I gotta say, this is one of my favourite mugs. the green might turn out more black than expected, it was a mix of a few things and ...who knows. I can't wait for this to get out of the kiln
"I'm just making a few quick, simple little Owlbears to fill up space in the kiln," she said, "they won't become in any way ornate or take like twice as long as expected," SHE SAID (she lied).
I'm totally in love with the plain white slip/brown clay combo...love how ancient-pottery-adjacent it looks <3
P.S: Dear anyone who bought something last Wednesday - everyone's getting packed up today & should be popping into the post tomorrow!!
A weirdo moose-ship rockcarving mug! Quite inspired by the stoneage petroglyphs at Nämforsen (Sweden).
This one is sold but I'm working on some new petro-mugs now actually.

My husband is working on some devotional pottery, as he began experimenting with potting quite recently, and I'm really liking the methods he's developing.
The piece on the left is a Devotional Seed Pot for his Oathbound Datura Garden, and the piece on the right is a vessel he's enchanting to assist in strengthening the viability, hardiness, and overall horticultural success of seeds consecrated within.
Both have been burnished with red clay from our region. Next, he is going to be smoke-firing each pot in our Hearth using a special blend of plant materials that he's gathered from our land.
