Hello All,
This is another instalment from my ‘missing scenes’ series - fleshing out things we never got to see or adding more context to those we did. I had vowed an absolute AGE ago to write a version of when Sky has a fever, as it’s still one of my favourite Prapaisky moments in the series. Who knew it would have taken me this long to churn this one out? But before we all truly move onto Love Sea, I am trying (albeit wishfully) to finish as many of my drafts from the LITA era. 'Why do you stay?' was a sentiment I imagined both Sky and Prapai thinking at this particular point in their relationship.
Summary:
The reality is Sky had stretched himself so thin, he had literally collapsed from exhaustion. To Prapai this spoke of a concerning level of self-neglect that he couldn't stand by passively and just watch. He vividly envisions Sky's eyes filled with astonished relief, shiny with pained and fearful tears. Sky looked so vulnerable, so gut-wrenchingly helpless that his heart had suspended in his chest. He seemed to have been holding his own breath, praying for Sky's sake that he would shortly rouse from whatever was chasing him.

Invisible Ladders

Sky lives by one rule: Alphas are assholes. It’s that simple. And Sky isn’t ever going to be the demure, subservient omega he’s expected to be… never again. That worldview is turned upside down when Prapai steps into the picture – or more accurately, saves Sky’s ass. He’s everything Sky expects – pushy, cocky, arrogant – and everything he doesn’t – genuine, forthright, kind. Sky doesn’t know what to make of him and can’t seem to escape him. And then there’s that small matter of biology…
Fic is fully written, just being edited/ getting social media completed. New chapter posted weekly. Fic is ~205k words

sunday morning, rain is falling

Summary:
Prapai wakes up before Sky does on one rainy Sunday morning.
Prapai wakes up with an annoyed groan at the sound of his morning alarm going off. The sound blares across the room a little too loud and too early in the morning for his liking. He immediately reaches an arm out for the said device and swipes a thumb across the screen to turn the alarm off, glancing briefly at the sleeping beauty beside him to make sure the noise earlier does not wake the said beauty up.
It’s a Sunday morning and usually the both of them would opt to sleep in longer since neither Prapai nor Sky has work or class to attend to. But Prapai must have forgotten to turn off the daily alarm on his phone before he fell asleep last night.
A relieved sigh emitted from Prapai's lips as his lover lying next to his side only snuggles further into the thick blanket in his sleep. Looks like his Sky is having one of the best sleeps in his life, that even the blaring alarm just now doesn’t seem to bother him at all.
Prapai shifts his gaze across the room towards the window with an unattractive yawn and his hand moves up to ruffle his messy bed hair. It looks dark outside, and he can hear the faint pitter patter sound of raindrops hitting his window lightly. Ahh – he thinks – this is nice weather to sleep in.
He stretches his stiff legs and rubs the grogginess off of his eyes before laying back down next to the sleeping beauty, body tilted to his side so he can face the said boy. His Sky has apparently turned to lay on his tummy with both of his hands curled into tiny little fists tucked underneath his pillow. His mouth slightly ajar as his face is squished onto the pillow. Prapai, very gently so as to not wake him up, brushes the strand of hair that’s covering the boy’s sleeping face and flashes a fond smile at the sight of his lover. His Sky.
Prapai is not much of a morning person, if he is to be frank. And his record of being tardy to the office more often than his secretary, Namtarn, would like can be the proof of it. It’s fairly rare for him to wake up before Sky does in the morning. But when he does, he basks in the sight of Sky being deep asleep, glowing beautifully like a literal angel even in his sleeping state. Sky had brushed it off as “nonsense” when Prapai had voiced this thought out loud to Sky a few months ago, but there was a hint of redness on the boy’s cheeks that made Prapai laugh in amusement before pressing a soft kiss onto each of them. Prapai finds it very endearing how easily flustered Sky is. His cheeks would instantly burn into various shades of red at the slightest compliment.
Today too, Sky’s cheeks are painted in soft pink. Prapai thinks it reminds him of peaches. But Prapai is pretty sure that this time, it is the cold weather that is causing the pinkness of the younger boy’s cheeks.
He rubs the pad of his thumb gently in circular motions against Sky’s freezing cheek, receiving a small contented mewl from Sky that is barely audible as it gets muffled against the pillow. How cute. Prapai chuckles to himself as he carefully scoots closer to Sky, watching the sleeping beauty with the fondest gaze.
Months ago, a peaceful sleep like this is not something that would come to Sky easily – Prapai muses internally to himself. Memories of a certain someone from his past would always come to pay him an uninvited visit, wandering around in his still vulnerable mind and haunting him even in his slumber. The clicking sound of the damn brass lighter echoes in the background as every painful scene that he inflicted upon Sky replays over and over again in his dreams. Prapai would wake up to the most heart-wrenching screams and cries he has ever heard. He can feel his heart practically shatter into pieces at the sight of Sky tossing and thrashing violently in his sleep. The back of his shirt is drenched in cold sweat and his pillow damped with tears as he pitifully pleads and begs for the devil in his dream to stop.
Prapai would jump into action in an instant. Urgently shaking his angel awake to pull him out of his night terror, and then pulling him firmly to his chest like an achor to reality. Reassuring Sky that he is safe now. Reminding Sky over and over again that he will not be able to hurt Sky. Never again in Prapai's watch.
These days, the nightmares have seemed to reduce significantly, much to Prapai's relief. It takes a while for Prapai to convince Sky to seek professional help initially, but once he does agree, things seem to work out smoothly at the end and Prapai is very proud of every promising progress that Sky has been showing after all the sessions.
Prapai is snapped out of his thoughts at the sound of Sky yawning. He watches with a wide grin plastered on his face as Sky slowly blinks his eyes open, squinting them a little to get his groggy eyes to properly focus on Prapai’s face.
“Good morning, my angel.” Prapai whispers softly and leans over to press a kiss onto the tip of Sky’s nose.
“Phi Pai, y'woke up early t’day.'' Sky mumbles out, voice still thick with drowsiness that makes his words come out slurry. But Prapai knows Sky well, he's so used to his baby already that he can make out each and every word Sky slurred out easily by now.
Prapai hums softly with a little nod of his head as an answer. “Forgot to set the alarm off last night.” Prapai says, earning him a small chuckle from Sky in return. The sound is so infectious that Prapai can’t help but to laugh along with him.
Sky glances at Prapai for a brief second and Prapai parts his arms open out of instinct, in which Sky is more than happy to oblige so he slots himself into Prapai's arms. As the latter snakes his arms around Sky's smaller form, his heart bursts with giddiness at how perfectly Sky fits in his arms. We're really made for each other – Prapai thinks. You belong in my arms.
The pretty boy has his face buried snugly against Prapai’s firm chest by now, and he inhales Prapai's scent deeply with a contented sigh – a habit of Sky that Prapai will always find endearing. He vividly remembers a sheepish Sky stuttering his way into reasoning that Prapai's scent brings him comfort.
“Comfy.” Sky sighs out, making his older lover chuckle fondly. Prapai combs his lean fingers through Sky’s soft locks and proceeds to massage his scalp, making the younger boy yawn against Prapai’s chest.
They stay like that for some more extended minutes, revelling in the warmth radiating off of each other’s body that’s contrasting to the cold temperature of the room. Sky finds comfort in the sound of Prapai’s steady heartbeat against his ear. He remembers Prapai tells him that his heart beats for Sky. And it makes Sky’s own heart skip a beat. Prapai really has that effect on Sky.
The room eventually turns silent. They are still cuddled up in Prapai's luxurious king size bed, the only sounds audible are their calm steady breaths, and also the pitter-patter of raindrops slamming against the window that seems to be louder now, signaling that the rain is getting heavier.
We don’t need words, Prapai thinks to himself, as long as we’re together in each other’s arms.
Soon enough, soft snores can be heard filling up the room as they both finally drifted back to sleep, bodies pressed up against each other underneath the thick cover seeking for warmth while it is raining cats and dogs outside.

Hurts Like Hell
Read on AO3
Summary: Prapai injures himself at one of the few races Sky chooses not to attend. Normally, he'd tell Sky immediately, but he doesn't want to distract his boyfriend during his final exams. He opts for the avoidance route, which leads to a misunderstanding between them.
Sky is his good luck charm. He comes to almost every race now, and Prapai greatly enjoys getting a kiss for luck and a quick “stay safe” each time he gets on the bike. It seems to work, too. He was already the top racer, but his times increase significantly when Sky’s in the crowd, watching him with pride in his eyes. Yes, Sky is his good luck charm, which could explain how Prapai ends up injured at the first race in months that Sky chooses not to attend.
