Dear anon, I am so sorry for the delay. I’ve been meaning to put this list for about a week now, but I feel as if I’m missing some fics. Most of these are fandom favourites and might not come as any surprise, but these are my all time favourite fics that I’ve probably read more than once and more than twice. Summary: Written for the following prompt: Charles knows everything about Erik, knows how obsessive and self-destructive he is, how Erik would do anything, give anything, in his quest for vengeance against Shaw. But he also knows that Erik loves him in ways that aren't exactly platonic. I'd like to see a completely straight!Charles, out of pure love and care of Erik, initiate a romantic relationship with him. It can be because he wishes to give Erik something positive in his life or because he thinks it might help change Erik's mind about Shaw, the reason is up to author. Also, while Charles finds intimacy with Erik strange and awkward, he does enjoy the new, non-romantic layers that have developed in their relationship.

Oof this will be tough. Most fandoms I have multiple favorite characters but I’ll give this a shot.

Star Wars: This is an incredibly tough one. If you’ve played Jedi Fallen Order you know how amazing Cal Kestis & Nightsister Merrin and they quickly became one of my favorite ships. But if I had to choose only one character from the universe it would be Din Djarin/The Mandalorian. His character is just so badass and awesome and goes on forever. Watching his character development over the 16 episodes as he becomes a father to Grogu. I could be here for a month with all the reasons Din is amazing so I’ll just leave it short here.

Naruto: This is another tough one but Minato Namikaze has always been my favorite character. Dude was such a gentle badass. In the Ninja World where leaving your friends to die instead of saving them to complete the mission was what you were suppose to do, and The White Fang was dishonored after choosing his comrades over the mission, Minato was so badass during the Third Great Ninja War that all the other nations had flee on sight orders if you saw him. He killed a thousand ninja in the blink of an eye and then was back home in an apron cleaning dishes for Kushina. Absolute badass. Getting to see him with Naruto during the 4th Great Ninja War was so great.

ATLA: Ugh so tough. It really comes down to Sokka and Azula for me which isn’t surprising since Sokkla is my OTP. But I think if I had to choose just one it’d be Sokka. So much of who he is as a goofy, smart, kind hearted, intelligent dumbass, is who I’ve been/tried to be in my life. I relate to both Sokka and Azula which is why I love them both so much and this answer could vary from day to day tbh.

Mass Effect: Liara T’soni. Such a badass awesome character. Every playthrough I tell myself I’m finally going to romance Tali and yet I end up romancing Liara again >.>

Star Trek: Captain Sisko. Sisko was just such a badass powerful character. Picard was the federation poster boy. He was the one Starfleet held up and said “look! Look how well he represents our utopian ideals!!!” which is great and all. But Sisko. Sisko was the man who had to make the hard calls, who had to get his hands dirty and do things that don’t fall into that morally perfect little garden the Federation liked to believe itself to be. He had to make harsh calls, do hard things, to protect utopia. In The Pale Moonlight will forever remain one of the best episodes of Trek and nothing will ever be able to change that.

So… I lied. I cheated. I bribed men to cover up the crimes of other men. I am an accessory to murder. But most damning of all… I think I can live with it… And if I had to do it all over again… I would. Garak was right about one thing – a guilty conscience is a small price to pay for the safety of the Alpha Quadrant. So I will learn to live with it…Because I can live with it…I can live with it.

 Sisko was a good man making hard choice in a brutal war the likes of which the Federation had never imagined. He had to make the hard calls to protect not only the Federation but the Alpha Quadrant as a whole. As soon as the Dominion had pacified the Federation and Klingons, they would have turned on the Romulans for sure.

