A German (not all to serious) Kylux song I found on Youtube and considered too fricking hilarious to not share with you guys. The English translation is mine, as are all errors. I took liberties with it, it's not completely literal, so bear with me.
The original video is here - go and show it some love if you're so inclined ❤️
Posting an Acapella for the first time in a while because I feel like my voice has changed in a good way. I messed up some of the words, and had to change the cadence of the song a bit to be able to properly sing it, but other than that it's the same. I KNOW I can change the pitch of my voice to a much more controlled degree, idk if you can hear that here, but trust me, I know my voice and it was NOT able to that before. I can go a little higher than before, but I've noticed I can go deeper than before too, which considering where my voice is naturally, is surprizing. This is only my 3rd acapella on here, be nice to me 3:<
This is my instrumental for Phantasm (Pizza Tower Mix) and the first instrumental I ever posted, so if you want to make a Pizza Tower cover for Phantasm, you may use this if you want, but please give me credit
And give credit to Monotono and longestsoloever as well, because the two parts are not mine, i only compile two covers
So I listened to "Welcome to the Circus" by the band Skittish, and the moment I heard the lyrics my brain IMMEDIATELY thought it connects really well with the relationship between Ghetsis, N, and Team Plasma.
The opening lyrics in particular stand out ("Welcome to the circus, where you're put on display" - N was welcomed as king, but in truth he had no real power. He was just a figurehead, a display for people to rally behind), but so does the later repetition of "We're hanging on your every word" switching to "We're hanging for your every word".
To me, that section in particular brings to mind how Ghetsis' charisma united people beneath Team Plasma's banner with N as king ("We're hanging on your every word"), but his machinations left N and those who genuinely wanted to help Pokémon (Old Plasma) being viewed as villains, now desperately searching for redemption but being treated with scorn by Unova's majority ("We're hanging for your every word").
Ppl lookit this song by The Chalkeaters and Black Gryph0n. Its like… the only song I’ve actually seen that focuses on the stuff the guards say in Skyrim. And it’s delightful. Silly little guy. Watch it.
