GTA Protagonists x Reader Scenarios - Spending Halloween With Them
TW: Language, suggestive ending
Claude
Halloween isn't his favorite holiday, but will have lots of fun in decorating the house, eating sweets and bingewatching movies with you anyway.
Tommy
Likes watching classic 80s horror movies with you and dressing up as the villains from those movies.
"Trick or treat motherfuckers!"
Carl
He doesn't care how old you both are, he'll happily go trick or treating with you. He'll refuse to go dressed as a ghost, vampire etc though, as he thinks they are "too generic and unoriginal".
You: "What will you dress up as then?"
CJ: "A Ballas member. Nothing is nastier than them"
Toni
He'll go trick or treating with you, dressed up as a bloodstained killer butcher.
You: "Er, interesting choice, but why?..."
Toni: "Trust me, you don't wanna know"
Victor
Will surprise you with a pumpkin pie with cute spider decorations.
"Thought it would be a nice Halloween treat, darling"
Niko
He personally never really cared about Halloween, but definitely won't say no to candy corn! Also expect Roman, Mallorie and Brucie to come visit, all dressed up in various wacky costumes.
"Well, at least it's nice here with you guys"
Johnny
For him this day is more like an excuse to wear vampire fangs (he secretly has a thing for vampires).
"Damn you look hot, can you keep those on next month too? Or even better, forever?"
Luis
Will make his club serve pumpkin flavored cocktails to celebrate.
"Come over here and have a taste Y/N! It's free for you, like always"
Huang
Will buy more candy than usual during october. He says it's in order to ensure they have a good stock of them for october 31th, but you know it's just an excuse. Will wake up feeling sick on november 1st.
You: "I told you to not eat so much candy Huang!"
Huang: "Urgh, it's not the candy Y/N, it's... something that's not the candy, okay?!"
Franklin
He'll just chill with you and watch horror movies together.
"Alright let's do this, gotta use my Vinewood+ subscription somehow!"
Michael
Similarly to Franklin, he will (DEFINITELY) watch horror movies with you, but only the older ones.
"Ahhh, the old classics, the newer ones focus too much on jumpscares and gore"
Trevor
Loves Halloween, its spooky and gritty atmosphere, and will carve pumpkins with you already by september 1st. Just don't ask him why do those pumpkins have "questionable" holes.
"It's called a pumpkink sweetcheeks"

NSFW warning (scanty clothing)
I did it, guys! I actually did this god damn drawing! :D
After an entire day of drawing, a headache and a random panic attack, I'm happy to show you the Big Drawing (Easter Edition)!
Tumblr media
Again, I apologize for the butchered anatomy, I tried my best tho.
Also, Happy Late Easter for those who celebrated it, and Happy Early Easter for those who haven't yet (like myself).

Alright, I’ve been on this website long enough that I think I’m starting to be viewed as a bot.
I’m not a bot, I swear, I’m the child of shadows for no reason other than the fact that that’s my Ao3. Teenage me thought that was cool, current me agrees, haters can keep hating (there are no haters yet so let’s not make that a thing, yeah?)
you can call me shadow 🙃.
im Indian (south indian, I know Tamil and Hindi and also Spanish), but I’ve never spent more than two months at a time in India. Actually, I spent about 90% of my life in Canada and the US.
My Ao3
my sideblog -> @shadow-the-photographer
My Fandoms:
I tend to drift a lot, and I’m obsessed with everything, so we’re going to split it down the middle.
I’ve forgotten a lot of the books I’ve read, so a lot might not be on the list. Feel free to DM me with arguments, agreements, book recs, or just anything, I love conversation.
Stuff I’ve written/read for:
Percy Jackson and the Olympians (as of July 2024, I’ve only ever written PJO)
Star Wars (sue me, I love the prequels)
Harry Potter
HTTYD
Marvel Cinematic Universe
Big Hero 6
Books I LOVE:
The Inheritance Games (By Jennifer Lynn Barnes, her work is incredible)
Powerless (Lauren Roberts)
Ana Huang and Rina Kent are two authors who never grew out of their Wattpad phase, but their work is pretty good.
Shatter Me (Tahereh Mafi)
Once Upon a Broken Heart (Stephanie Garber)
Caraval (Stephanie Garber, and im scared to finish legendary bc apparently Scarlett and Julian break up?)
(booktok has me on a chokehold)
KOTLC (Shannon Messenger)
A Good Girls Guide to Murder (I read this when I lived in Canada, it’s a trivia point)
The Lunar Chronicles (Marissa Meyer)
The Land of Stories (Chris Colfer, iconic and always connects to good memories)
Warrior Cats (I binge read it in sixth grade and somehow still keep up)
(I’ve read a lot of books, just dm me, idc if you don’t follow me)
Books that I have read, but didn’t exactly enjoy:
the love hypothesis (ali hazelwood)
icebreaker (Hannah Grace, 🤮)
Bridgerton kinda deserves to be on this list, To Sir Philip, With Love specifically.
Rina Kent is on that list above bc her books sound good in summaries, but she writes like an eleven-year-old on fanfiction.net
Twilight (Stephanie Meyer, Edward and Jacob should’ve ditched Bella and run off together, bc that is a story I would pay to see)
Fourth Wing (Rebecca Yarros, it’s good but I wouldn’t want everyone knowing every time I had sex, and violence is a terrible nickname)
Movies/TV Shows I LOVE:
fantastic beasts (10/10)
Every single Deepika Padukone movie ever.
almost every single SRK movie ever
DEADPOOL (convinced me to go to a middle school talent show and do standup comedy)
The Adam Project (walker scobell is iconic)
on that vein, I absolutely LOVE the new PJO series
most things in the MCU (she-hulk was traumatizing)
The AGGGTM series (no comment bc it was amazing)
im always looking for new friends, so just dm me and I will def bother you until you file a lawsuit.

