I’m on a work trip with my boss, and it happens to be the first time the two of us have been on a trip together. He commented at dinner that “I knew [shiny] was a birder but I didn’t expect the way she interjects passing birds into sentences. She’ll be talking about something completely unrelated, call out “turkey vulture!” and then just go on with her sentence like nothing happened.”

I didn’t realize it was that noticeable 😭
