Great Offerings: For those among us who absolutely love all things Coltrane, a recently recovered recording of his work is now available. It's entitled, A Love Supreme - Live In Seattle by John Coltrane. Recorded at The Penthouse in Seattle in 1965, this Impulse Records CD set is an important recording because it's a rare live performance of A Love Supreme captured on tape. It's also a significant recording because it takes place during a transitional period for the Coltrane band.
