do you still know how many submissions the tournaments in the first tournament got? specifically interested in the ones that got really far into the competition (like final 8 or so) and how they compared to the ones that got knocked out earlier on

the submissions of tournaments that got eliminated earlier are similarly scattered. most got 1 submission so i won't list any examples for there, but the quickest numbers i can find on the high end are

basically, from what i can gather, all 6 of those tournaments did pretty well but then were matched up against tournaments that did pretty well-er, usually pretty early on (besides transfemswag and besttship, who themselves were defeated by the two tourneys fighting in the finals) and lost

honestly i don't think i'm answering your question at this point but yeah! in case anyone is interested, here's the google sheets since i don't think anyone is spilling secret goverment info in the still-open-for-some-reason form (i really should go close it). the tourneys in the poll were all the ones up to submission 224 plus those in the asks section

(also, to the mcytblrsexyman submitter who wrote "YOU BETTER MAKE GRAPHS": i was aware of that mcytblrsexymanners had graphs but didn't know how they were doing that wizardry so sadly not </3 however i think i may be able to figure out a way to make a graph out of this info??? maybe if i have time which i definitely do not but also procrastination >> so there's a chance. maybe)
