(HTTYD x MCYT crossover. No knowledge of the series is needed I just like the dragons :D )

There have always been hybrids as long as players have existed. Nobody truly knows where they first came from, but the common theory is that mob code and player code got mixed up, and the gods decided to keep hybrids alive. People seemed to like them after all.

But there is one species of hybrids that nobody knows the origin of. They appear to be dragons (and that is certainly what they call themselves), but there are no mobs that match with them.

And as with any rare species, there are safe places, and places that will enslave them. Hermitcraft is once such server made to keep these hybrids safe.

Hermitcraft is built like it is for a reason, the fabric of the server woven into a safe haven by those who are othered, the structures and people, adaptable and kind, even in it's most dangerous times, they're there to create. The dragons are no different from the rest, and the universe has given them a soft place to land.

The gods were young once, too weak to care for the universe they were born to protect. Thus, the dragons came to be, made of nothing but milk and love like the players after them.

Their sole purpose was to raise the gods, and once they were grown, and they no longer had a purpose, they went into hiding, until the world needed them again.

There were dragons when the gods were young, and now that they're back, different, yet the same, it's the gods turn to protect them.
