So I decided to draw a little more than two MCs bc I haven’t been able to work on some MCs over my short vacation and I’m gonna have to start cramming for a test soon :,0 so yeah-

Iris (vijigenshin) and (brightestbulbintheshedii)’s MCs were the two I decide to work on when I came back from break (also thanks for the permission for me to draw them 🤭) but I decided that I haven’t posted that much after break and wanted to draw more cuz I can HAHAHAHHAAH

Also I joined the discord server over my vacation and it was a nice experience… im still shy but I try my best to interact 😭😭 (hence why I have debated on joining in the first place bc I have major anxiety joining active servers 🫡🫡)

I hope those from the discord server that I drew don’t mind that I drew their MC without asking cuz I kind of wanted it to be a surprise (but I got too silly and ended up showing wips LMAO), and also now that I was in the server I felt that it wasn’t necessary for me to ask 🥲👍✨

I wanted to draw Shin’s redesign in this style bc it was bothering me that I drew the old design instead 😭😭 but also I wanted to draw it as a lil gift too as thanks to habit for drawing my mc 🤧🤧 I swear when I saw it I couldn’t stop looking at it (and I also enjoyed looking at the others bc seeing phys in habit’s artstyle was very pleasant and I still think about them to this day✨💖✨) also I hope u don’t mind that I used ur drawings as additional reference-

it is baffling to me that ppl keep insisting "if its not sprite then what IS it tho?" and seemingly do not...retain the recipes that are being shared. like you dont have to memorize them its just repeatedly "is lemonade not sprite though? how is it not sprite?"

"is it not the same as sprite?" no we just told u. does that sound like sprite to you. does sprite give you the vibe of juicing some lemons on a hot summer day? the lemonade version closest to Sprite over here, in terms of Being Lemonade, is still Notably Different from sprite, or any other soda, is probably Minute Maid, a highly processed branded lemonade that you can occasionally get from soda fountains (DESPITE! NOT BEING CARBONATED! similar to how they somehow dispense iced or sweet tea from soda fountains) it sometimes comes in a can or 2L bottle similar to soda, in the soda isle. and its Not Soda. its not Carbonated. its Trying To Pretend So Hard To Be Real Lemonade. it tastes like lemonade thats a bit sad. it is far more lemonade than SPRITE will ever be. if yall were simply insisting that lemonade is carbonated, that it was like, fizzy minute maid, that would be less offensive than calling sprite lemonade. which is Insane. good god.

advance 2 is. well. the special stages themselves are Fine like i don't love them but they're way better than the ones in 3. what i despise is the whole Getting Into Them part where i have stay glued into a map of the stage pretty much the entire goddamn time to collect the seven funny emblems first. like that just sucks they're not even on some kind of logical path through the stage no you have to go out of your way to grab them and some are even straight up hidden too it is not a great system and makes retrying the special stages a nightmare

I also really really really like his design in the first game. I never talk about it bc I don't have any real interest the game itself (and bc it takes place before the new one so it's not as relevant to my selfship stuff), but the way I picture him is like a mix between both designs.
