On a dream girl journey, we want to basically brainwash ourselves to be the best version of ourselves. One way to do that is watching specific content to curate that dream girl. One youtuber I’ve been loving is Manifestelle. Here are some notes I’ve been taking so far:
Broke men love to project their insecurities and negativity on you. Don’t let them have access to you.
You shouldn’t be friends with men. Men look better when they are seen with you. They need to invest in you if they are to be seen with you.
As a woman, you are valuable just by existing.
Listen with your ears, not your triggers.
De-centering men is centering yourself and your desires.
Hello! I adore your blog, thank you so much for all the posts you have done! I’m a visual learner so I was wondering if you can recommend me some films or tv shows that have powerful role women or femme fatale main characters? For example, I love watching the Addams Family because Morticia gives me that vibes too, but I want to watch more than just one movie. Thank you, darling! ❤️
Hi love! I would say the protagonists in the following movies:
I will never stop yapping about how important it is to get your basics right. If your base routine is not solid, no matter what you add on to it, it will never be sustainable.
most of us get motivated in the middle of the night, build an elaborate routine that we’ll follow for less than 2 days and we’re back to square one.
I get so many asks about girls getting stressed over their routine and how they should solve the issue. If your routine is stressing you out, you need to cut. It. Down.
this is a pyramid that will teach you to get the basics down and in what order.
if your foundation is strong, your base routine will be an unshakeable of your life.
if it is an unshakeable part of your life, you will slowly but surely get better at those things.
as you get better at those things, your confidence will increase.
as your confidence increases, you will be ready and motivated to take on more challenges.
Long time no see. I’m a uni student so I’ve been a bit more busy than usual, however, I’m glad to be back. As a student in my last semester, ready to enter the “real world”, I have had much thought about my stance in life. About if I am ahead or behind others.
Comparison is a thing that will never do anyone good. Throughout your life, you may be more prone to thinking about what others have acquired at a certain point in time. You might think about another’s upbringing, academic success, beauty. You might think about your own and find faults in it. At other points, you may feel a bit proud of what you’ve done so far.
I’m here to remind you that girl/boy/human, you’re doing great and you’ve come so far. You’ve achieved some of your goals if not all and that’s a win. You’ve managed to get past certain emotions or insecurities and that’s a win.
You, as everyone else, are on a journey that is set only for you. You’re timing is aligned with what you are ready for. You are one in a million and you will lead a fruitful life so long as you fight for it.
Even as a twenty-something, I can safely say that I am proud of you! I hope you find this message comforting.
(P.s. I wrote this in my last semester of uni. I’m now graduated and a registered nurse 🙂)
Au revoir,
