Not saying I’m done with NunMode yet (thanks @2pretty ; it’s been an amazing journey!) but here’s my July update -

- we’ve had so many beautiful family dinners, no screens 😌

- my screentime is down to < 1 hr per day

- have made big strides in my personal and professional goals

For August and beyond:

- no internet look-ups for 30 days

- spend 90 days with spouse as though you had just met

- 5am *every day* no excuses, no snooze

I feel like I have much more time, even tho I literally ADDED something to my schedule

My current dg life:

5a-730a Bible; deep work (rn, 🧪 📚 physical chemistry)

730a-845a baby wakes up, diaper change/playing, i run with him in the stroller, then stretch/middle splits, shower etc

9a-5pm train, Lab - experiments, writing manuscripts, my dissertation, review articles etc

5pm- train/meditation

6pm - 10pm - family time: dinner, pool, walks