It’s nothing serious, just a mild wrist sprain that means he’ll have to wear a brace for the next two weeks. Lots of resting it and icing it, which wouldn’t normally be a problem, but…Sky. He would usually have told Sky right away, accepting the good with the bad. The good being Sky fussing over him until he’s better, and the bad being Sky getting worried about him racing.
Currently, however, Sky is neck deep in schoolwork, cramming for his final exams, building models, and finishing presentations. He’s thoroughly stressed, and Prapai wants nothing more than to be there 24/7, offering hot meals and neck massages and bullying him into taking naps every so often. But he knows Sky, and beneath his snarky exterior, Sky is, above all, completely and utterly kind. Especially for the people he loves, he can’t help being a caretaker. It’s one of the things Prapai loves most about him. Unfortunately, it also means that Pai absolutely cannot let Sky see him until one of two things happens: his wrist heals, or Sky’s finals are over.
The doctor had given him a probable two weeks until his injury was resolved, aligning almost exactly with when Sky’s barrage of schoolwork should be ending. He figures it shouldn’t be too much of a problem; he can claim a heavier workload, insist that he doesn’t want to bother Sky while he’s cramming, and make sure to keep up a steady stream of calls, texts, and food deliveries. Hopefully, studying will keep Sky too busy to miss him, and when he finally finishes, Prapai will be there with open—and uninjured—arms.
This goes off without a hitch on day one, since Sky texts him to let him know not to wait up, that he’s having an all-night study session at his dorm with his classmates. Prapai breathes a sigh of relief, and mentally reschedules his invented excuse for the next night. Sure enough, he needs it the following evening when Sky calls him after classes end.
“I don’t think I’ll be very good company tonight, P’Pai,” he sounds apologetic, “I have a million things to do, but I’ll make time for dinner. Should I meet you at your place or mine?”
“I’m so sorry, honey.” Pai truly is, he can’t stand to deny Sky anything he wants. “I’m having dinner with a client tonight.” It’s not a lie, technically. He did ask Namtan to schedule him a client dinner, though it could have easily been done another evening if he hadn't needed the excuse.
“That’s okay,” Sky replies easily, which somehow makes Prapai feel worse than if he’d complained. His Sky is so understanding. “It’ll give me a little more time to cram.”
“Don’t forget to eat,” Pai responds immediately, very aware of the way Sky will sometimes get wrapped up in his projects and neglect his basic human needs, like food and sleep. “I’ll order you something,” he decides, knowing that Sky will likely forget without the reminder of someone knocking on his door.
“You’re so good to me, P’Pai,” Sky teases him. Prapai can practically hear the smile in his voice, and it makes his heart ache a little to think of going two weeks without it.
“You only deserve good things,” Pai tells him earnestly. Sky breathes out a laugh at that, and it lifts his heart up a bit. They go back and forth until Sky reaches his dorm, Pai refusing to hang up until Sky air-kisses him through the phone.
He orders delivery, giving Sky’s dorm as the address and frowning a little when he thinks about Sky eating alone. Sitting through the client dinner is torture, albeit one he inflicted on himself. He can’t stop thinking about Sky, and pulls his phone out halfway through to check and see if he’s eaten. Luckily, he has, which makes Pai feel a little better about not being there to eat with him.
That night, he sleeps in an empty bed, hugging a pillow and wishing it smelled more like Sky. He wakes up groggy and stays that way long enough that Namtan brings him a second cup of coffee without being asked. He knows Sky has an exam that afternoon, so he sends him a good luck text with a long string of kisses. He gets a thank you with a heart emoji in response, which makes him smile. He clicks on Sky’s contact picture so that it fills up the screen, heart twisting a little at how widely he’s smiling in the photo. He slams his phone down guiltily when Namtan enters his office, causing her to narrow her eyes in suspicion.
He texts Sky preemptively this time, wanting to avoid the feeling that came along with saying no to him.
Prapai Going to be writing performance reviews all evening. Might have to tomorrow as well. Don’t forget to eat, I’ll order you something. ♥️♥️♥️
And he  does  need to write the performance reviews. They’re due in only a few days, and he’s specifically put them off so he has a valid reason to stay at the office. Somehow, the knowledge that he’s not technically lying to Sky is not making him feel any better about it. He takes a deep breath and reminds himself that it’s only for two weeks, and that it’s for Sky, so he’ll be able to focus on his finals.
That evening and the next are terrible. He can’t focus and Namtan is clearly frustrated with him, having to guide him back to the reviews constantly. He can’t blame her, if he didn’t need to avoid Sky, he wouldn’t want to stay after hours either. He makes a mental note yet again to up her year-end bonus. She basically keeps his life together, he doesn’t want her looking for another job.
Sky calls him the next day, apologizing profusely because he knows they haven’t seen each other in days, and they’ve both been so busy, but…he’d already promised Sig and Rain to spend that evening helping them study. Prapai tells him that it’s okay, he understands, and tries not to let any note of relief enter his voice.
“Once you’re done with your exams, we’ll see each other every day,” he promises, though he’s not sure who he’s reassuring more, Sky or himself. Prapai stares at his phone for fifteen minutes after Sky hangs up, only coming out of his reverie when Namtan enters.
“Khun Pai?”
“Yes, yes, I’ll get right on it,” he waves her off distractedly.
“Is everything okay with Nong Sky?” He doesn’t answer right away, and she presses on. “You haven’t seen him all week, and you’ve clearly been distracted. Are you two fighting?”
“We’re not fighting,” he sighs. He almost wishes they were, then he could be trying as hard as he could to make it up to Sky, and maybe actually get to  see  him. He shakes the thought away as soon as it comes. As much as he misses Sky’s face, he wouldn’t want to see it frowning.
“If you tell me you’ve lost interest—” she starts, her tone far too heated to be speaking to her boss. Prapai appreciates it, though, loves that the people in his life all practically adopted Sky as soon as they met him, Namtan no exception.
“How could I? It’s Sky,” he counters, and her hackles come back down. “He doesn't know about my wrist,” he admits after a beat.
“Then tell him!” Her tone is completely exasperated.
“I don’t want him to worry during his finals,” he whines, and something like realization comes over her face. She shakes her head at him incredulously. She doesn’t roll her eyes, but it’s a close thing.
“You don’t think this will worry him?” she asks, raising an eyebrow. “Staying at the office late with strange excuses? Not seeing each other for almost a week?”
“He’s busy with exams,” Prapai explains. “I was hoping he wouldn’t have time to think about it too hard.” This time she does roll her eyes.
“You’re being ridiculous. You should just go see him and explain yourself,” she says firmly.
“I will,” he agrees. “After finals.”
She spends that day and the next giving him dirty looks, though she still keeps him in line, always making sure they stay on track. That afternoon, he asks her to make sure he has a meeting that evening. She stands directly in front of his desk and glares daggers at him while she makes the call.
He calls Sky to let him know. This time, Sky is quiet for a few moments before he speaks.
“I know we’ve both been busy lately,” he starts, and Pai hums in agreement. “But…were okay, right? You’d tell me if we weren’t?”
“Of course we’re okay,” Prapai affirms immediately. He doesn’t feel guilty about saying it. It’s the truth, and he never wants Sky to doubt it. Something in his voice must resonate with Sky, because Pai can hear the sigh of relief on the other end of the phone.
“Good, I’m glad,” he replies, and he sounds it. “I know things are crazy right now, and it’ll be fine soon, but…I miss you.” It sounds like a confession, and Prapai grips the armrest of his desk chair tighter, to keep himself from running straight to wherever Sky is at that moment.
“I miss you, too,” he returns easily, and if there’s a roughness to his voice, he can’t be faulted for that.
That night is the worst one yet. He hardly sleeps at all. He can’t stop hearing Sky’s voice in his head, asking if they’re okay, saying that he misses him. They’re only halfway through the two weeks, and Prapai’s already crumbling this badly.
He spends the whole morning trying to think of an excuse for that night. He’s solely used work as an excuse up to this point, and thinks about claiming Phan or Plerng needs help. It’s a definite risk, though, they both adore Sky and always invite him along to everything. Plus, they’re both nearly as stubborn as Prapai. If he told them what he was doing and they didn’t agree, they’d just call Sky right up and tell him. His mother’s out, too, considering she practically worships the ground Sky walks on. She’s right to, of course, and it just proves where Pai gets his good taste from, but it presents the same risks as telling one of his younger siblings.
Eventually, he settles on another work excuse, figuring he can get Namtan to schedule him something before he talks to Sky later that day. This plan is promptly put to an end when Sky calls him instead. He hesitates for a second before picking up, unwilling to let it go to voicemail.
“P’Pai?”
“Hi, honey. How’s your studying going?” He hopes he can get Sky off on a tangent, that might keep him from trying to make plans.
