Kingston Morris - He/Him

Kingston Morris is, and odd first spin but here we are. He’s not entirely a full character and more just the grandpa and the patriarch of the Morris family. Kingston comes from a long line of Morris’ who founded the tourist town, Morriswell. The farthest back traceable ancestor of his is John Morris II who more so saw the creation of the town as a long project of his to make more money, just another business venture. Kingston Morris and his ancestors have been responsible for furthering this dream, building the biggest themepark in all of Osclar in the town, destroying some of the natural beauty and wildlife in the process of doing so. Kingston’s father was the Morris to officially debut the theme park, and Kingston has certainly expanded it greatly and during his time as mayor of the town, he accepted many businesses to make their way in, not caring for the actual residents who have lived there for generations.

Kingston is married to Josephine Morris, and has two sons, Weston and Wesley Morris. His son Wesley is married to a woman named Sadie Morris, who birthed his two children, Piper and Peter Morris. Sadie is very unhappy with her husband and his family and is currently going through the process of divorce with him. Kingston is not very proud of any of his offspring, or grandchildren. Kingston is a rather awful man, when discovering his son Weston was gay, he was quite upset. Although after a while grew to accept it as he believed it was not socially acceptable of him to share his distaste anymore. He’s now much more upset of Weston’s lack of children, which also obviously translates to Weston hating his dad quite a bit. Kingston on the other hand is proud of Wesley, although has found a new thing to complain about, that being Wesley’s divorce. Usually Josephine doesn’t stand up for her children, but Josephine is rather upset because Kingston is making Wesley feel even worse during one of the hardest points in his life. Although everybody seems to lack sympathy for the real one here, Sadie who deserves the world and is the mom ever. Kingston has almost zero contact with his grandchildren, as Piper has always been sick of her grandfather’s ableism and cut contact with him as soon as she became an adult. Peter on the other hand cut contact in solidarity of his sister.

Kingston is bitter and believes his family line is basically dead and fears there will be no one to continue on his family name, but his son Wesley who wants nothing but for his dad to approve of him, promises Kingston that he’ll get married again and have a third kid. Sadie and Josephine both think this is ridiculous at this point. With Kingston being wrapped up in his family troubles, which he himself caused, he barely seems to realize the troubles with his town and the poverty that plagues it. Although he only really seemed to care when he saw that a severed arm appeared in one of his theme parks, and is adamant that the situation is wrapped up as quickly as possible.
