Self aware au, Legends, Sword and shield, Bdsp, ScarVi, Lets go pikachu and eevee.

Arceus decides to actually make a stable connection between all the self aware game Universes, but only the pokemon ones, for now, as he can use Pokemon home as the bridge to make the connection, once he gets a good amount understanding he'll expand for the over games. He also connects to the Players IRL phone thanks to the Mobile app of Home, turning it into a Arcphone, allowing them to enter this Connected Domain and interact with all the characters and pokemon, including all the MCs that they are now adopting as their children.

Arceus is also glad the Player only has games like Monster Hunter(rise and Stories 2), Digimon(Cyber sleuth complete edition, and Survive), Animal crossing(new horizons) and one Dating light novel game(NekoMiko). If he had any big evil monster games like resident evil, he'd probably have a destroy that Universe to keep everything else safe.

It would be cool, having all your friends connected to you through your phone that you can talk to and show the world!

Maybe even connect it through Pokemon Masters so they all can talk to you face to face? It would be fun!

Watership Down, a novel all about rabbits and their view of the world with their own religion about how the prince of rabbits was blessed by god to run and jump, was written by Richard Adams, also an Englishmen, that is also set in the real life place of Watership Down, Hampshire which is in England.

And the main rival of the pokemon sword and shield games (which is set in Galar which is based on England) is named Hop, one of his animations is him jumping around excitedly, he usually leaves any cutscene by running on to whatever is next for him in the beginning he is running ahead of the protagonist and later he is trying to catch up, and the whole base idea of pokemon is growing alongside creatures and using the power of love and some magic to become the best you can be

Leon's schedule is flooded with things he has to do, but you still manage to see him at the library at least once a week. He always asks your recommendations for what he should read next, making sure to mention his thoughts on the last couple of novels you convinced him to read. "You could've given me a heads up about that ending, Hop found me crying my eyes out." You felt bad after that one and made sure to recommend a feel good book with a happy ending after that incident.

It feels strange meeting you outside the library, handing a large pile of documents to Sonia, despite it being the way you were both introduced. But she doesn't help, wiggling her eyebrows at Leon when your back is turned after catching him staring at you. "So... have you asked them out yet?" She whispers upon you moving out of earshot to fetch something else for her.

"Not so loud." He murmurs back.

"I'll take that as a 'no'," he scratches the back of his neck, avoiding her inquisitive stare. "Seriously, you've been going out of your way to visit the library for how long now? And you haven't asked them out yet?" Just as she opens her mouth to say something else you appear back from around the corner.

"Hey Sonia where's the stool? I need something from the top shelf." She grins.

"Don't worry Leon can help with that!" She pats him on the back and wiggles her brows at him one last time, mouthing 'you can do this,' as she waits for you both to go and fetch the document. It's a good thing Leon was already planning on asking you out because Sonia would not let him live it down if he didn't.

"You must hate it when people ask for books from the top shelf." Gordie joked after just meeting you, and you at the time had let out a loud huff.

"Don't get me started. It doesn't help that our book ladder at the library is a danger to society." He thought at the time you joking about the book ladder, and laughed. But now that he's at your library watching you make the climb up said ladder, he realises you were in fact, not joking.

"It can't be legal to make you use that." The ladder looks like it's holding on for dear life, wobbling with each step you take upwards. You have to stop less then halfway up, suddenly unnerved by how unstable it seems to be.

"I already told my boss if I fall, I will be suing but she thinks I'm being dramatic." You shoot a grin down at him, a gesture that he returns back to you.

"I can get you in touch with a pretty good lawyer if that happens." You're about to move up the ladder again, and it visibly shakes, making an unsettling groan as it does so. He grimaces. "But he can't help if you die." You laugh.

"I'll be fine." Your fate was sealed the moment the words left you mouth. Because less than thirty seconds later, you were in fact not fine. You'd lost your footing attempting to make the next step upwards. Gordie, who had been lingering around the bottom of the ladder was quick to catch you in his arms.

"See if I hadn't caught you, you'd have been in trouble."