And so the grand total for 2023 is....
267!
Of course, there's a couple of DNFs in there which inflate this number somewhat, but I am absolutely not going to pick through and count them out. Plus, a DNF only gets included on the list if I've gotten through a significant portion of the book. If it's a page one no-no, it's not even worth mentioning.
I made the decision at the start of this year, to try out more books I'd never heard of before. I really like trawling through the library app, or through audible's free archives and finding stuff that I'd probably never normally have discovered. Also, revisiting books that I read a long time ago and seeing if they resemble my memories of them.
Overall, I think this was a very satisfying year of reading, and I hope that I enjoy 2024's reads just as much!
nf= non fiction ss= short story
Stars awarded at my whim.

A woman in Dallas County, Texas, has died after being diagnosed with West Nile virus. The patient, whose name and age were not released, contracted a severe neuroinvasive form of the disease, according to a Tuesday press release from the Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS).The female patient had “underlying health issues,” officials stated.LISTERIA INFECTION LINKED TO DELI MEATS KILLS 2, INFECTS 28 ACROSS US, CDC WARNSThis was the county’s first West Nile death in 2024.”We are deeply saddened by this loss,” said Dr. Philip Huang, director of DCHHS, in the release.”This heartbreaking tragedy underscores the critical importance of safeguarding against mosquito bites, which can transmit several diseases, including West Nile virus.”Since the West Nile virus first entered the U.S. in 1999, it has become the leading cause of mosquito-borne disease in the country, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).In most cases, the West Nile virus — a flavivirus in the same family as yellow fever, dengue fever, Japanese encephalitis and the Zika virus — is spread when Culex mosquitoes bite infected birds and then bite people and other animals, per the CDC’s website.IN A POTENTIAL OUTBREAK, IS BIRD FLU TESTING AVAILABLE FOR HUMANS? WHAT TO KNOWThe virus is not transmitted through eating or handling infected animals or birds — nor is it spread through physical contact, coughing or sneezing.A vast majority — around 80% — of the people who contract the virus will not experience any symptoms, the CDC states on its website.”It causes a rash and other symptoms, including swollen lymph nodes, which other viruses in its class do not exhibit,” Dr. Marc Siegel, senior medical analyst for Fox News and clinical professor of medicine at NYU Langone Medical Center, told Fox News Digital.”It only affects the nervous system 1% of the time and is rarely fatal.”IN COLORADO, PLAGUE CASE CONFIRMED IN HUMAN, HEALTH OFFICIALS SAY: ‘MUST BE TREATED PROMPTLY’Around one in five people will develop febrile illness, which is marked by a fever along with body aches, headache, joint pain, diarrhea, rash and/or vomiting. These symptoms usually go away on their own, but some people may have lingering weakness and fatigue months after infection. In rare cases — about one in every 150 infected people — the virus can lead to serious conditions affecting the nervous system, such as encephalitis (inflammation of the brain) or meningitis (inflammation of the membranes that surround the brain and spinal cord), the CDC states on its website. Those who develop serious illness may experience headache, stiff neck, high fever, disorientation, vision loss, muscle weakness, convulsions, tremors, coma or paralysis, which occur when there is viral infection of the central nervous system. Among people who have this invasive form of the illness, around 10% will die. While anyone can potentially develop severe illness, the highest-risk groups include those over 60 years of age, people who have had organ transplants and those with diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, kidney disease, immune disorders and other certain medical conditions.”The virus’ effects can be quite serious in the elderly,” Siegel noted. Those who think they might have been infected with WNV should be assessed by a health care provider, the CDC states.Diagnosis of the infection can be made based on evaluation of symptoms, recent exposure to mosquitoes and testing of blood or spinal fluid.OUTBREAK OF KLEBSIELLA PNEUMONIAE BACTERIA INFECTS 31 PATIENTS AT SEATTLE HOSPITALHealth care providers will typically recommend treating symptoms with over-the-counter pain medications and getting plenty of rest and fluids. Those who experience severe illness may need to be hospitalized for supportive care.As of Aug. 6, there were 103 West Nile virus cases in the U.S. across 26 states, per the CDC.Sixty-eight of those cases were neuroinvasive (severe). There is currently no vaccine for West Nile virus.”The virus can be contained through public health measures including more insect repellent with DEET, longer sleeves and less stagnant water in our backyards,” Siegel said.CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR OUR HEALTH NEWSLETTERTrying to kill adult mosquitoes by spreading too much insecticide can be problematic, the doctor warned. “Animals, people with asthma and insects that would otherwise kill the mosquitoes are affected.”Dallas County health officials are urging local residents to take steps to protect themselves amid high mosquito activity, emphasizing the importance of the “four Ds” outlined below.DEET: When spending time outdoors, people should apply insect repellent containing DEET or other EPA-approved ingredients. For more Health articles, visit www.foxnews/healthDress: Minimize exposed skin by wearing long, loose clothing, officials recommend.Drain: Eliminating any standing water can help prevent mosquitoes from breeding.Dawn to dusk: Those at highest risk can minimize outdoor time during peak mosquito hours (just before and after sunset, and in the early morning before sunrise).