Stargate: This is a tough one. Growing up I always admired Samantha Carter. Smart, clever, charming, badass, every bit a warrior as the men. It was inspiring to see a well written female character who was one of the smartest people on Earth, who was compassionate yet firm in her believes, capable of defending herself and her team mates. The Stargate franchise spawned so many great characters but I think if I had to choose one it’d be John Sheppard. A lot of considered him an O’neill lite, and he definitely had a little bit of O’neill to him, but he was different enough and his own character that I really enjoyed watching over the 5 years of Atlantis. His willingness to put his own health and safety aside to rescue his friends and team mates(See S5E01 “Search & Rescue” where despite the fact he’s got internal bleeding and probably a whole litany of other problems, he goes on the rescue mission for Teyla, disobeying a direct order from Sam while also telling her he had more respect for her than any other CO he’d ever served under). It’s that sort of selflessness coupled with his humor, charm, wit, and his ability to come up with clever ideas that leave Rodney frustrated he didn’t think of that, that makes Col. Sheppard my favorite.

Battlestar Galactica: Lee “Apollo” Adama. This is another tough one like most of my choices, as RDM’s nuBSG had so many amazingly developed, flawed, characters that made them seem like actual, real human beings. But Apollo was my favorite I think. Smart, skilled, compassionate. Strong moral compass... for the most part(we’ll gloss over his affair with Starbuck while married to Dee). I will never not feel bad for him. I think part of him truly did love Dee, just not as much as he loved Kara, and as soon as it looked like he was rekindling the spark with Dee she killed herself. And then they finally find Earth the Second, and it looks like he’s finally going to get to settle down with Kara like he’s always wanted, poof, she’s an Angel and has completed her purpose. Bill is off burying Laura, and he’ll probably never see his dad again. Dude went through so much character growth, so much pain and hurt and ended up alone.

Dragonball: I grew up watching DBZ so it’s always had a soft spot in my heart. And my favorite character has always been a tie between Future Trunks & Vegeta. But I think I’m going to give it to Future Trunks. He was such a badass. His entry was sooooo badass, the way he dismantled Frezia and his father with his sword. When he got back to the future after the Cell Games he wasted no time killing 17 & 18 and then Cell. He was a take no bullshit, don’t fuck around like Vegeta, Goku, and SSJ2 Kid Gohan(All I can think of anymore is Dragonball Z Abridged where Gohan gets so mad at himself for letting his Vegeta show xD) Not to mention kid me for whatever reason was super enamored with his seatbelt buckle style belts he used. Idk why but like 10 year old me thought that was the coolest shit ever.

Teen Titans(the good one not GO): Raven. I always loved Raven and she’s been my favorite TT since I watched the OG show. Her character development throughout the show was amazing. Going from thinking she was too dangerous/weird to love to having friends and a family. Will always be my favorite and it’s not even a contest.

Hello, anon! I’m very much in the same boat (or ship, as it were =P). Maleval is my Disney OTP so it’s hard for me to picture either character with anyone else.

I don’t want to inadvertently offend anyoneso I’m going to write my opinions of the other ships under a read more.

Maleficent/Conall — I feel like these two had some potential if Conall hadn’t died, but only if Conall had a more playful side that we didn’t see. Maleficent has a very wicked sense of humor. She enjoys pranks. She likes to bicker and banter and tease. She’s very playful when she’s happy. Conall, on the other hand, seemed very solemn to me. Very serious and reserved. More like a wise mentor figure than a love interest. Maybe the two could have balanced each other out had Conall lived but I personally feel Diaval already does that, and that he does it much more effectively. (Side note: does anyone else think Conall should have just gone and fetched Diaval when he was trying to persuade Maleficent not to go to war with the humans? I feel like Diaval could have talked her out of it in one conversation. Reuniting Maleficent with her “conscience” early on might have saved a lot of lives.)

Maleficent/Borra — Eh, I’m just not a big fan of this ship. I feel like Borra brings out the worst in Maleficent. He’s an instigator and they both have explosive, hair-trigger tempers that don’t mesh well together. Of course, Borra changed a lot over the course of the movie, so maybe there’s potential there if he continues to calm down, but I’d much rather see him with a human. I think that’d be a great plot twist.

Maleficent/Random New Character — Of course there’s potential here but only if Maleficent and the mystery character get to know each other first. Maleficent is not the type of person to fall in love quickly. She has to learn to trust first, and that takes time.