"Or laughing with all my royalties. You never know." He rolls his eyes, placing you back onto the ground. "Thank you for catching me, I owe you one."

"You could come with me for lunch." While your lunch break was coming up, and a coffee shop around the corner, making it a tempting offer. You still look slightly confused.

"Not sure how that helps settle the favour?"

"I'll get some piece of mind knowing you're not attempting to climb up to your doom." You smile at his evident concern, completely won over by his offer.

"Deal."

I'm not sure how applicable this is but, for all the writers doing NaNoWrMo, have you considered being Possessed by the Pokemon Ghost?

See, when I was 14, I wrote my very first full-scale fanfiction called "Pokemon Rust", based on the 'apokelypse' pun.

I frigging wrote 55k in less than I month. Sure, it very much shows both the age and speed in quality but, dang it, I'm still fond of it. I haven't written that quickly since, either.

Since, I improved as a writer through plenty of fanfiction until I ended up writing a full-length original novel. I did three drafts of it, each taking me about a year.

While uni work got in the way of pursuing publishing, my sister went, "Haha isn't it funny how Shark Tale could translate into a gang thriller?"

A year later, I'd written a full-length novel based on frigging Shark Tale!

But then I had an accident and injured my wrists and even with Word Dictation, writing was physically too laborious to flow. That and having to spend so much time catching up on uni work then job applications, I spent years languishing in creative stagnation, unable to write and ultimately unable to even plan a new story.

Then, this year, three things happened. First, I thought to myself, "Pokemon Sword and Shield" have so much potential but they are so painful to read. I should rewrite it!"

But I couldn't write. So, I thought, "I'll redub it!". I took screenshots from every bit of cutscene dialogue in Pokemon SwSh and rewrote every line in my notebook, sticking to every character and every animation. And it was so much fun.

Then, my parents gifted me some actual dictation software! And it felt better than I could have hoped. Not perfect, but things flowed again.

So, while I spent an October in-between jobs, I went ahead and novelised my version of SwSh.

I wrote 72.5k words in 1 month.

I've felt joy writing again after 3-4 years. I'd almost forgotten what it was like.

I'm currently writing this at 5:30am after having finished the novelisation but I guess that goes to show what inspiration is like!

If you're thinking to yourself, "This is a really dumb idea", maybe that's the key to making yourself not second-guess yourself! To want to be the one person to do the dumb thing others won't!

I'm insanely sorry for vanishing for a while. My gf has been staying over, and we got caught up watching OPLA, and we wanted to finish playing pokemon sword/shield while she was here because scottish and we had a bunch of trips planned so we've been really busy. But!!! we've also been working on Kid's carrd. every. single. day. for literally about. more than two weeks? because his backstory is immensely dense and long. his backstory is literally the most lengthy thing I have ever written for any of my muses in my life. Oda gave him the absolute bare minimum so I had to write him his own spinoff novel.

The problem was that we kept reaching the word limit on his carrd. So we tried to condense it. The condensed version also hit the word limit. So we tried to condense it a third time, and cut out some major plot points for the sake of his carrd. and that ALSO hit the word limit. The only way we could make it fit was to take out all of his portrayal notes, make them into separate posts, and then link them in the card. Because it just would not fit otherwise.

Now we actually have to post all these portrayal notes so we can put the links in the carrd and thereby finish the carrd. Which means we have about 20 headcanon posts ready to go (or very nearly ready to go, some are like 90% done) and we can't post his carrd until they're up so like. there's going to be a huge amount of kid heacanon posts coming soon, and I wanted to give everyone on my dash a heads up because I don't want anyone to get angry at me for spamming his content. I will completely understand if you want to temporarily block my headcanon tag. I will try my best to space them out a bit.

That being said, we really poured so much time into making his backstory sound good. Gf stayed up for many nights editing everything to make it sound pretty.

There's so, so, so much more that we haven't even started on, but if we try to get everything done now then it'll literally take months to finish, so we've decided to go with what we have so far and just keep posting updates to it every so often.

Anyway. In summary, lots and lots of Kid posts coming soon. And I'm very sorry for being gone for so long. My activity will still be a bit slow for the next few days, but I should be back to replying normally soon and start catching up on everything I missed while I was busy.

