the ONLY thing i will complain about with the marauders fandom is that when i look for wolfstar content, because i love them just as equally as jegulus, they're always background characters in another fic,,,i feel like the tagging system in this fandom needs to be addressed, lowkey

i’m kind of tired of seeing all-celebrity casts in diverse remakes of stuff. just tried watching the 30th anniversary abc show for beauty and the beast and i thought the choreography was great and the actors did fairly decent jobs but i just found myself wishing that i wasn’t seeing and hearing extremely recognizable voices taking on those roles. like, why not give young up-and-coming stage-trained broadway singers roles in big name stuff like this? i know that’s kind of the Brand of these annual live shows is that they’re trying to attract viewers by featuring big name talent but i was so disappointed by john legend’s (not stage trained) inability to hold his voice for the entire show during jesus christ superstar. and i think that this is sort of following/reflecting the trend of celebrities who are Not Voice Actors being cast in voice roles in animated stuff which is a real travesty and a big deal in the VO world. i wish i could see new talent being discovered in high profile stuff like this. anyway
