Okay I really need to stop purging. It’s what I hate most about bulimia.
So I’m posting this to hopefully remind myself to stop. I’ll keep updates if anyone cares!
Really want to stop, so here is some symptoms of self induced vomiting that I’ve already seen:
Swollen glands (worst one; like literal golf balls under my jaw)
Tooth decay (clear teeth)
Burns on tongue (sides of my tongue bleed and look shredded)
Enflamed throat (obviously)
Cracked smile lines (acid burns and cuts lips and mouth)
Stomach ulcers (thankfully have gone down)
Heart burn (this could actually kill me without notice)
There are more but these really hurt. I’ll let you know how I do 🦋

your view of your body is so perspective. let’s say someone is 20 pounds before an ed okay…after they lose 5lbs by restricting they are gonna think they look skinny. now let’s say farther on in the ed now they are 10 lbs. if they were to gain 5 lbs all they would see is fat. but beforehand they thought they were so skinny.
it’s so draining never thinking you are thin enough. it’s never going to be enough yet hitting your gw is the best feeling in the world.