Maleficent/Ingrith — Love Ingrith as a villain but she just isn’t shippable to me. No one deserves to be paired up with a genocidal maniac, least of all Maleficent. The actresses have great chemistry, though, so I can see why people ship it, especially if they’re into enemies-to-lovers ships.

Maleficent/John — Feels too cracky. Not enough chemistry.

Maleficent/Aurora— I don’t view their relationship as romantic. Maleficent is Aurora’s mother.

Diaval/Aurora— I can’t pair Aurora with Diaval any more than I can pair her with Maleficent. He’s her father in every way that matters.

Diaval/Arabella— No.

Diaval/Random New Character — I suppose it could happen if a faerie, human, or raven caught his attention and he left Maleficent’s service, but what are the chances of that actually happening? Diaval has stayed by Maleficent’s side for over two decades — longer than his own natural lifespan. He hasn’t expressed interest in anyone else but her. According to Sam Riley, he’s in love with her and canon doesn’t refute that. I don’t see Diaval going anywhere unless Maleficent forces him to, and even then, would he even want to find love with someone else? He’s a raven and ravens mate for life.

I’ve decided to go with the ones that are some kind of all-time favourites because otherwise I wouldn’t even know where to start. So, here we go, in no particular order, because that would just be cruel:

James Flint (Black Sails) Listen, I’d follow this man into battle, into ruin, and probably even into hell, he’s such a great character, there is so much, so much pain, anger, emotions, and yet still all that softness underneath. He killed a man with his bare hands in the very first episode and yet I just knew. That’s him, that’s the one. Also, starting a war on England because England was a homophobic asshole? Your fav could never.

Julio Richter/Rictor (Marvel)X-Factor Investigations was the series that got me into comics (in hindsight a questioable decision on its own, but w/e), so maybe that’s part of the reason why he’ll always have a special place in my heart, but I just love everything about him, from his ridiculous fashion sense to the years he spent so deep in the closet he was basically in Narnia. Also, the way his depression gets handled still breaks me every time. Also², Rictor/Shatterstar is possibly one of the best things Marvel ever created (OTP: It can only be you.

Ronan Lynch (The Raven Cycle)Oh my god, Ronan. Who appears to be so sharp, acts like the badass troublemaker, and is just so angry so often, but actually took a baby raven out of his dreams, dreamt up a baby brother who’s all sunshine and happiness, whose softness somehow can’t even be taken away by the darkest things and places, and who just loves the few people he cares about so goddamn much, how could I not love him?Also, because I still remember the discussion about this, he was clearly written as gay from the very beginning, but in the most hilarious way. (Comparing Blue’s dress to a lampshape, and then “Whatever sort of lamp it belonged on, Gansey clearly wished he had one. Ronan wasn’t a fan of lamps.“? ICONIC. Also “I’m always straight.” - “Oh man, that’s the biggest lie you’ve ever told.”)

Percy Weasley (Harry Potter)Probably the most controversial of them all on Tumblr, but you can pry my love for Percy from my cold, dead hands. I’ve ranted about this a lot, but let me rant just about this one thing again: When it comes down to it, he doesn’t really fit into his family who are all loud and chaotic, when he’s just… not. And it’s not even like they have nothing in common, it’s just that nobody makes an effort to really understand him or to really get to know him, this frustrates me to no end, okay, because there are so many layers there and I love all of them so much!

Donna Noble (Doctor Who)DONNAAAAAA! Of all the characters who deserved so much better, she’s really reduced me to screaming her name into the void every time I see something about her/think about her, because SHE DESERVED SO MUCH BETTER, she deserved the universe, and she deserved to remember it. Also, she’s probably my favourite companion of all time because her dynamic with Ten is hands down the best (”You’re not mating with me, sunshine.”). She takes no shit from him, but it’s not like she’s harsh or anything, she’s got so much compassion, and she managed to be awesome without having a special connection to the Doctor or some ~mystery~ about her to solve.

Daisuke Motomiya (Digimon)Light of my life, miracle child of mine! He gets so much shit in and out of universe, with everyone thinking he’s just an idiot, but he is so brave, so optimistic despite the way almost everyone treats him and everything happening to him and his friends, so full of love. I’ve said it again and again, but the world truly would be a better place with more people like him, and everyone’s life would be so much better with a friend like him.