“It’s fine,” Sky’s voice is even, but something’s not quite right about it. “Are you busy tonight?” his tone is light, but there’s a slight threat hidden under the question.
“I—” Prapai stops himself before he can continue. He doesn’t have plans tonight, not yet. He at least hasn’t outright lied to Sky since he started avoiding him, and it’s not a line he especially wants to cross. “No,” he finally answers.
“Good,” Sky’s tone doesn’t change. “Let’s have dinner.”
Prapai’s mind races for a few seconds before landing on a plan. Say yes now, have Namtan schedule something, then call and say something came up after all. Text if he’s feeling particularly cowardly.
“Okay,” he agrees. “I’ll see you there.”
“Where?”
“What?”
“Where will you see me? We never said.”
“Your place,” Prapai responds after a beat of silence. It doesn't matter, he knows, he’s going to cancel anyway. There’s a long stretch of silence over the phone, and it feels like agony. After what feels like an eternity, he gets a response.
“You’re not coming, are you?” Sky sounds like he’s about to cry and that—that’s…unacceptable.
“Baby—” Prapai starts, not knowing where he’s going. It doesn’t matter, because Sky cuts him off anyway.
“I need you to be there,” he says firmly. “Okay? I’m asking you to show up. For me.”
“Yes,” he answers before he can even think about it, crumbling without a second thought. “Of course I will.”
“Good,” Sky sounds numb, unsure, and Prapai hates it, hates himself a little for making Sky sound that way. “I’ll see you tonight.”
“You will,” Prapai promises, trying to convey in his tone how much he means it. “I love you.”
“I love you, too, P’Pai,” Sky says, and hangs up.
Prapai reevaluates. He’s miscalculated severely. Sky’s not only noticed he’s acting differently, but he seems to be jumping to the worst possible conclusions. The plan clearly needs massive restructuring. No more avoiding Sky, he decides, not when it makes him feel like this. He’ll take off the wrist brace whenever Sky’s around and wear it the rest of the time. It might take a little longer to heal, but it’ll be worth it to make sure Sky’s happy and confident in their relationship. In him.
He follows through on the new plan, leaving the brace in his office and showing up at Sky’s fifteen minutes early, food and flowers in hand. Sky seems hesitant when he opens the door, but smiles at the flowers and full on laughs at the way Prapai plasters himself against Sky’s front as soon as he takes them. Pai wraps himself around Sky as best he can while still holding the food and walks them backwards into Sky’s dorm. Sky distengles himself from Pai’s arms long enough to find a vase for the flowers, and Pai takes the moment to set all the food down. As soon as Sky finishes with the flowers, Prapai’s clinging to him again, kissing him deeply in an attempt to make up for lost time.
They eventually end up eating, sitting on the floor and talking as they do so, catching up on everything they’ve missed in the last week. By the end of the meal, Sky’s relaxed and smiling, and Prapai’s glowing with the knowledge that his new plan is working out much better than the last. Sky pulls him to the couch and he follows easily, warm and comfortable and secure.
“So,” Sky starts, and his tone somehow sounds like a warning. “I called P’Tan.” Prapai freezes up immediately, which might not be a great idea for his plausible deniability, but at this point, that’s probably a lost cause.
“Okay,” Prapai replies slowly, wanting to be sure of where Sky’s going with this.
“I know you’ve been asking her to schedule things in the evening,” Sky continues. “Tell me why?” he asks, so gently that Prapai cracks immediately.
“I’m sorry,” he can hear a little desperation in his own voice. “It’s not what you think,” he insists, then immediately regrets his choice of words. It only makes him sound more guilty.
“So tell me what it is,” Sky coaxes.
“I sprained my wrist!” Prapai blurts out. Judging by the look on Sky’s face, that wasn’t what he was expecting to hear. “And…I didn’t want you to worry. During your finals.” Sky’s face quickly morphs from confused to exasperated. He buries his face in his hands.
“P’Pai?” his voice is muffled.
“Yes, honey?” Prapai asks nervously, already feeling like he’s in trouble.
“You. You sprained your wrist? And you didn’t want me to be stressed?” He lifts his head back up. “So instead, you avoided me for an entire week and gave me flimsy excuses?”
“Well, when you put it that way…”
“P’Pai!” Sky’s eyes are round now. “I thought you were mad at me! Or you wanted to break up, or—” He breaks off and Prapai’s breath hitches as he shakes his head.
“No, no, never, I’m sorry, baby, I am, really,” he starts babbling. “I just wanted you to be able to focus on your finals.” Sky lets out a long-suffering sigh.
“As much as I don’t like seeing you hurt, this was way more worrying, P’Pai.”
“I’m sorry,” Prapai repeats.
“Don’t do it again,” Sky warns. “Just talk to me next time, okay?” Prapai is nodding before he finishes his sentence, grasping Sky’s hand in his.
“That doesn’t hurt?” Sky asks, gesturing to where Pai is gripping his hand.
“It’s the other wrist,” Pai holds out his left hand. Sky gingerly wraps his fingers around it, turning it over as if inspecting it for damage.
“What did the doctor say?” he questions.
“Lots of ice and rest, and I have to wear a brace for two weeks.”
“Where’s the brace?” Sky furrows his brow and sets his hand down.
“I took it off to come here,” Prapai shifts, guilty.
“Where is it now?” Sky sounds exasperated, giving him the same look he does whenever Prapai says something he deems ridiculous.
“I left it in my office?” It comes out as a question instead of a statement.
“Okay,” Sky hums, unfolding his legs and standing up from the sofa, nodding towards the door.
“Where are we going?”
“Your office. You should be wearing your brace.”
“I’m sure it’ll be fine for just one night, sweetheart.”
“P’Pai!"
“...Nevermind, let’s go.”

Title: The Roommates: I hate you confession
Tumblr media
-----------------------
After a long day studying with classmates at the university, Sky returned to his dorm exhausted. He could barely walk straight without having back pain from sitting down for so long. Exam periods are always the most challenging time for him. Maintaining good grades required hard work and much effort, and he loved to see his family proud of him.
He heard something that made him stop midway as he turned around the keys to his room. Noise could be heard except for two reasons. Both reasons weren’t pleasing for him. He was at it again. Prapai. His roommate was studying at a different faculty. He was a year ahead of him, and Sky wondered how he would end up with him in the same room. They mostly assigned roommates according to the year of admission. Sky was everything but a lucky person. His bad luck again made him be assigned as his roommate.
Taking a deep breath, Sky banged on the door multiple times as the noises faded behind the door. He didn’t want to burst into the room and see something he would regret for the rest of his life. After a couple of minutes, a young man with fluffy hair that reached his eyes, fair skin, and curious eyes walked out of the room. He was buttoning up his shirt as he looked behind him before leaning in to kiss the villain.
“Sorry for stopping there.” Prapai appeared at the door, wearing nothing but a towel wrapped around his hip. Glancing at Sky, he smirked as he looked back at the small boy, who looked disappointed. “I have to respect my roommate. I will call you later.”
Sky rolled his eyes as he pushed the little boy to access his room. “He will call you never. And probably will bring someone else tomorrow.” Sky spat his words as he pushed Prapai out of the way, who was also blocking his way.
As Prapai closed the door, he turned to look at Sky, who was dropping his belongings on his study table. “Oh, you mad? Are you jealous?” Prapai said teasingly as he walked over and rested his chin on Sky’s shoulder.
“I told you not to touch me without my permission.” Sky flinched as he stepped away from Prapai enough to leave a good personal space between them. His eyes roomed the older guy from head to toe. Prapai was handsome. Sky knew why everyone would want to sleep with him, even if it was just for one night. He hit the gym regularly, so his body was muscular. He had a charming yet annoying smile.
Sky hated this guy’s gut.
Prapai smirked as he stepped back. Both of his hands were in the air in surrender. “Relax. I was playing around.”
“Can you please stop that?” Sky said firmly. Looking at Prapai deadly in the eyes. “You are not living alone in this room. Stop bringing people here, or just… leave.”
“Sorry, little Sky. But I cannot leave.” Prapai said, dropping on his bed. The towel slid slightly, revealing more skin of his tight. “And definitely cannot stop just….” Prapai winked, and Sky angrily looked away as he continued playing with the things on his table.
“I cannot believe the bad luck that made me end up with you.” Sky cursed under his breath, but Prapai heard him clearly, saying: “Such an unpleasant thing.”
“You know,” Prapai straightened up as he said. “You can always leave yourself. You don’t have to stay here. Unless you want to join me too. How do you like this?”
“Shut the fuck up.” Sky frowned at him. “Who would like to join something as dirty and disgusting as this? Unhuman behavior. Animals do not even sleep around as much as you do.”
