talking about--"

"I know. A lot of what I'm saying and doing lately doesn't make a lot of sense, huh?" Cari tilted his head a bit. "You're not the first person to say I'm weird, or I don't make sense, or I'm annoying. But I don't care." He shrugs. "I've always done what I've wanted and followed my instincts... it's how my fathers raised me."

Altair's eyebrows raised. "Somehow, I doubt they did."

"Well, not entirely! But they did always tell me to do what I feel is right." Smile softening, he reached to brush his fingers against Altair's cheek, pleased when the harpy didn't pull away. "And what I think is right for me, is you and Aqua. And for that, I'll do what I think is necessary."

"...Anything?"

"Anything~"

"...Bluebloods." He clicks his tongue, brushing Cari's hand away, surprisingly not unkindly. "I'll never understand you lot."