Alex Drake (Ashes to Ashes)I’ve mentioned her actress in the reply to that last ask, and obviously all of her outfits and hairstyles are such a “do I want to be you or do I want to be with you” mood, it’s the best/worst (I am weak for the 80s, I never stood a chance).But also, she’s such a good lead and character! I was super sceptical after Life on Mars because I thought nobody could be as interesting as Sam Tyler in a setting like this, but I think she totally beat him in personality and chemistry with Gene hunt, and that’s gotta say something.

Sirius Black (Harry Potter)Okay, I tried to include only one character per fandom, but Sirius Black has been one of the first characters I’ve ever been kind of obsessed with (I remember drawing sketches in my homework planner of me going after Bellatrix Lestrange for killing him, this feels like a lifetime ago), and I feel like the older I get, the more – and deeper – reasons to love him I find.I mean, he’s already got bonus points for the cool hair, leather jacket and motorcycle stuff (plus, he’s like 100% gay, fight me JKR), but he’s also a fucking mess. Even before Azkaban, but both that and the way he grew up and then walked away from his family probably bring out his flaws even more, and it’s great, because all of this makes him such an interesting character.

Zuko (Avatar: The Last Airbender)How often can you cry over the same character arc? Because is2g, I do every single time, it’s just so well done. In terms of redemption arcs, it set the bar so fucking high that I don’t think I’ve seen anything ever since that came close.And, I mean. He’s got all that angst from his history with his father and Azula and the path that sent him on, there’s so much growth that I could talk about that alone for ages, but he’s also just so awkward and such a goddamn idiot, it’s so perfect.

Tonda (Krabat)This one might seem a bit out of place (does anyone even know this book?) but 11-year-old me fell in love with him when we were reading this book at school, and the rest is history. I’ve been rereading it a few times over the last 20 years because I still love it and somehow always find new things to fall in love with, but what always stays the same is my love for Tonda. His story still kind of breaks my heart, and his friendship with Krabat probably even more. Characters who’ve been through so much but still are caring and want to protect their friends? GOD, YES.

So logically speaking, after the end...

- Assuming my theory about Bran being the manipulator is wrong, I can’t see him doing anything after years of being completely passive. He doesn’t want anything, so logically speaking, he wouldn’t be interested in being a good king. He ends up as Tyrion’s personal Wikipedia, providing him with information, while his Hand makes decisions based on them. (Probably not good ones considering his track record in past few seasons.)

- When Sansa hears these two idiots are ruling Westeros, she goes south and seduces Tyrion. Because hey, she’s young, lonely and the only competent person around, besides Davos (and likes Tyrion A LOT if her talk with Daenerys is any indication). Well, hopefully. Otherwise the entire country is fucked.

- Bronn is VERY quickly arrested for corruption. I mean, The Three Eyed Raven sees all and shit, so as soon as Bronn tries anything, he is caught. He’s then kicked out of the council and replaced with someone more competent. He then proceeds to squander what was left of the Tyrell properties and dies very soon of a STD. The Reach is given, again, after an extensive background check of all the minor lords from the region, to someone who is very good with finances. Hopefully.

- Since Dadvos isn’t there to help Gendry rule, he becomes a puppet of all the minor lords from the Stormlands. Alone and left to fend for himself in a possition he never wanted and isn’t even remotely qualified, he either starts to drink heavily and lets Stormlands to fall into ruin, or finds some sort of “friend” who deals with this ruling nonsense for him. If he’s lucky, his right hand man/woman is someone competent who maybe even leads him to become more self-reliant, confident and get a proper education - what I call lady Sarah scenario. If not... Well, his favourite is an unscrupulous, manipulative person who only cares for his/her own self-interest - and that, my friends, would be the Abigail scenario.

