I did a meditation tonight, to meet one of my Dolphin guides. It felt so good to be swimming as a Mermaid underwater, in the deep dark sea. Connecting with my soulself. Feeling so free. Dolphins often help me in my healing sessions for clients. They are amazing and powerful. They help to cleanse our auras and bring joy back into our hearts. I am grateful to have them in my life. Sunset was so refreshing today! I went outside, in my backyard. Lined up with the sun, and did a few yoga poses. It was chilly, so I didn't last too long outside. But enough to enjoy the energy, and feel connected to nature. ☀️ Are you getting outside at all? It's so important to find ways to bring nature in, if you can't.
