build a pillow/blanket fort and read or watch your favourite film

use a salt lamp

do some gardening or help out on an allotment

light a fire (inside or outside)

go mushroom hunting

try knitting or crochet

cook with seasonal vegetables

visit a forest, find a nice leaf, then paint it

do some self-care (meditation, journalling, face mask, listen to peaceful music)

go for a walk on the beach -- and wrap up warm!

try protective hairstyles

go birdwatching, and look out for migratory species