- Arya runs out of money very quickly and is stuck on the Lonely Light, westernmost settled island of Westeros, which belongs to Iron Islands. After a lot of struggle and surviving against incredible odds (because she’s Arya fucking Stark, yo), she gets to meet Yara Greyjoy and the two become friends, maybe something more... Arya eventually arrives at Winterfell and asks her sister for further funding of her expedition, which Sansa refuses, because, well, they barely have enough money for usual government spending and keeping a royal household (although it isn’t that big or lavish) - and besides, she missed her sister and doesn’t want to lose her again. Arya quickly gets bored and Sansa discovers she has too much issues to lead a normal, mundane life without the constant threat of death. Sansa tries to keep Arya’s self-destructive tendencies at bay and even contacts Gendry, her old flame, for this purpose, but I can’t predict whether this would work and what will happen if it doesn’t...

- Jon joining the Night’s Watch was a fucking lie. There’s no Night’s Watch anymore. Instead, there is a penal collony created far north, but Jon isn’t even a prisoner here now that all of the people who could threaten his life for killing Daenerys are gone. He becomes one of the Wildlings and either Tormund’s boyfriend, or he finds a girl and has children with her. (I can’t decide; Jon and Tormund are the OTP, but Jon as a daddy was foreshadowed and shit.) Eventually, he is found by Bran’s enemies and practically kidnapped for the purposes of the rebellion. Because I refuse so admit Bran would have no enemies whatsoever and everyone would just forget about Jon “Aegon Targaryen”. What would happen then I, however, don’t know

- Drogon eventually returns, with a mate (I’ve heard there are wild dragons out there somewhere?), many children and plans for revenge. Wild dragons become the bane of everyone’s existence, as they kill Jon (if he is indeed alive by then) and slaughter the livestock as well as people for sustainance. Can Bran even warg into all of them? Is there any other way to get rid of them? What is the future of the dragons? Who the fuck knows?

- Dothraki and The Unsullied can’t stay on Naath because of the butterfly plague thingy (every foreigner who stays there more than a few hours dies of a mysterious dissease that has something to do with the butterflyes, that’s why slavers usually attack Naath at night - because butterflyes sleep). They try to settle on Summer Islands, but locals don’t like them there and in the end, they become the first people on Sothyros. Because if these hardcore guys don’t survive there, noone would. Like sure, it’s one of the most dangerous places ever, and no person so far has survived there for long but to Dothraki, that sounds more like a challenge.

Are there any platonic soulmates on the 100? I have a platonic soul mate with zero romance or interest in that direction and I was curious if there are any relationships like that on the show

Well I mean, I think you’re the one who has to tell us that, as you have experience. 

I also, well, I personally believe in a different kind of soulmate, which is not “your other half” but all the people you have this deep soul connection with. Those can be romantic or platonic. But they aren’t exclusive. You can have many, even at the same time, and they don’t necessarily stick around.  So I’ve had maybe a dozen soulmates in my life and only a couple were at all romantic.

I don’t know if the show is WRITING them as soulmates. But I guess I could share what I consider to be the most profound platonic relationships on the show. Now. Wait. I just don’t want to get attacked because I say someone’s OTP is a platonic soulmate. And I have been attacked for that. So let me just say that my believing characters are platonic does not stop anyone else from believing they are romantic.

ok, so onto my favorite platonic relationships.

Jasper and Monty. tbh, they’re not really my thing. i’m just too old for it. it’s a very youthful relationship. but i recognize the true and lasting soulmate bond, and I think it was written that way. 

Clarke and Raven. It’s one of the relationships on this show that I love the most, and I am DYING for it to be fixed in season 6. Princess mechanic is probably my second ship for Clarke, but I have seen no evidence that it is at all romantic as a relationship in canon, it seems platonic to me. Just because you’re soulmates doesn’t mean you have an easy road.

Bellamy and Raven. Actually this is the one that I am leery about talking about because I have absolutely been attacked for talking about their platonic relationship. For a couple of years. We haven’t heard anything from the rabid br/aven shippers since Bellamy didn’t hook up with Raven on the ring though. I never had anything against them romantically, I just didn’t see it in their relationship. Having sex doesn’t mean you’re MEANT to be romantic. BUT i think we’ve gotten enough fo Bellamy and Raven’s true partnership to recognize that yes, their relationship is profound and important. I actually ship bravenlarke as an OT3, but I have never seen Bellamy and Raven romantically. It just isn’t in the canon. Despite the sex. 