“That’s a little bit too harsh, Sky.” Prapai’s eyes suddenly darkened. His smile disappeared as his eyes met Sky’s. Sky knew he was a little bit harsh. Prapai was free to do whatever he wanted to do. He felt guilty instantly. Before he could apologize, Prapai stood up and walked to the bathroom, slamming the door behind him. It didn’t concern Sky, no matter what Prapai’s life choices were. He just wanted him to respect the fact that both lived in this room.
That night, Prapai didn’t say another word to Sky. After he took a shower, he went straight to bed without even giving him a chance to Sky to say anything. Sky didn’t know why he felt so guilty. He didn’t know much about Prapai and his life. But for the past six weeks, while living together, Prapai always brought a new person into the dorm. At first, Sky decided to leave the room for him until it was over. However, as time passed, Sky discovered that this room might never feel his at some point. So, he started to talk more about how he didn’t like it. He also had the right to be in his room when he wanted.
Yet, Sky knew that didn’t give him the right to say what he said.
~~
“You said that to him?” Rain’s eyes widened as he looked at his best friend in disbelief.
“He got on my nerve last night.” Sky said, looking at the empty ceiling as he sipped his juice. “He had the nerve to ask me to …” Sky rolled his eyes in annoyance.
“What did he ask you?” Rain asked curiously.
Sky shrugged. “Forget about it.”
“Have you apologized to him?” Rain asked innocently. “I can see you feel guilty about what you said.”
“He was gone by the morning.” Sky sighed, shaking his head. “Why does it have to be him? I am not comfortable at all.”
“Look for another room then.”
“I did. They are all occupied. If I want to find a condo, well, they are expensive.” Sky said as he sipped more of his juice. “That room is my only choice for now.”
“Oh right, the guys are going for a drink tonight. Are you joining?” Rain suddenly said, changing the whole conversation.
“Pass. I must finish the assignment first.”
“You can always do that later. The deadline is still next week.”
“I am not sure.” Sky didn’t like alcohol that much. He hated its taste and how it made him unable to control his body.
“Just this one time. Please,” Rain whined like the little kid he was. And Sky knew if he disagreed, Rain wouldn’t shut up about it.
“Okay fine.”
~~
The moment Sky entered the pub, he instantly regrated it. He should have insisted on not going. The place was full of the smell of cheap perfume and cigarettes. There was a band playing some music at the corner of the pub. Some of their faces were familiar, but he couldn’t remember where he had seen them. Everyone was drinking heavily. Meanwhile, he could only manage a sip from his class. He hated how this tasted.
“Where are you going?” Rain asked, putting his hand on Sky’s shoulder when Sky was just about to stand up.
“Bathroom.” Rain nodded as he withdrew his hand. “Don’t leave. I will drive you home. Just tell me when you want to go.”
“Don’t worry about me.” Sky said, smiling at his friend. “Don’t drive. Ask P’Phayu to pick you up. You are drunk. It’s dangerous.”
“Oh, you are right.” Rain was already tipsy as he nodded, reaching for another glass.
Sky shook his head as he headed to find the bathroom. Along the way, a couple was making out against the wall. Sky rolled his eyes as he walked past them. Ironically at this moment, Prapai crossed his mind. He didn’t get the chance to apologize to him yet. He hadn’t seen or spoken to him since last night. He was probably somewhere pinning someone against the wall, making out with them. Or worse. They could already be in his room.
When Sky reached the bathroom, an unexpectedly tall figure walked out. Prapai’s eyes widened when he noticed Sky. The younger boy could almost swear that he saw Prapai’s lips lifting to a smile. But it was only instantaneous and almost unnoticeable. Without realizing it, Sky was already looking behind Prapai, expecting someone else to be following him out of there.
Scoffing, Prapai rolled his eyes. “I am not an animal to this extent. I have my limits too.”
“Sorry, I didn’t mean….”
“It’s okay.” Prapai cut Sky before he could continue what he wanted to say. Stepping aside to clear the way for him. Before Prapai could walk away, Sky grabbed his hand, stopping him. Prapai’s eyes widened as his head tilted to the side.
Taking a deep breath, Sky opened his mouth to speak when someone wanted to use the bathroom, murmured excuse me as he walked between Sky and Prapai. Sky sighed as he looked at Prapai once more before shaking his head. “I just wanted to apologize about yesterday. I was harsh.”
“Sky…”
“I shouldn’t have said that. I am sorry.” Sky said, not daring to meet his eyes. “I don’t care what you do with your life. Just don’t do it in the room we share.”
Prapai smiled widely, and Sky’s heart clenched. It’s the same annoying yet charming smile that he hated the most.
“You are kind of cute, do you know that?” Prapai said as he ruffled Sky’s hair. He earned a glare from him, but it was worth it.
“The Fuck…” Sky cursed as he pushed Prapai’s hand away. “I told you not to touch me without my permission.”
“Okay, little Sky.”
“Stop calling me that.” Sky frowned as he turned around and walked into the bathroom, leaving Prapai in the hallway.
~~
Rain was already passed out when Sky returned to the table where his friends were sitting. Everyone had already left except for both of them. Reaching for his friend’s phone, he found his boyfriend’s number and called him to pick him up. Sky didn’t have a car and didn’t know how to drive. So, carrying Rain home was an impossible mission for him. It took only 10 minutes for Phayu to arrive. Sky wasn’t sure if Phayu lived close or if this guy was crazy enough to drive high speed to pick up his drunk boyfriend.
“Thank you, sky, for calling me,” Phayu said as he gently tapped his boyfriend’s shoulder. “Rain. Rain. Let’s go home.”
Rain let out small groans as he opened his eyes slowly. “P’Phayu.”
“Yeah, that’s me. Let’s go home, honey.” Phayu said gently as he wrapped Rain’s arm around his should, while his arm wrapped around Rain’s waist holding his small frame tightly to him. “Do you need a ride, Sky?”
“Don’t worry about him. He is leaving with me.” Sky looked behind him to find Prapai. Phayu didn’t move from his place until Sky looked at him and nodded. “Yeah, he is my roommate. I can go home with him.”
When Phayu walked away with Rain, Prapai grabbed a chair and sat beside Sky. “Your friend?”
Sky nodded. “Let’s go home.” Before he could stand up, Prapai stopped him by placing a glass of beer in front of him.
“Let’s have a couple of drinks first.”
“I don’t drink.” Sky said, pushing the glass away. “Especially not around someone like you.”
“What do you mean someone like me?”
“A Playboy.”
“We have been living together for six weeks now. If I wanted to make a move on you, I would have already done that.” Prapai looked at Sky with daring eyes. “I will not use this cheap trick on you. Or on anybody.”
“You will never get me.”
“Don’t be so sure, little Sky. World changes in a blink of an eye.”
“But I will never change. Because I hate your guts. I hate your presence. I hate your rudeness. I hate your shameless behavior. I hate your smile. I hate you.”
“Are you drunk?” Prapai frowned because whatever Sky said now didn’t sound like a declaration of hate.
“I only took one sip of this.” Sky said as he pointed at the glass full of beer. It looks almost untouched. “I am not drunk.”
“Okay fine.” Prapai smiled, shaking his head. Surprisingly, Prapai couldn’t help but find Sky cute that night. He almost forgot why he was so angry with him this whole time. However, this guy he was looking at now seemed not to like him. Something told Prapai that this should change.

Hello All,
The premise for this story devolved from a snowballing prompt of epic proportions courtesy of the Prapaisky discord, which started simply as a discussion around all the many ways poor Prapai and Sky would be walked in on whilst attempting to have sex. I thoroughly enjoyed writing this one, the dialogue was a tonne of fun to write. This is just some wholesome, light-hearted, humorous goodness for you all to enjoy. (There was in fact a much more convoluted plot to this, but I can't for the life of me write sexy scenes very well so I'll spare you all). Enjoy my friends!
Summary:
Sky lets out a startled yelp, burying his face into Prapai’s chest, a palpable heat radiating from his cheeks. Their position is incredibly compromising, and he literally cannot move as it would mean exposing Sky completely. Sky’s cheeks are severely reddened with embarrassment, and he can’t tell if Sky is staring daggers at him with such intensity in an attempt to hold back from crying or from sheer undiluted anger. “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry, I honestly didn’t think anyone was home-” Sky shakes his head once, indignant, before hissing under his voice, “Get out of me first!”

Another older one that I really enjoyed writing because it twisted the narrative and had Phayu pursuing Rain.

Prapai slowly blinked his eyes open in confusion when he had turned in his sleep and reached his arm out for his lover who was supposedly sleeping beside him, only for his limb to fall onto the empty cold mattress.
