Hi, hi! I've been playing the console games lately. Figured I'd share my re-creations of the sims from there. All CC is included, and they're all shared in one 7z. : D
Because their faces in the original game are kinda low res and basic, I just went and did Pooklet's method on them for the most part so they look a little more unique.
First: The Roomies! In order, Betty, Carlos, Layla, Leon, Zara and Bingo.
Next is none other than MOM, who will nag you to fix the tv, yell at you for studying Mechanical so you don't shock yourself, and then yell at you some more for not fixing it fast enough because you have 1 skill point and just want to fix the TV and move out... yes I'm salty
Pauline and Pierre Peacock, SimValley fashion extraordinaires...
Fran and Freddy Foofaraw, the town's social butterflies!
Theresa and Thomas Thimblewit, dancing queen and dandy travelling sportsman!
And finally, Chantal and Charles Cheeky, professional jeweler and party cowboy!

Is it alright to ask for like a..recap? On the side characters of broken machine? I think it’s because I’m bad at names but like marks, Jamie, etc?
OF COURSE-- I love talking about my OCs skjbwkf There are some one-off appearances throughout the fic, so I'll limit the information below to the OCs who might appear again/be regular characters.
Allison (Allie) Marks: Marks is a newer recruit. She went on Leon's first field mission with the BSAA where Leon saved her life and has now become the 'extrovert adopts an introvert' stereotype. As of the latest chapter, is in a relationship with Jamie Wilson.
James (Jamie) Wilson: Wilson is also a newer recruit, and he also went on Leon's first field mission and also had Leon save his life. Wilson was an asshole to him just prior but apologized and asked Leon to train him -> this is what led to 'class' and Leon's army of ducklings. He recently kicked the shit out of West and is in a relationship with Allie Marks.
BSAA NA Branch Director Michael Peters (Mike, Peters): What it says on the tin. We like Peters! He's a family man who's bad at chess and good at bribing dogs with Milk Bones.
Pauline: Peters' receptionist (and also secretly his wife). Also good at bribing dogs with Milk Bones.
Combat Medic Nikhil Shaan (Nik, Shaan): A character first spawned in [like classical music], Nik is an all-around good guy who (for some reason) is always the one stitching Leon up. We also like Nik :)
Doctor Mitchell: Leon's therapist. Has a moustache.
Christina Ryan: BSAA NA's very own head librarian! She saved Leon's life once and is now good friends with him (though she despairs of his love of horror).
Elizabeth (Lizzie) Ryan: Christina's daughter and (according to her) Leon's best friend (although he's not her best friend). Enjoys stars, light-up shoes, and scaring the daylights out of her mother. Does not like spiders in her mouth.
Casey: An old friend of Peters' who rehabilitates abused animals and turns them into emotional support animals. She was the foster mother of Bingo until Leon adopted her.
Doctor Samantha (Sam) Ansari: Sam was the doctor to check Leon out after his initial transfer and was uncomfortable enough around him for the second check up to ask Chris to stay in the room. She is clearly afraid of the things that she's been hearing about him.
Now, onto the people we for sure don't like.
Captain Erica Mills [deceased]: A former Reconnaissance & Recovery (R&R) captain, Mills was a suspected serial abuser who used Leon's contract against him and forced him to perform sexual acts on her. We're glad she's dead. Rot in hell, bitch.
West: A huge asshole who no one outside of his little group of like-minded assholes likes, West tried to sexually assault Leon after Erica Mills' funeral and then almost got his arm snapped in half by Leon. After it was revealed that he also pulled similar shit with Allie Marks, he subsequently got his ass beat by Jamie Mills. We'll be seeing no more of this fucker very shortly.
Cox: A former DSO agent, Cox was in charge of Leon on a mission in Texas a number of years before 'broken machine' takes place, and almost got him killed. He was relieved that Leon's contract hadn't changed (meaning his personhood), and he'll be back.
DSO Director Bell: What it says on the tin again. Bell took over after Simmons was killed in China, immediately beginning a new regime that we see in [like classical music]. Willingly sold Leon to the BSAA for reasons heretofore unknown...
Brand: The bland man Brand is utterly average in every way, shape, and form, leaving him both unmemorable and unremarkable. He was the one who brought Leon to the BSAA initially in order to show off the goods; also shocked Leon's implant for funsies. He's Bell's second in command, also originating from [like classical music].