Actually, those might be the only three I think they’ve spent enough time on for me look at it in that way. I also like Raven and Murphy, and Indra and Kane, and Bellamy and Monty, and Harper and Miller

I promised a random anon I would give ‘em a more complete list of recs several months ago so here- in no particular order I have, Glee, Pretty Little Liars, Pitch Perfect, Girl Meets World, Supergirl, The 100,  The Good Place, and Riverdale. 

There’s very little porn without plot in here, but I went through my favorites on fanfiction.net and my history on Ao3 and if I recognized the fic I put it down. So some might have slipped through.

As I was going through these and rereading some old favorites I forgot about I wrote little bios. If your work, or a work you really like doesn’t have a bio it’s just cause I remembered it was really good and didn’t feel a need to reread it. If you want comment your own and I’ll edit the post and give you credit. 

The minimum qualifications for all of these were:

At least 2k words for a one shot, if it was a multi chapter there had to be at least 1k words per chapter (For example: 14 chapters, 14k words)

It had to be completed or updated in the last year ish (but like I was flexible based on the quality, and if I knew the author or the deal or not)

It had to be Ao3 or Fanfiction.net and tagged appropriately (so I could find it)

Also I never really got into g!p stuff because I ran into a lot of transphobic or just really offensive stuff early on which put me off of it.

Or the alpha omega stuff, when my goach found out I was reading fanfiction she said ‘great just nothing with alpha omega shit okay” and that was like four years ago but I don’t care enough now to start. So none of those are on here (maybe in faberry but I don’t think so)

And they also had to be english, my spanish is still pretty bad so I can’t really read any of those- sorry :(

it’s called contraband for a reason - written by one of the best clexa authors of all time it’s hilarious, sweet, in character, poignant and well done. At times the format takes away more than it adds but it allows the reader to compare and contrast the beginning and the end and see the character’s develop more clearly.

there is no sweeter innocence (than our gentle sin) - this author may or may not be a genius Imma go binge all of their works and let you know. This was vv good at least. One shot

we’re only young & naive still (the bittersweet between my teeth) - part of that gaf au (you can find here) that I love so much... just a one shot but the different perspectives are done really well which is a hard thing to do well

Before Words, Beyond Silence, and it’s unfinished sequal, In the Screaming Silence - it has that satisfying instant clexa connection while not sacrificing plot or angst, no trust me, it didn’t sacrifice angst. I think the ice queen plot was a little rushed but it’s still fantastic and I’m excited to see where the sequal goes!

Skylark -  A superhero fic that’s pretty damn cool. Clarke and the gang had illegal experiments done to them by Mount Weather and it gave them superpowers. They fight crime while trying to remain anonymous as well. This story is so clever and incorporates the City of Light/chips/ flame so cool, and Clexa are badasses, and just…read it, trust me. Hooked on a feeling - an HP au I waited a million years to be updated and then finally was and what I’m trying to tell you is it’s amazing and worth it and wonderful and fluffy and I’ll love it forever

gera’s step-sister au - a lot of porn, Idk why but I tried to read this a billion years ago but I reread it recently and loved it. But yeah - definition of porn with feelings

Come Morning Light - this author writes a lot of kid fics but this is one of my favorites. In character and well written with a heartbreakingly poetic style. I love it.

most ardently - like some of these authors fics are amazing (like this one) and some are dumb as shit and like? Are there co authors? Are you like multiple people? I don’t know but this was amazing, historical clexa is historical clexa. Has some themes of the suffragette au from my first rec list but carves out a nice space for itself.

Punchline - a oneshot where Clarke wanders around the world and runs into Lexa a lot except it’s angsty and beautiful and there’s a lot of imagery

Oh the Head Canons I have! Okay, so for starters, I’ll start with your OTP:

Now, I don’t have many smutty head canons for, but here are the few that I do have and I hope you enjoy.