Most of these anime’s have more than one OC from me, so if you’re interested we can chat.

Haikyuu (I’m not caught up, but spoilers are AOK! I have three OC's for this one, two cisgender oc's (one libero, one middle blocker) and one ftm oc (who is a setter).

My Hero Academia (Caught up on the Anime (dubbed). Two OC's for this one. One has the ability to melt into shadows and carry a limited weight of items/people, the other can transform into a wolf and is wheelchair bound (double amputee) )

Free (Just have to watch the final stroke episodes. I have one OC for this world who is pretty deaf and has some deformities with his ears and some major trauma in his past.)

Yuri on Ice (Also caught up on the Anime. Three OC's for this one. None of them compete anymore, but one travels with is group to help out from Denmark, another travels with his sister as moral support from Québec Canada, and one is more of a homebody in Australia. The one who travels with his sister is blind, but does skate, though not competitively obviously.)

Kuroko No Basuke (I am not fully caught up on the Anime, but spoilers are AOK. One OC for this anime, someone who retired in high school after an incident leaving his back broken. He's able to walk again after surgery and rehab, but he can't compete anymore.)

Soul Eater (Caught up with the original Anime, not Soul Eater Not. One OC for this anime, a Meister who is honestly only one out of obligation than anything.)

Percy Jackson (caught up on all the books. Two OC's for this, one son of Apollo, one son of Athena.)

Pokemon could be fun, too! (I've seen all the anime, and have played all of the main games except for sword and shield. One OC for this, a canine type trainer from Alola.)

86 (Caught up on the anime, slowly getting through the light novels. One OC, a one legged ex republic 86 soldier who worked as a mechanic at the Spearhead Squadron.)

You're also welcome to RP as an OC, so long as said OC isn't over powered and has some thought behind them (I've RP'd with a lot of OC's that were just made up on the fly and were honestly a hot mess... but I love a well made OC!). Or you can RP a Canon Character!

I'm also not so good at RPing with female characters, and most of my characters are bi (with heavy preference towards men) or gay, as friends however they're fine.

I try my best to be literate with my replies, and personally do not enjoy one line RP's, though I myself don't write novels, so no major requirement on length! I'm also not the GREATEST with proper punctuation and grammar, but I try to get the point across.

Also open to just casual slice of life RP's with no series to necessarily dictate the theme. (example: I also have OC's who are dog show handlers, jockeys, rodeo cowboys, general medical professionals). Also not opposed to trying out a Game of Thrones RP, but I've never RP'd that before, so there's that. All characters from the Anime's would be aged up to minimum 18 (so like going to college or already in the work force)

I've been debating whether or not I should start a journal of these adventures and came to the quick realization that because I was in doubt, I should do this. There would be nothing lost by documenting my adventures and deciding I don't want to continue this later, but I would only feel regret by not doing this, and later wishing I had. So here we are!

I've been a fan of pokemon since it first came out. I have fond memories of playing red and blue for hours on my gameboy, collecting the cards (of course while I got nothing of note, my brother got Charizard in his first booster pack, something he has never let me forget even decades later), and just being entirely swept away by the craze with no turning back.

I will probably end up sharing bits and pieces from my memories in the various posts here, and not make just one giant memory post because I have 25 years of memories to share and don't need to start this journal off with an entire novel.

This will, however, be a documentation of my adventures through the games from here forward.

I am currently going through Shield with my pokemon partner, Fen. Here's us just today:

We always adventure side by side, and I acknowledge I am entirely the luckiest creature in the world to have someone like that in my life. Yes, the games are fun enough to solo through, but I found my joy multiplied ten times when we started going through these worlds together. Someone to battle with, someone to trade with, someone to complain to when a big mean growlithe knocks out your poor adorable defenseless azurill. Expect to hear mention of Fen a lot, because my time in these games are shared with him.

So yes! I have started my shield playthrough. I did play through the base game of sword before, but not the expansions, and I plan to get through both of those this time.

