Sephiroth as an ex-guard from Radiant Garden realizing during Maleficent’s attack that his boss and coworkers committed inhuman experiments under his nose would have been a great parallel to his canon character development featuring burning hometowns, your friends are dead AGAIN and scientists with dubious morals!