Sasuke & Sakura:

Sasuke, despite his quiet nature, has the dirtiest mouth ever and is able to have Sakura a writhing, pliable, heated puddle of Sakura goo.

Sakura knows Sasuke’s weakness for a working woman, and is not opposed to dressing in nothing but her lab coat, or her apron; leaving him drooling as she seduces him.

Sex for them is about emotions and connection, it is always about the connection, hot quickies or a drawn out love affair, it’s about the connection.

Sasuke loves having Sakura riding him, and taking her sweet time, he likes watching her pleasure. 

Sakura is up for any position, but has a fondness for just being able to see Sasuke’s face; his eyes reveal all and she loves seeing everything from him.

Sex, is an important part of their relationship. Their connection is always heated and leaves them breathless. It’s a form of communication for them too.

Sasuke cooks, he will not risk food poisoning by trusting his wife with cooking.

Sakura does the cleaning so they’re even in chores.

Sarada was an accident baby, because both Sasuke and Sakura were going to wait to have children, and focus on fixing their world and careers.

Yes, they’ve had close calls with their daughter almost catching them in their heated moments, Sasuke usually tries to hide it, and Sakura likes the risk factors of almost being caught.

Oh, so many head canons for Jason and Raven, where to begin… I’ll keep it with my favorites.

Jason & Raven

There’s a solid friendship here, and they’re friends before lovers. Usually becoming lovers by accident, or curiosity.

Jason is the cook between them, and the domestic homebody of the two.

Raven usually starts talks about literature and these book chats can and do go on for hours. 

A deep part of their friendship is their baseball rivalry; Raven’s Mets vs. Jason’s Knights. Yes, this is a serious rivalry and about the only rivalry between them that escalates to prank wars.

Raven is a closet snuggler, if in private and assured that there will be no one around she likes curling up on Jason’s lap for reading or sleeping. 

Jason is a violent sleeper, rolling around, kicking sheets off, and nightmares, he likes using Raven’s empathy to sleep. Even as friends he will sleep in her room to use her empathy for real sleep.

Raven’s body temperature is lower than a normal human’s in the middle of summer Jason likes sharing her bed to stay cool, and in winter she likes snuggling with Jason because he’s a ‘human furnace’.

They’re tastes in music, food, and style is almost polar opposites, but they work on blending their lives together, dividing their time between New York for Raven’s school and Titans, and Gotham for Jason’s family and Red Hood cases.

Jason’s reluctance to be involved with his family is usually overridden by Raven’s deep friendships with his brothers and ends with him being dragged into family affairs. Adding in Raven’s family, adopted and blood, and Jason’s own family, it equals for an interesting Thanksgivings and Christmases.

Jason and Victor do have a tentative truce when Jason is dating Raven, and Jason does work hard at respect Victor’s rules (when Victor’s around).

Work team ups between them are professional, and impersonal, leaving their dating lives behind when they work.

Jason’s favorite movies are Wonder Woman and Deadpool, his favorite authors are Alexander Dumas, Mark Twaine, Jane Austin, Jack London and Louisa M. Alcott

Raven’s favorite movie is Sound of Music, her favorite authors are Virgin Woolf, Charles Dickens, John le Carré, Oscar Wilde, and Nora Roberts.

They are a couple that is built off a mutual respect, they are different enough to keep each other on their toes and have enough similarities to relax around one another comfortably.

Honestly, because I prefer the canon verse for this pair I have many ideas about the dynamics of this relationship and how it bloomed. But most of the dynamics between Sesshomaru and Rin are in their different status and Rin’s fleeting life span in comparison to Sesshomaru’s. But I won’t give you my sad head canons for this pair, as they can be very depressing.

Sesshomaru & Rin

Sesshomaru is possessive. If it’s his, it’s his, if he thinks it’s his, it’s his, and if someone should think it’s theirs, and it’s his, it’s his.

Rin is patient, empathetic, and compassionate, she’s also hot tempered and just as possessive of Sesshomaru as he is of her.

They are an extremely loyal pair, built off of a trust on putting their lives in one another’s hands. Rin’s faith in Sesshomaru is absolute and unwavering.

