I love that even at 4 yrs my daughter is learning ways to physically & energetically help herself when she isn't feeling well. After playing at the park she said she had a #headache & asked for tea. She chose #peppermint & #rose with honey (a new combination for us). She's also been very quick to get frustrated & yelling to be heard. Blue prana in peppermint for the throat chakra to help her communication & mental clarity. The other night we were eating dinner when a comment was made that one child had eaten more than the other. This turned into a ranking which began to get competitive & frustrating once the original #1 moved to #4 based on the arbitrary decision of her sister. I thought for a minute about how I could make it not matter what order they were put in. Since the number 4 was having the most conflict with her placement I thought of angel numbers! I explained to them that numbers have their own energy & can have far greater meaning than just holding a place value. They can each represent messages from our holy angels. The energy completely shifted as they were now quite excited to learn what message their numbers meant & how the numbers worked. I chose a few words about their number that they could each connect with. They loved it! They asked about double digit numbers which led to explaining how in numerology numbers are reduced by adding each number together. It's these exact moments I'm reminded how #blessed I am to be a Pranic Healer. The little gets her hand crushed & instead of panicking like I did when her sister was this size I reach for my extractors. Now we get cuddles & she settles as the crystals do the work, bringing down the swelling & removing the pain.
