I wrote up these prayers for some prayer beads! These are the twelve olympians + Hestia, and some gods that I personally wanted to honor as well. Feel free to pick 'n' choose and modify these how you want, but I thought that I'd would share thems as a community resource, regardless! ^-^

Prayers with the "hails" and gods' names in greek letters (and transliterated) under the cut!

Hail Zeus and Hera, King and Queen of the heavens and the Theoi.

Hail Zeus, Father of the sky, bringer of rain and storm, protector of friendship and averter of evil.

Hail Hera, Overseer and protector of marriage and women.

Hail Poseidon, Lord of the seas.

Hail Hades, King of the underworld, overseer of the dead, giver of wealth.

Hail Persephone, Queen of the underworld, exacter of justice, Lady of spring and nature.

Hail Aphrodite, Lady of love, mother of desire, passion, beauty, bringer of pleasure.

Hail Ares, Lord of battle, bolsterer of courage, representation or slaughter and bloodshed.

Hail Dionysus, Creator of wine, savior from and inflicter of madness, bringer of ecstacy.

Hail Hermes, Luck bringer, friendliest to man, patron of language and writing.

Hail Hephaestus, Skilled craftsman, patron of artisans.

Hail Athena, Wise strategist, skilled in handicrafts, leader to victory.

Hail Artemis, kind and welcoming Lady, swift of foot and skilled in bowhunting.

Hail Apollo, Lord of oracles, healer and inflicter of illness, leader of the Muses.

Hail Demeter, Lady of the food on our tables and the earth beneath our feet, who loved her daughter so much she made the earth baren in her grief.

Hail Hekate, Lady of the crossroads and ghosts, to whom is offered on the new moon.

Hail Aristaeus, Lord of the rural arts, he who was taught many skills by his family, the Theoi. Gentle, patient god.

Hail Hestia, Lady of the hearth and home, and of the family that tends to those.

Hail Theoi. May you guide me all the days of my life.

Handmade long pink nautical seashell necklace made with rose quartz, pink sunstone and pearl with a 18k gold filigree pink clam shell. This beautiful Aphrodite inspired piece is made with tarnish resistant wire and tarnish resistant jump rings. The chain part of this necklace is 26 inches meaning you can slip it over your head in a prayer bead like fashion.

Lately I've seen a lot of pagans use prayer beads. Anyone can tell me how they use them?

I'm asking because I know in Catholicism the big beads equal one prayer for God and the little ones equal one prayer for Mary, so how is it done in your practice? Looking forward to hear everyone :)

You all asked for Freya prayer beads, so here they are! Featuring genuine Baltic amber, rose quartz, clear quartz, black freshwater pearls, and a single emerald. The hardware is made entirely out of sterling silver, with the exception of the wire and the one head pin.

The pendant is a reproduction of a viking amulet depicting Freya, courtesy of Grimfrost.

Okay this is kinda of a follow-up question for the poll, but if you make prayer beads in a/the rosary style with a pendant on the end, where do you get them? Wherever I look, they are...at least 20 bucks, and usually more. Do you just buy those expensive ones? Is that why pagan prayer beads are so expensive?

Finally made pieces in honor of the Goddess Nyx, this pieces are made with Blue Goldstone to mimic the night and stars and onyx, the prayer beads also have moonstone with them. Both pieces are now available in my shop.

Here's something I picked up from my mother: I use prayer beads with my deities, right? I like to store my beads in candles that have been burned down too low to use but still have wax in them! It makes the beads smell nice...and, bonus, I can pick a scent that suits the deity in question (example: Hermes' beads are kept in my old Green Hill Zone candle, so they smell like fresh grass and wildflowers!)