“Sky?” His voice was still thick with sleep when he called out for the younger boy, hands rubbing the grogginess off of his face before he scanned around the room for the said boy. It almost sent him into a sheer panic when he still couldn’t find him anywhere in the room, but he soon heaved out a sigh of relief as he caught some hushed voice coming from outside the bedroom, possibly the kitchen - he noted. And so he trudged out of the room to follow the source of the noise.
Prapai leaned his body against the kitchen’s door frame with his arms crossed over his bare chest as he peeped at his boyfriend. There Sky was, perched on the countertop with a bowl of cereal sitting in between his thighs, his phone in the grip of his right hand and a spoon in his left hand. At 3:45 in the morning, mind Prapai added. The volume of the phone had been turned down to low but Prapai could still make out some Japanese words coming from it, so Prapai concluded it was most probably one of those animated shows that Sky had enjoyed so much.
Sky had roped him into watching a few episodes of One Piece together months ago, in which Prapai was more than willing to indulge because he was unapologetically a simp for the younger boy. But every single time Sky would end up whining because Prapai was just staring at his face throughout the entire episode instead of actually watching it. In Prapai’s defense, Sky made the prettiest smiley faces ever whenever he got excited, especially if it’s about something he’s very passionate about. His face would practically lit up in pure delight that it would even rival the sunrays. So really, how could Prapai not stare at that. He would have even tattooed that image on his body if he could.
Sky was so engrossed in the anime on his phone that he was completely oblivious of Prapai’s presence nearby, just watching him with utter adoration. When a few minutes went by and Sky still hadn’t noticed Prapai there, Prapai finally decided to make his presence known.
“My love.” Sky jumped in his seat and nearly dropped the spoon he was holding, startled at the sudden voice coming from behind him. Usually Sky wasn’t a scaredy-cat per se, but this time Prapai had really caught him off guard, coming out of nowhere.
He had managed to keep the spoon in his hand however the milk and cereal in it spilled all over his thigh, soiling his sleep cotton shorts.
“Phi Pai!” He gasped out at the older man who had rushed into the kitchen to grab some paper towels and was now striding over to him with a sheepish smile. “I swear to god, Phi Pai, my heart almost fell out of my ass!”
Sky had put his phone away and his lips pursed into a sulky pout when Prapai reached to him, but he still allowed it when Prapai carefully pried his legs open and slotted himself in between them. The bowl was immediately removed from between his now milk-soaked thighs too - to avoid any additional accidents - as Prapai started wiping the wet, sticky spot on his thighs and shorts courtesy of the older man himself.
“I’m sorry, baby.” He offered apologetically as his gentle hands moved in auto-pilot to clean up the mess, tossing the used towels to the side once he was done. And who was Sky to stay upset with the man when he tended to Sky with the utmost care and affection like this.
To everyone else this might have been a small, insignificant gesture. But for someone like Sky, who had been so accustomed to rough treatment and abuse instead, Prapai’s tender touch felt like a whole fairytale dream. A fairytale that Sky often daydreamed about back when he was younger and very much naive when it came to love. A fairytale that was later covered in pitch black clouds when cruel fate led him to his ex-boyfriend. He managed to escape from Gun - or more like Gun had abandoned him and didn’t even give a fuck that he had left the house for good - but the physical and emotional wound Gun inflicted on him had run so deep. For the longest time, Sky had considered himself as broken beyond repair. He was convinced that his fairytale dream would’ve never seen the light ever again. Until Prapai came barging into his life with no warnings or whatsoever. Unironically considering his name, Prapai had come in like a strong wind, blowing the black clouds away from Sky’s fairytale dream so easily that it had caused Sky to spiral into some episodes of crippling anxiety at first. It took a while for Sky to open up. But he did eventually realize that when it came to him, Prapai had been nothing but a gentle breeze. Never in Sky’s right mind would he ever imagine finding someone who loved him as genuinely as Prapai did.
The pout on Sky’s face was replaced with a soft smile in no time. And Prapai returned it with one of his own, mirroring Sky’s smile.
“What’s my baby doing here at almost 4 in the morning, hm?” Thick, muscular arms made their way up to wrap around Sky’s small waist, thumbs stroking Sky’s hips over his sleep shirt. The small action earned a pleased sigh out of Sky.
“I fell asleep too early, and now I'm wide awake.” He chewed on his bottom lip, not liking the way he sounded so whiny to his own ears.
“Do you wanna do your homework, baby? I can accompany you.”
Prapai had the audacity to laugh when Sky elicited a long extended whine with a shake of his head, looking evidently tormented at the mere mention of his homework.
“I’m just bummed that I fell asleep before you arrived.” He huffed out, slightly frustrated at himself.
This week had been a little too chaotic for Sky. He was drowned in countless assignments, presentations and group projects that his conversations and time spent with Prapai was cut too short for his liking. So when he finally settled everything (for the most part) yesterday and got nothing else due this week, the first thing he did was texting Prapai to inform him of the good news and asking him to come over to his dorm. To say that Sky was excited to see Prapai again would be an understatement. He almost rejected Rain and Sig when they offered him to eat together before they all went their separate ways. Fortunately his stomach had growled so loud and begged to be fed that Sky had begrudgingly followed his two friends.
After that he was practically bouncing on his heels as he walked into his dorm room, and he was even singing in the shower just now while he thought of things he could do with Prapai. But apparently Sky had underestimated just how drained he had been this week. The second he settled himself onto the couch to wait for Prapai, it didn’t take long for his body to finally succumb to the fatigue and drift into a deep sleep.
When Prapai walked into Sky’s dorm later that evening, he found Sky still completely knocked out in the living room. Sky didn’t even stir as Prapai gathered him into his arms and carried him to the bedroom so he could sleep more comfortably.
“I…,” He trailed off a little as he lifted his gaze up to meet Prapai’s own attentive eyes, beautiful lean fingers awkwardly fiddling with the drawstrings of Prapai’s pajama shorts.
It had been months since they got together but Sky still found himself having a hard time voicing out his thoughts and feelings. Partly because he didn’t know how to formulate it into proper words, but also because Sky was… simply too embarrassed to say it out loud. Sky had been trying though. Because he knew that words of affirmation were Prapai’s love language. He had seen the way Prapai lit up like a whole christmas tree every time Sky opened up to him.
“You what, sweetheart?” Prapai nodded his head a little, encouraging the younger boy to continue.
“I… miss you.” Cheeks burning up into a few shades of darker red, Sky immediately averted his gaze, opting to stare at his fingers instead. This was the moment Sky wished humans could just read minds instead, so he didn’t have to say things out loud. It’s embarrassing.
“I miss you. I want to talk to you and spend more time with you. But I end up falling asleep.”
Prapai couldn’t help but to coo at that. His boyfriend was being so fucking cute right now he swore his heart almost burst out from the excessive amount of love and adoration he had restored for him in it.
“Aww that’s okay, baby doll. I know how hectic this week has been for you. You needed the rest.” He coiled a finger under Sky’s chin and gently tilted his head up to face him again.
“We can watch a movie now if you want? You don’t have morning class tomorrow anyway.”
“Of course you would remember my class schedules.” Sky mused out loud with an amused chuckle. “But it’s okay, Phi Pai. You should go back to sleep now.”
Prapai’s lips parted to say something in dispute but Sky immediately pressed a finger onto his lips.
“I don’t have to wake up early, but you do. You still have work, Phi Pai.” Sky argued, trying to sound as stern as possible. Not that it was working though, because Prapai was Prapai. That man was so endeared by Sky that nothing Sky did would look intimidating to him.
“I’m not gonna go to bed without you, little one.” He tightened his hold around Sky’s waist and drew him flushed against his chest. Sky’s hands flew to rest on Prapai’s bare shoulders out of instinct, but not before giving his boyfriend a light punch on his upper arm.
“Phi Pai–”
“What if I tire you out so you can go to bed with me, hm?”
A surprised gasp emitted from Sky’s lips as Prapai suddenly sneaked one of his hands underneath Sky’s shirt, grazing his blunt nails on the small of Sky’s back before traveling them around and moving past his lover’s soft stomach in favor of heading straight to his chest. He rubbed the pad of his calloused thumb around Sky’s nipple, grinning mischievously when his boyfriend’s breath hitched at it. If Prapai had a list of things that he loved about Sky, his sensitivity to Prapai’s touch would definitely be at the top of the list.
Sky bit his lip as he stared at his boyfriend for a few seconds, still unconvinced at the proposition. And then Prapai pinched his nipple in between his fingers none too gently, making his body jolt at the sting and a sudden rush of arousal coursing through his vein, moving straight down south to his groin. All his rationale from earlier was instantly getting flushed down the drain when he could feel his cock slowly fattening in his thin shorts. Judging from the way Prapai was smirking at him, he’s pretty sure Prapai had noticed it too.
