First, let's define customization: the action of making or changing something according to the buyer's or user's needs. Most people get a jewelry customization with me because they want to have a UNIQUE piece..... something that no one else has. This might be for a special event like a birthday party. The first step would be to identify what materials you want your jewelry made from, then the design, colors, etc, any allergies to any metals would be discussed as well then finalize everything including costs, security deposit & other pertinent details.
