Look, Rafe is an actual asshole and hes never really had to worry about any of his exes on their periods. He didnr care enough

But he legitimately loves you, and seeing you in pain breaks his heart.

At first it took some learning... "Kid, im sure its not that bad. Dont you all get this every month?"

But after seeing balled up in a *very* unusual positon, tears flowing freely, he starts doing anything in his power to help alleviate your pain.

He has a little container he puts out on his bathroom counter when you're on your period for pads/tampons/whatever u use

And another basket in his closet that has heating pads, midol (and other pain medications), chocolate and other snacks, and obviously extra boxes of any products you use.

If you are someone who has an extreamly heavy flow and bleed through things alot you dont need to be embarrassed w him.

Bakugo

Would know ahead of time. I strongly believe that Bakugo has a calendar of when your period may come. So he’d be at your doorstep with pads, comfort food, and pills the moment you call and is always ready to use his quirk on your stomach and make you feel better. He knows how sensitive you get on your period, so he'll also try to scream less. During the week Bakugo turns into your mother and will cook and clean for you. If you try to get up and do anything he’ll fight you.

Illumi

So confused and concerned. Illumi has no sisters and his mom usually has mood swings so I’m sure he’s heard or knows of periods but not so much as how it works and their effects on women. When he sees you groaning in pain, curled between the sheets for the first time, the only thing he comes up with is that you are sick. After you explain what’s happening, Illumi is glued to your side offering silent support. You want cuddles just this once, want chocolate buys box loads.

Such a sweetheart. He has heard of periods but he is not aware of the specifics of it, just that once a month women bleed and it can be very painful. I imagine Yuji staying by your side and watching over you the way a dog would. Any action you make he will try to assist you in some way. If you eat he's feeding you, if you want to pee he's carrying you to the toilet.

I've been on the depo shot contraceptive for several years longer than you're supposed to because it manages these symptoms, I had to go off it for a while by doctor suggestion to reassess if I still need it, my period has been back for three days and I'm seeing my doctor TODAY to get back on depo because I just can't handle the physical and emotional toll it takes on me

Pain/Period Comfort Drabble - 512 Words - Fluff

The blanket is warm but it's not enough. Burying yourself in pillows and curling inwards isn't really doing it either. There's real pain tonight. The kind of pain that radiates through your body and into every fiber of your being. It's so bad that your hands are shaking and breathing is difficult. It's the kind of pain that makes you dizzy, makes it hard to stand.

Doubled over isn't an accurate description. It would be better to say that your core is a black hole slowly sucking your bones in, yanking at your muscles until you're nothing but a ball on the sofa, a whimpering, aggravated, hormonal ball.

He doesn't turn on the light when he comes in and you're grateful for the continued darkness. Dean shuffles in with a paper grocery bag in his arm. He perches on the edge of the sofa by your knees and starts unpacking.

"Feelin' any better?" he asks, voice just above a whisper.

A pathetic 'no' rolls off your tongue and you unwind enough to turn and see what he's up to.

"What is all that?"

Green eyes flash your way and a soft smile lifts his lips. "Presents."

Your heart swells. "For me?" 

He chuckles. "Duh." Digging into the bag, he pulls out one rattling bottle after another. "Extra strength Advil and Tylenol. I can never remember which does what, so you got both. Oh, and Aleve and Midol." The bottles line up on the coffee table like toy soldiers. "Also Takis if you're feeling spicy… Fritos because they're salty…" The chips sag behind the pills. "Hershey bars for chocolate, sour worms for… well, sour… ice cream for your soul… and some Jerky. For me."

His wink is all you really need, and his thoughtfulness soothes a massive cramp.

Sitting up, you reach for him, grabbing up a fistful of gray flannel. "You are the sweetest man in the entire world, you know that?"

He blushes a bit and sinks his teeth into his bottom lip. "I don't know about that… just thought you could use some treats."

"No," you tell him firmly, tugging him down to you. "You are the most incredible, kind, wonderfully sweet man in the entire world."

He falls down over you, careful to hold himself up and not crush you too badly. "What about ruggedly handsome and undeniably sexy?"

"Well…" Pushing up, you nudge at his lips with your own. "Those too. But mostly just a big old softee."

Dean laughs and helps you roll onto your side so he can lie behind you and cuddle close. "Fine, but don't go telling everyone how sweet I am. I got a reputation to uphold." 

The heat of him, the heaviness of his arm around your middle does more to comfort you than any snacks ever could. You sink back against him and close your eyes, finally close to feeling better.

"Your secret's safe with me, Dean…" 

"Good deal." He drops his lips to your cheek and smiles. "Now pass me those sour gummies. I feel some cramps coming on too…"

you're not too sure what had just happened but you aren't complaining in the slightest.

one moment, you're fighting demons (the pain from your period) inside your room on the thousand sunny—the next sanji, who was walking by after serving the girls, enters to check up on you as he looks at you for a moment and then asks with hint of concern in his tone: “[name]-san, do you have a uterus?”

for a second—you were baffled, to say the least. who just comes up to someone and asks that question so randomly? but to consider how your appearance is rather androgynous and your voice can't be heard as either male or female (making anyone not guess your gender), without asking things any further, you nod and say that—yes, you do. but why?

the last thing you knew is that sanji walks away for a few minutes and comes back with a delicious chocolate desert, a heating pad (you assume he must've asked nami or robin), some water, and other stuff that would help you during your period.

you were surprised, but also not, that the cook would do something so generously to assist in your pain but you had to accept it nonetheless. you've only known him a few months since you've joined the crew.

he even offered to massage any parts of your body to help soothe the pain, which really did help and make you relax more easily without feeling pain in every position you take.

for the past few days, sanji has been the greatest help throughout the week of your period.

assisting in things you should've done yourself, running any errands for you when the crew has docked at a new island when you can't (even if you can, he'll still do it for you like a gentleman <3), serving you like he always does with chocolate-themed food, fruits, tea (ginger, peppermint, chamomile, cinnamon, red raspberry leaf tea), and etc. that could make you feel better.

you couldn't thank him any more for his assistance, though while you did wonder how he knew all this—you assumed he asked the girls for help or even had experience of this happening, probably with any female relatives or so.

after the week of your period ends, you decide to thank him for all his help by making him his favorite food on an early morning.

when he entered the kitchen to check on what was going on (he thought it was luffy again, trying to get food from the fridge again + with ussop's help), he was incredibly thankful even when he tells you that you shouldn't have.

(just tell him to take it and accept it- he just can't believe that you would do all this to thank him for helping you through your pain <3).
