on one hand I don’t wanna be that boring bitch who keeps writing the nonhuman characters as humans but also what is the bug equivalent of “Mothiva will strip down (and/or have her hair/makeup not done) in front of Zasp without any thought, warning, or feeling to it?”

#this is completely rhetorical I'm sure if you're creative/thoughtful enough you can come up with equivalents to convey the idea #it's just way easier if they're humans #also this is whether or not they're doing the yikes 'friends with benefits' stuff. that doesn't change anything about it #will say that I have thought about for Mothiva in specific she's probably also done enough modeling etc that she's less self-conscious about #being in those states around others when it's for like. Job Stuff #but ALSO her career is such that I think that she'd have developed more of A Thing about the hair/makeup than even being dressed #(which would cause problems in her Gets Fired storyline due to lack of access to as much of that but that's diverging from the point)#point is that it's about her taking Zasp for granted in a very specific way. which probably also includes wordlessly expecting him to help #her like. get ready for shows and such #and like. there's a very specific context I guess you have to put all this in with other things that actually gets the meaning across beyond #casual comfort with each other. because it is that but it's also like. more #ugh now I feel like I'm just confusing the point #idk this was a thing I was thinking about in the context of a specific 'scene' I was imagining in my head #an aquila original