Curse Prapai for knowing his body so well at this point, and curse his body for being so responsive to Prapai’s touch, no matter how small it was. There was no way he could back out now, not that he really wanted to in the first place anyway. He was just trying to be a thoughtful boyfriend. But he forgot his boyfriend was Prapai. Horny was probably the man’s middle name.
Sky circled his arms loosely around Prapai’s neck, eyes stealing a glance at the older’s full plump lips that he wanted to kiss so badly now before looking back up to meet his eyes. His own lips tugged up into a smirk as he leaned his face closer to Prapai, so close that their lips almost touched when Sky had whispered out, “Deal. Take me now, Phi Pai.”
Prapai wasted no time to capture Sky’s lips with his own, nibbling lightly at his bottom lip before licking the sting away. His tongue slid into Sky’s wet cavern as soon as he was allowed entrance, licking the insides and lapping his wet muscle against Sky’s. Prapai had tilted his head to deepen the kiss, pulling Sky into a deep and sloppy kiss. Sky mewled as he reciprocated the kiss.
They only pulled away from the kiss when their chests were starting to burn from the lack of oxygen, begging desperately for air. Prapai almost whined at the loss of Sky’s lips, wanting to devour those delicious lips some more. But when he saw Sky panting heavily to regain his breath, he chuckled and opted to have some mercy on the younger boy instead. Couldn’t have him pass out this early yet.
Prapai lifted Sky’s arms up instead and ordered him to keep them up, in which Sky obliged before he swiftly pulled Sky’s shirt over and off his body. The shirt was then mindlessly tossed aside onto the kitchen floor.
It was Sky’s favorite pajama shirt - one that he wore a lot because he liked how the soft fabric felt on his skin, to the point that the neckline was starting to wear out - and he opened his mouth to complain but Prapai was faster.
He caught one of Sky’s nipples between his lips and started to suck eagerly; it made Sky’s mind short circuit in an instant. Any complaints he had earlier went vanished as all he could think of right now was how fucking good Prapai’s mouth felt on his bud. The way he swirled his hot tongue around it in a teasing manner before returning to sucking on it again got Sky head lolled back in pleasure, back instinctively arched beautifully as if offering Prapai more access to his body. Prapai took that as an encouragement, so he kept toying with Sky’s nipple some more until it was thoroughly sucked, so raw and red by the time he pulled away.
“Lube is in the room.” Prapai said as he untied the drawstring of Sky’s shorts. He playfully cupped Sky’s crotch over the layer of clothing and rubbed his palm up and down slowly, making Sky grind up into his hand.
“I’m gonna go get it. Condom or no condom, hm?”
Sky chewed on his bottom lip, contemplating just for a brief second. Then he looked up at Prapai with beautiful hazy eyes and replied, “No, please. Wanna feel you in me, and want your cum in me.”
Prapai almost growled at that.
When Prapai returned with a half used bottle of lube in hand, Sky had already moved himself into position; flat on his stomach, bent prettily over the countertop with his perky naked ass on full display, obediently presenting himself to Prapai and earning himself an aroused growl from the man.
Prapai swore Sky had the most breedable back ever.
Prapai could feel his own cock throbbed in need underneath the strain of his shorts. It’s almost painful even, with how hard he was getting now, but he ignored it in favor of attending to his lover first. To Prapai, it’s always about Sky’s pleasure first and foremost.
Prapai spurted a generous amount of lube into his palm while he sauntered over to Sky and settled himself to stand behind him. He grabbed a hold of Sky’s buttcheek in his free hand, groping it none too gently. The action caused Sky to let out a needy moan, albeit a little muffled against his arm which he had tucked under his face to pillow his head from the hard surface.
“Phi Pai…” He turned his face to the side so he could peer at Prapai over his shoulder. A pair of beautiful, lust filled eyes looking up at Prapai, evidently already impatient. Probably only one second away from whining if Prapai didn’t give his body the attention that he badly needed already.
“Shh, I'm here. I got you.” He cooed soothingly at the boy as he leaned down to press soft kisses on the small of Sky’s back, peppering them along Sky’s spine up to his nape before he pulled away.
Sky had mewled and shivered at the ministrations, the press of Prapai’s warm lips on his bare skin sent goosebumps all over him that he whined when Prapai pulled away. But it was soon replaced with a surprised gasp, followed by a string of pleased noises and the curl of his toes as Prapai carefully pushed a slicked finger into his awaiting hole, slowly sliding it up until it was fully buried into him.
The initial intrusion had sting a bit despite the lubrication, but it was nothing Sky wasn’t familiar with. It didn’t last long, anyway. Especially when Prapai’s skilled finger had moved in and out of him at the right pace, making sure he was well adjusted before he added more and more digits into him.
Next thing Sky knew, he was already reduced to a moaning mess with three of Prapai’s fingers shoved easily inside him, opening him wide and loose for Prapai. Sky mewled keenly when Prapai had crooked his fingers just at the right angle, and thrusted them in just at the right depth to press against Sky’s prostate over and over again, stimulating him even more.
“Phi Pai… Phi Pai that’s- that’s enough-” Sky managed to choke out in between hitched breaths, his free hand reaching behind him to catch Prapai’s wrist, though it wasn’t able to stop Prapai from continuing his ministrations.
Sky’s hard little cock that’s squeezed between his legs and the furniture was already oozing with pre-cum. He doubted he could last any longer if Prapai kept going, and he really wanted to come to Prapai’s dick fucking him instead.
And Prapai always said he needed to use his words to get what he wanted…
“Want you… inside… Phi Pai.” Sky looked up at Prapai pleadingly, tears already pooling at the corner of his eyes from how painfully hard his cock was, begging for a release.
Prapai did halt his movement, but kept his fingers inside still as he gazed down at Sky expectantly. Sky bit his bottom lip, averting his gaze and instead burying his face into his arm so Prapai couldn’t see his burning cheeks when he pleaded, with soft voice, “Please, daddy?”
“What did I say before, hm?” Strong fingers threaded into Sky’s soft hair, gripping a fistful of it lightly. Prapai hovered over Sky once again and leaned his face close to Sky’s ear, whispering deeply, “Look at daddy when you’re talking to him, pretty little doll.”
Sky whimpered at the mere use of the nickname. That’s one of the many things Prapai did that easily affected Sky, one that Sky himself couldn’t figure out why. It just happened that Prapai had a knack of using a variety of nicknames on Sky.
Depending on the name, most of the time it made Sky’s heart flutter and his tummy filled with dozens of butterflies. But other times, like right now, especially when Prapai had said it in that deep and domineering tone of  his, it made Sky’s knees turn weak and his head felt so light like he’s floating on cotton clouds.
Not to mention his greedy hole pulsated from the pure arousal.
It didn’t take even a second for Sky to concede, much to Prapai’s satisfaction. Looking all docile as he lifted his pretty face from the crook of his arm, peering over his shoulder again to meet Prapai’s gaze. “W-want your cock inside me. Please, daddy?”
“Good boy.” Prapai rewarded the younger boy with a kiss on his earlobe, knowing very well it was one of his baby’s sensitive spots. Then he gently pulled out his fingers from Sky’s puffy hole, grunting out under his breath when it fluttered, clenching around nothing.
His pajama shorts were shrugged off his legs in record time, allowing his thick cock to finally sprung out from its confinement. Sky’s gaze turned into one of hunger almost in an instant at the sight of his daddy’s cock. Laying heavily in Prapai’s fist as the man coated it with lube and gave it a few experimental strokes. Once he deemed ready, he slotted his rock hard dick in between Sky’s cheeks and pressed them close together as he rocked his hips back and forth. The delicious frictions from where Prapai’s cock is sliding against Sky’s sensitive part got him to shudder visibly. His eyes gradually turned hazy as he purred at the pleasure.
And then Prapai decided to be a menace.
He’s being a mean daddy - Sky whined in his head.
The tip of his cock would graze against Sky’s puckered entrance every time he slid up, but he would purposely move past it and avoid it to edge the boy further. Simply because he liked teasing Sky and watching how the boy would react to his teasings. Like right now, Sky was bucking his ass up in his attempt to chase Prapai’s dick, only for him to give up and emit a pitiful frustrated cry soon after. “Don’t be mean.” He huffed out, complete with the disapproving frown and an adorable pout. It’s so fucking cute and it turned Prapai on even more.
“Okay sorry, my little pup. I won’t be mean anymore.”
Sky swore he felt like the air was knocked out of him when Prapai prodded his cockhead at his hole, and then finally pushed in, breaching past Sky’s ring of muscle. Prapai had been considerate enough of Sky to press in slowly, halting his movement every time Sky had displayed any form of discomfort. No amount of prep would ever be enough to prepare anyone to take in someone of Prapai’s size, if Sky was to be honest.