I think that should be everyone, but let me know if there are any characters that I missed!
Soprano Pauline Donalda Speaks About Her Recordings (1960s?)
Pauline Donalda (1882–1970), Canadian soprano, and tireless promoter of Canadian opera, teacher, administrator. Donalda was born Pauline Lightstone in Montreal into a Jewishly active East European immigrant home. As a child she attracted attention for the quality of her voice and studied music on scholarship at the Royal Victoria College. In 1902 she went to Paris on a grant from Donald Smith (Lord Strathcona), after whom she adopted the professional surname of Donalda. She made her London debut at Covent Garden in 1905 singing Micaela under the direction of Andre Messager, her Canadian debut in 1906 singing with her husband (Paul Seveilhac) in the Montreal Arena, and her New York debut later that same year in Faust. In the spring of 1910 Donalda opened the Covent Garden season and returned in 1912 singing in both Les Huguenots and I Pagliacci, again with her husband. She was about to leave Canada for a European tour when World War i broke out. She remained in Canada, often giving benefit concerts in support of the war effort. In 1917 she returned to Paris, where she sang in Balfe's Le Talisman, sharing the stage with her new husband, Mischa Leon (b. Haurowitz).
Pauline Donalda's parents were Jews from Poland and Russia who immigrated to Montreal, changing the family name from Lichtenstein to Lightstone. The quality of Pauline's voice attracted attention, and she was awarded a music scholarship at the Royal Victoria College. When Sir Donald Smith, Lord Strathcona, gave Pauline a grant to study in Europe, she adopted the name "Donalda" in his honor. After her London debut in 1905, she sang frequently, often when Nellie Melba required a replacement (in this way, Donalda sang Mimi with Caruso). She married the French baritone, Paul Seveilhac, a cast member in the 1905 production of Faust in which Donalda sang Marguerite. She toured Russia, North America, and Europe. In February 1914, she had a huge success in Carmen in Nice.
During World War I, Donalda stayed in Canada where she organized the Donalda Sunday Afternoon Concerts. When the war ended, she returned to Paris where she married the Danish tenor Mischa Léon in 1918, after a divorce from her first husband. Subsequent to retiring from the stage, she opened a teaching studio in 1922 and taught hundreds of pupils. Donalda continued her teaching career in Montreal in 1937 and founded the Opera Guild (1942) over which she presided until 1969; the guild presented 29 operas during this time. Although her performing career was relatively short, Donalda had a great impact in the musical world as a teacher and promoter of opera. She was made an Officer of the Order of Canada in 1967 for her contributions to music.
In 1922 Donalda left the stage to devote her life to teaching, opening a studio in Paris. She returned to Montreal in 1937, where she opened a studio, and in 1942 founded the Opera Guild, the company she directed until 1969. During her relatively short performing career, Donalda was recognized for the purity of her voice and for her musicality, fine diction, and powerful stage presence. She is remembered for the unfailing energy with which she promoted opera in Montreal and encouraged talented young Canadian singers. Donalda also was very active in support of Jewish music in Montreal and the study of music at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Well, hello there random fellow internet user. Welcome to this dumpster-fire of a blog. I am minister of the so, said dumpster-fire. Name's Coco, a bisexual mess of a guy I am.
So... Self-shipping yeah.. I would do art for this blog, but atm I don't feel like my skill-level is enough. So, have some random imagines I make or repost.
So, if you have the patience to read through my f/o list both platonic and romantic. Also, I'm happy to nerd out about any of the shows/games/blorbos we might share interest in.
Hello Frev community! If you haven’t heard, I’ve been pulling together a charity calendar that features a figure / a set of figures from the revolution for each month of the French republican calendar. I’ve now received all 12 pieces of art (which are GORGEOUS, i mean just look at the Robespierre one) and am in the process of designing the calendar layout. What I’ve figured out is that each bio is best limited to 100-150 words so the pages aren’t too cluttered and the art gets to shine. I’d appreciate help writing these bios, ‘cause if I write them all myself I’m not certain I’d do a good job 😂 So if you’ve read about any of them in depth, please feel free to tackle writing their bio!
The figures: Marie Antoinette & Louis XVI, Napoleon, Lafayette, Pauline Leon & Claire Lacombe, Marat, David, Camille, Fabre, Danton, Robespierre, Saint-Just, Couthon
01. Biosphere - From A Solid To A Liquid (Biophon)