I had a team pre-prepared for this playthrough: an aron named Melor, an azurill named Leo, a cottonee named Mika, a sizzlepede named Ignis, a toxel named Riff, and an alcreamie named Neyli. I will enjoy my adventure with these guys from beginning to end while I work my way through everything and also try to complete the pokedex for the shiny charm (something I've done in Sword already, but I also wish to accomplish in Shield).

I must confess I've spent far too much time in the clothing shops already, but I'm always a huge fan of character customization. I'll be changing my clothes probably every time I post here.

I've currently just finished the first gym. I rushed forward to get the badge quickly because I am always worrying about over leveling my team and then losing their loyalty. I will probably continue to evade all of the trainers I can for now, and try to get a few more badges before slowing down the pace and taking my time to fill up my dex more and fight other trainers.

I don't entirely know how often I'll post, but I look forward so much to seeing these pages filled up with memories that I can look back on someday.

⚠️ Long Random Rant Alert! ⚠️

Don't want to see or hear my long-ass harry-potter-novel of a rant? Please skip this and ignore it but I just wanted to yell from my mountains and get this off of my chest and hopefully find others who agree and suffer from the same issue. I'm hoping Nintendo will fix this when we can use pokemon home with pokemon s/v.

Ahem, time for me to rant into my vast but clutter-filled blog about the raiding system in Pokemon S/V. Bugged timer? bugged and almost invincible shield if you are not teralized and even then it does barely anything even if it's very effective against your target: The raid Pokemon. And might I mention you take far too much damage? I used a Garchomp on an electric-type raid and I still ate the dust with my move, Earthquake, doing barely any damage.

I'm a casual gamer who likes to collect pokemon and wants to collect more, I cannot when I can barely get into the raid without getting either burned or sent to sleep while having my tera charge decreased and having the pokemon get rid of its own status effect while I and the others I fight with suffer from a behemoth of a computer bashing our poor pokemon into their pokeballs who panic in inevitable fear.

And the NPCs just stand idly and wait or your pokemon to come back none incapacitated. Like, in Sword and shield they still attacked regardless if your own pokemon passed out from lack of HP but here they just wait. Their pokemon likely eating the dirt and getting knocked out because of it.

I've barely taken down a 5-star raid Pokemon's health basically no more and it glitch (or bug out) and it to still releases its energy and power sending me and my Tinkaton, Hammer Time, on our merry way back to rageville where I then have to mentally question what I did wrong and then get upset because a game just teased me- playing with me like a mouse, getting caught in a mouse trap.

The animations and the fainted timer eat away at the raid timer you've got while your pokemon fainting and retreating to its pokeball has a penalty: more time lost. They want you to teralize your pokemon but you cannot even tera them if the bloody creature reduces and sucks in its energy and power like Kirby sucking up another fighter. Or an energy vampire like my sister.

Seems unfair, I've wanted to try and get the Greninja but it looks like I cannot do it due to me not even being able to currently even beat one 5-star raid even with other people to help me. To unlock 7-star raids you need to consistently host 5-star raids and I cannot even do two. I've barely staggered one, not a dozen.

And no, I'm not raising my pokemon to become "Perfect" I just want to raise pokemon and I don't have the patience and time to do something which could take me forever and I don't want to waste time waiting for a pokemon with the ideal stats to come inside an egg. I consider myself lucky if my pokemon OHKOs a pokemon in battle especially if they're the same level roughly.

I think my pokemon not having "perfect" stats makes them more perfect and unique and I should not be punished because I just want to enjoy a game that unfortunately gives anyone who leaves an online battle another punishment if there wasn't enough already: you cannot join another online battle for a while. I don't have many pokemon as I'm relying on the update for Pokemon Home for my other pokemon. (Like Cerberus, Vixen and Opal, my huisian sneasel- alongside others).

I hope Nintendo fixes this and hears not only my cry but others' as this is game breaking if anything, I want to catch more shiny pokemon, and I want to try and get the shiny eeveelutions too but I cannot if I can't get my hands on a shiny Eevee and I cannot get my hands on a shiny eevee if I don't have herbs which I have fuck-all of.