Sky knew it probably took Prapai a lot of his will to suppress the urge to slam his cock home into Sky, but Prapai managed to do it anyway; letting Sky get properly adjusted to his size until he was able to slide all the way in and was fully sheathed in Sky’s warmth.
A string of moans mixed with some curses escaped from Prapai’s lips. Sky felt so warm, tight and snug around his cock, squeezing him at all the right places as if his walls were especially molded for Prapai’s cock. And he was met with barely any resistance when he started to move. His hands found purchase on the dip of Sky’s hips with a bruising grip as he slowly pulled his cock out, leaving just the tip in, only for him to slam back inside in one swift, practiced movement.
“Oh, fuck-” Sky could only moan helplessly as Prapai continued to thrust in and out of him; going slow at first then gradually picking up his pace, and fucking into Sky rather gently at first and then his movement becoming more and more rough.
Sky’s hand scrambled around to grab onto something, anything. But there’s nothing available around him and the surface of the countertop was too slippery for him to grip. Noticing his struggle, Prapai caught the hand by the wrist and folded it behind him, holding it firmly there to restrain him from using the hand anymore.
“You have no idea how fucking pretty you look right now, baby.” He breathed out as he pounded roughly into Sky that the boy jolted from the impact. It kinda hurt the way the edge of the counter digged at his skin, but the way Prapai was fucking into him had felt so overwhelmingly good that he couldn’t be bothered about anything else.
Just Prapai’s thick hot dick inside him, rearranging his guts, and his balls slapping against his own, adding to the stimulation.
Prapai’s tongue darted out to lick his own lip as he watched the way his entire length easily disappeared into Sky’s hole, reemerging soon after with a lewd squelch that echoed throughout the kitchen alongside the skin-slapping noises and their heavy breathings. The sight made his blood rush down south to his groin, throbbing and leaking inside Sky.
“Taking in daddy’s cock so well.” Thrust.
Sky’s lips parted in silent moans - with drool leaking out from the corner of his lips too - and his thighs shook when the tip of Prapai’s cock hit dead on against his prostate every single time he thrusted in. At this point Prapai was really so well versed with Sky's body that he could easily find Sky’s spot even with closed eyes.
“All dumb and drooly because of daddy’s cock.” Thrust.
“Like you were born exactly for this.” Thrust.
That was one hard thrust, making Sky’s eyes roll back from pure bliss. Maybe Sky was indeed made to take Prapai’s cock. Whenever and wherever the man wanted to.
Prapai lifted one of Sky’s thighs, hooking an arm under the knee to keep the leg up to spread Sky open even more. This new position allowed him to drive his rock hard dick even deeper into Sky.
Sky clenched hard around Prapai’s cock, his spent and used body squirming from the intense pleasure. But it still wasn’t enough. His neglected cock was hard and twitching between his legs, begging for some attention. He’s so so so close but he needed to be touched there. Thus he untucked the hand from underneath his head and reached down for it but Prapai immediately swatted his hand.
“Daddy… please…”
“Are you close, my pup?” Prapai asked, sounding a little breathless himself, and Sky nodded his head eagerly.
“Me too, baby.” Without breaking their contact, Prapai snuck an arm around Sky’s middle and pulled the boy up into standing position with his back pressed flat against his chest. He kept the arm secured there to hold Sky up, knowing for sure his legs were already too wobbly to stand on his own.
“You can cum now. Be a good boy and cum for daddy.” Thick warm fingers coiled around Sky’s dick and started pumping it up and down in time with Prapai’s relentless thrusts. The double stimulation was starting to overwhelm Sky, making him loll his head back on Prapai’s shoulder and his hands grip on Prapai’s muscular arms for purchase.
Prapai rubbed the pad of his thumb on Sky’s tip and it didn’t take long before Sky finally reached his orgasm with a drawl out moan. His body stiffened in Prapai’s hold and his legs shook uncontrollably when he spurted his cum against the furniture and all over Prapai’s fist that was still moving to stroke his cock, but at a slow pace now to help milking out every drop of Sky’s cum.
Prapai’s own release came soon after. A groan emitted from under his breath as he pulled Sky close against him, his face buried into the crook of Sky’s exposed neck as he shot his warm seeds deep into him, painting his insides white and stuffing him so full. Sky mewled in pure bliss and shuddered visibly when Prapai continued to thrust lightly into him for a few more moments to ride out his own orgasm.
Their chests heaved up and down as they pant lightly, trying to catch their breaths. Sky could faintly hear Prapai whispering sweet praises into his ears, but he was too fucked out to listen properly, so he just hummed softly in content, eyes becoming heavy from exhaustion.
“Let’s clean up a little, yeah?” Sky whined while shaking his head, still not ready to move. Prapai just chuckled at that and pressed a chaste kiss onto Sky’s shoulder before carefully detaching himself from him. He pulled out of Sky’s hole with a lewd pop sound, thick white liquid leaking out of the boy and dripping down his thigh.
Prapai used his foot to grab one of the clothes that he had tossed aside earlier so he could use it to wipe Sky’s thigh. Too worn out to do anything, Sky just let Prapai maneuver him around as he slowly dozed off to sleep.
When he sleepily blinked his eyes open again, Prapai was gently placing him down onto the bed. Apparently while he had nodded off Prapai had managed to wipe his body clean and put a fresh new shirt on him. He had even asked Sky to take a few sips from the drink he brought, wanting to keep Sky hydrated.
Sky’s heart fluttered at that. Prapai was such a good caretaker. He’s everything that Sky had prayed for and more.
Sky settled himself under the blanket, rolling over to Prapai’s side and snuggling against the man’s broad chest with a sated sigh. The warmth radiating from the man’s bare skin brought comfort to him, and the sound of his heart beat against his ear felt like a soothing lullaby, making him yawn and flutter his eyes closed. Prapai draped an arm loosely around his waist as the other hand caressed Sky’s hair comfortingly.
“Phi Pai…” Sky mumbled quietly, already struggling to stay awake, but he’s determined to say this.
“Yes, my beautiful angel Sky.”
Sky felt soft lips on his forehead.
“T’morrow… let’s go out ‘n eat t’gether… a date…” Sky slurred out groggily, voice so small it was barely audible, though luckily Prapai was still able to decipher it. Prapai smiled, endeared.
Sky had already drifted off to sleep, but Prapai replied anyway.
“Mhm, let’s do that. I love you, my Sky.”

prompted on PaiSky discord server by @prapaiskymissinghours. the prompt was:
after all this time?
always.
it’s a very short drabble, around 300 words :)
after all this time?
Sky observed Prapai who observed him with that goofy smile on his face.
They lay in their bed, waited, a mess of limbs tangled together. Their breathing was slowly calming down after a crazily passionate good morning they’d just had, their hands tracing invisible patterns on each other’s bodies. Rising sun peeking through curtains, placing gentle kisses on Sky’s back, creating a soft halo around him.
Looking at Sky, his skin glowing, hair tousled, Prapai was awestruck, just like he was yesterday and the day before, and all other days for the last twenty years; the only difference was that he felt it stronger than before. Each day it hit him harder: how beautiful Sky was, how ethereally happy their life was, how fulfilled Prapai felt. Simply being able to wake up to his husband next to him and go to sleep cradling him in his arms, eating breakfast with him and their three kids—it was more than enough. It was more than he’d ever wished for.
His small perfect world, with his perfect Sky smiling gently at him. “You look like a love struck teen,” Sky teased with a laugh.
“Maybe I am.”
“You’re too old to be a teen, dummy. And so in love.” Sky rolled his eyes and placed a kiss on Prapai’s lips.
“Being nearly fifty isn’t too old! I’m in my prime!” Prapai pouted. It made him look a couple of years younger. “And I’m still so in love.” He looked at Sky like a hurt puppy. How could his husband even doubt it?
“Are you?”
“Yes.”
“Really?”
“Of course!”
“After all this time?”
“Always.” Prapai pulled him closer and bit his neck playfully. “Forever,” he whispered and peppered Sky with thousands of kisses, relishing in his husband’s happy, blissful laughter.
Always, forever, and beyond.

Marry You
Read on AO3
Summary: Prapai had told Sky that he was willing to wait until he was ready to propose to him. Three years later, Sky's ready, but he decides to take matters into his own hands and pop the question himself.
“Do you promise?”
“Yes, yes, I promise, now tell me!”
“Rain. Do you promise?”
Rain groaned, slumping in his seat. He straightened up and looked Sky directly in the eyes. “Sky. I promise I will not tell P’Payu. I will not tell P’Pai. I will not tell anyone unless you say it’s okay. Please, tell me?”
“Okay,” Sky finally acquiesced. He hesitated for a moment longer before dropping the bomb. “I’m proposing.”
