10. Language skills
Language skills can be a great selling point on your resume. If you're multilingual, be sure to list each language you speak and your proficiency level.
11. Education and professional development
Create a record of all your education, beginning with your most recent degree. List the institution, its location, the name of your degree, your major and minor, your graduation year, and any honors associated with the degree, such as summa or magna cum laude. Do the same for any relevant certifications you've obtained or additional training opportunities or workshops you've attended.

Quick learner, Strong interpersonal skills, works well under pressure, leader, hard working, punctual, etc. If you have trouble with this, easiest thing to do is google skills examples on resumes. You will get to start filling in your employment history, most present one first. Usually 3-4 will work. The description of the work you have done is fairly easy. Even if you filed papers for 3 years, there is a much more professional way to say it. Just google your job position. Make sure you fill in your college, high school, GED. Also any organizations you belong to that pertain to the job you are applying for. I don't want to hear you in a sewing club if you are applying for a cashier job. Keep it simple. At the bottom of the page there is a spot for references. It is up to you whether or not you would like to say "Available upon request". If you do write them down, provide two or three WORTHY references. Your parents and siblings are not one of them. A past supervisor, a friend that has known you for a while, or a colleague you have worked with. ALSO- Don't forget to ask them if this is okay. I can't tell you how many people write down random people- I call the reference and its a supervisor who doesn't even remember you. I usually like when people provide me the references name, job title, company they work for, phone number, and email. Email is much easier now a days. Now back to your objective. You can do a few things with this and it will depend on the job you are applying for. If you are just starting out, keep it basic. Just write I am looking for a job where I can use my ____, ____, and ____ skills to add value to the organization. I am eager to contribute my hard work towards the success of the organization and to the growth of the fast developing field to enhance my career. Don't copy this word for word but use it as a template. If you are looking for a job in a certain career, its easy to google "objectives on resume in _____" or just google "______ resume example". Etc, Painting, Accounting, Criminal Justice. Keep this around one to two sentences. The other thing I like to do is keep a general one and a specific one on file, sometimes even changing your objective based on what exactly you are applying for. Okay, so you are basically done. Spell check everything, twice. Have someone read it over. If you have a newer version of Word, save one as a ".docx" (for editing later) and one as a PDF (for emailing potential employers). PDF's are much easier to read from a phone, tablet, and computer. When saving your resume, do not name it 123456 as employers get many resumes a day and its easier to see and save "John_Smith_Resume" than "123456".
Some may or may not want to write a cover letter, depending on the level or job they are applying for. Others may want to add letters of recommendation, etc. It is always a nice touch to see someone take the time to write one of these up, it may be the step up that gets you the interview.