They travel a lot with Jaken and A-Un, leading Rin to be fairly compitent as a combatant capable of taking on low level yokai.  Her lord personally trained her.

Rin refers to Sesshomaru as her lord, even after their mated status (a married pair in human terms). Sesshomaru refers to Rin as his mate, and treats her as his equal despite her inferior status as a human.

As an interracial and inter-species couple they do face many discrimination, between humans and yokai alike. However, Sesshomaru takes any insult against his mate, Rin, as a personal offense and he will kill to defend her name. Rin has also worked hard to prove herself a worthy mate of her lord, fighting harder than most human warriors.

Sesshomaru’s tolerance for Inuyasha and his pack is minimal but because of Rin’s ties to his younger half-brother’s pack he tolerates them, at most.

Rin and Sesshomaru’s mother have a close relationship as InuKimi helps Rin navigate the daiyokai court.

Rin is not a proper lady, and refuses to conform to being a lady, studying arts of healing and combat to continue her travels with her lord.

Sesshomaru is very proud of his human mate despite his previous known dislike of the human race.

I don’t have many head canons for Hak and Yona, they aren’t an OTP of mine, I do love Akatsuki no Yona the manga though and eagerly await for more of the anime, I like the characters and dynamics. But they aren’t really my couple. I do have a few head canons for them though so I hope these few work for you.

Hak & Yona

Hak has a huge sweet tooth.

Yona is terrile at almost all things domestic, even with the help of Yoon to help her cooking.

Yona is possessive of Hak, and does not like seeing the other ladies of villages or the maids fawning over him. She does not like having to share Hak’s attentions, even for a mission

since i was about four or five and my dad showed me his favorite fourth doctor episodes (which were basically anything with sarah jane or leela)

nine or twelve, i really can’t choose bc i love them both so much and i prolly trust them the most out of any doctors

one’s first three stories, everything with sarah jane, prolly about half of leela, everything with romana, everything with tegan, and everything with ace.

love and monsters, easily, which sucks bc rose is SO CUTE in that episode

OH MAN i cry at EVERYTHING, lemme go through the episode list and get the things i remember crying at: the end of the world, school reunion, doomsday, voyage of the damned, journey’s end, vincent and the doctor, the doctor the widow and the wardrobe (every. damn. time.), the angels take manhattan, the time of the doctor, death in heaven, face the raven, hell bent, the husbands of river song, and the doctor falls. i know i’ve prolly cried at more and just don’t remember.

22. Least favourite Doctor (why?)

ten because of (YES I KNOW THIS IS THE ENTIRE POINT OF HIS ARC DON’T @ ME I’M STILL ANNOYED) the way he so easily believes he knows better than everyone else and doesn’t hesitate to manipulate time if that’s what he thinks is best (ruining harriet jones’s career and reputation over her legitimate concern for the safety of britain, thus robbing britain of its planned golden age and allowing the master to take over the world, torture the entire population, emotionally scar the jones family [I’M STILL SALTY]; saving adelaide brooks and ruining her legacy)

legit don’t think i have a least favorite companion i love all of them so much. maybe nardole at first cause he kinda got on my nerves but i love him now so ??

i haven’t seen any of two or six and i wanna watch more of three (especially with liz and jo)

i haven’t listened to/read any stuff with new companions but aimee has told me enough that i know my faves would be helen and liv from doom coalition

29. Thoughts on the current Doctor

twelve, my boy, my mans, what a guy, what an A+ dude, i love him so much and would defend him with my life

30. In your opinion, will the Doctor ever be ginger?

i literally don’t know like i guess it would be funny if each regeneration complained about it a bit or maybe if they eventually did get to be ginger like idk mate it’s not a huge deal to me.

31. Thoughts on the sonic glasses?

so cute and cool!!! i love it so much, i think it’s a really cool thing to do because, like moffat said, it means any little kid with a pair of dark sunglasses can pretend to be the doctor, which is so much easier than actually having to go out and buy the props which can be quite expensive, so it’s just. a really rad thing to do.
