I have anxiety and there are a few random things that me anxious despite it not actually being something to worry about.

One thing that makes me anxious for no reason is notlooking at my feel when I walk. For some reason I need to always be looking at the ground infront of me otherwise I get increadably anxious.

Anyway am i the only one with really irrational anxietys?