Rain gasped, eyes going wide with excitement and letting out a high-pitched shriek.
“No telling,” Sky reminded him, wagging a finger in his direction.
“No telling,” Rain agreed, holding his hands up defensively. He squirmed in his seat for a moment, biting his lip before he spoke. “Would it be that bad if I told P’Payu?”
“Rain!”
“Right, right no telling,” Rain whined, looking put out. “I’m so bad at keeping secrets,” he complained. “Why would you tell me this?”
“I need you to help me with the ring,” Sky replied patiently, stifling a laugh at the way Rain’s eyes lit up at those words.
“Yes, let’s go shopping!” Rain’s joy was infectious, and Sky inadvertently let out a smile.
“Not shopping, exactly,” Sky explained. “I want to ask P’Plerng if he’ll design it. I think it’s more meaningful that way.”
“That’s so sweet,” Rain cooed, hands going over his heart in an over-dramatic fashion. “Did you already tell him?” Sky nodded in response.
“Now I have to worry about both of you saying something,” Sky sniffed. “The odds are not looking good.”
“But I promised not to say anything,” Rain whined, crossing his arms petulantly.
“And?” Sky raised an eyebrow, causing Rain to pout further and kick him lightly under the table. Sky kicked him back, not one to let that sort of thing go, and it quickly devolved from there. Eventually, once they’d stopped kicking each other, Rain leaned forward eagerly, wrapping his hands around his coffee. “So…” he started. “You’re proposing.”
“I thought we’d established this,” Sky deadpanned.
“Yeah, yeah,” Rain waved him off. “I always saw P’Pai proposing, that's all. I’m surprised he managed to wait this long.”
“Well…” Sky dragged the word out and Rain sat bolt upright, sensing more information.
“What? What?”
“He didn’t officially propose, but we did talk about it…”
Rain gasped, waggling his eyebrows ridiculously. “When?”
“Remember when we took that trip to Rayong?”
“That was forever ago!” Rain’s voice was indignant, betrayal written all over his face.
“Well, he didn’t actually propose,” Sky justified. “He just said that he would once I was ready.”
“Awww,” Rain cooed. “And now you are!”
“Yes,” Sky affirmed, feeling uncharacteristically shy. “I thought…if I was the one to propose, he’d know for sure that I’m ready.” That got another round of squeals from Rain, causing Sky to roll his eyes affectionately at his best friend. It didn’t end there, Rain was nearly insufferable until they left the coffee shop, grabbing his arm and shrieking every time Sky so much as alluded to the proposal.
A few days later, Sky showed up at Plerng’s studio, Rain tagging along.
“Nong Sky!” came the greeting, along with a very enthusiastic embrace.
“It’s good to see you, P’Plerng,” Sky returned the hug. He had initially been surprised by how much Prapai’s family seemed to love him, but in time, he had come to return their sentiments.
“So!” Plerng clapped his hands together excitedly. “We’re designing today?”
Sky nodded in affirmation and Rain grinned widely, pulling playfully on his arm.
“What did you have in mind?” Plerng asked,  and Sky dove straight into his explanation. He’d been thinking about it for a while. If he was being honest, he’d started thinking about it after Prapai had told him he would someday propose. He was leaning towards platinum, which Plerng agreed with right off the bat.
“It suits his skin tone,” he explained, showing them a variety of metals to choose from. He’d also been considering a way to incorporate the wind symbol he’d drawn on Prapai so long ago, but he didn’t want anything gaudy. Plerng nodded through his explanation before grabbing a simple platinum band. “What about something like this?” he offered. “And I could engrave the wind symbol on the interior?”
“That’s so cute,” Rain cooed, peering over Sky’s shoulder.
“It’s perfect,” Sky confirmed, prompting both Rain and Plerng to pull on his arms in excitement. “Can you keep it here until I need it?” he asked, turning to face Plerng. “I’m afraid P’Pai will find it if I try to hide it at our place.” Plerng agreed easily, and Sky felt a little flutter inside at the thought that once the ring was done, all he had to do was…ask.
The nerves remained for the next few days or so, firmly fixed in place until Plerng called him up to tell him that the ring was done. He stopped by after work, just to check that it was all right. He looked it over calmly, until Plerng tilted it so he could see the symbol on the inside. Something about that symbol, the one Prapai had used to show his commitment to Sky, permanently etched into a wedding ring…it made Sky feel like the world was moving without him for a moment. He took a deep breath, running his thumb over the engraving.
“It’s perfect,” he said, echoing his earlier words, all the more true for being able to actually hold the ring in his hands.
“Good,” Plerng let out a sigh, relief coloring his words. “No pressure or anything,” he laughed.
Sky laughed, too, and hugged him before he left, unable to keep a wide smile off his face. He’d need to get himself in check before he got home, or Pai would immediately want to know what was going on.
Apparently, he was able to do so, as Prapai greeted him casually when he returned home. Or rather, casually for the two of them, which generally involved Pai hurling himself at Sky and refusing to let go until it was time to eat. Once they’d eaten, Sky brought up the idea of a trip, trying to sound nonchalant. As he expected, Prapai jumped on it at once, always eager to indulge Sky on the rare occasions that he didn’t protest Pai spending his money on him.
“You mean it?” Prapai asked, looking like an overeager puppy. Sky nodded, unable to keep a small smile off his face, and Pai basically tackled him, wrapping him up in his arms and refusing to let go. “Where do you want to go?” he questioned, tucking his chin on top of Sky’s shoulder and pulling him in closer. “Anywhere you want, sweetheart.”
“Where do you want to go?” Sky countered. He knew exactly where he wanted to go, but he didn’t think he could suggest it, convinced Prapai would figure out what he was up to. Pai hummed, considering, as he absentmindedly ran his hand across Sky’s back.
“How far do you wanna go?” he asked eventually, flicking his eyes up to meet Sky’s.
“Not too far,” Sky replied, trying to sound casual. “I don’t want to take up too much time driving.”
“Beach or mountains?”
“Beach,” Sky answered at once, before realizing he should play it off a little. “You know how much I love the beach,” he added, pressing a quick kiss to the side of Pai’s head to distract him. If the expression on his face was anything to go by, it worked completely. The wheels in his head kept turning, trying to figure out how else to narrow it down, how to convince Pai that they should go to—
“Rayong?” Prapai suggested. Sky immediately sunk all his efforts into keeping a straight face. “As long as you don’t run off without me again.”
“P’Pai!” Sky reprimanded, swatting his arm lightly. “That was one time. But, yes, that sounds nice.” It sounded more than nice, but he didn't want to ruin the surprise for Prapai.
They left for the beach about a week later, and Sky stopped to pick up the ring from Plerng the day before, hiding it carefully in his luggage. When they arrived, exhausted from the trip, Sky decided it wasn’t the right time, checking to make sure the ring was still where he’d stowed it. The two of them had a lazy evening, ordering room service and taking a bath together before heading to bed.
The next day, Prapai dragged him to the beach for most of the afternoon, following a leisurely brunch. Sky brought up the idea of dinner, pleased when Prapai suggested a nice restaurant. It worked nicely with his plan, and Pai couldn’t be suspicious of his own ideas. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect, romantic without being too much, just what he wanted. Sky limited himself to one glass of wine to settle his nerves, not wanting to go overboard and risk messing up the speech he had planned. Luckily, Prapai didn’t seem to notice, too invested in their conversation.
As dinner came to a close, Prapai suggested dessert, which Sky casually refused. Though Prapai didn’t know it, he’d already arranged for kanom pra pai to be delivered to the hotel room while they were gone, to (hopefully) celebrate their engagement. He suggested a walk on the beach instead, and Pai lit up at the idea, causing Sky to smile fondly.
It wasn’t too dark, yet, and the weather was exactly how Sky liked it. Warm, but with enough of a breeze that it wasn’t stifling, the sounds of the ocean in his ears. They walked along the shore for a while, holding hands and enjoying each other’s company. Sky had been nervous all evening, but he finally felt something settle, and he suddenly felt nothing but sure of himself. He stopped, mentally reviewing his words.
“P’Pai,” he tugged on Pai’s hand gently, causing him to turn back towards him. Prapai tilted his head at him, giving him a questioning glance. Sky focused on his speech, knowing what he wanted to say to Prapai. He’d written it out beforehand, of course, wanting to make sure Prapai understood how he was feeling and that this was what he truly wanted. He took a deep breath before beginning, “I love you.”
Prapai beamed, a smile lighting up his face. “I love you, too, my Sky,” he took a step forward and kissed him softly. Which…was very sweet, but not part of Sky’s plan.
He broke the kiss gently and continued, “I love you, and I love being with you. I never want to be without you. I want to take care of you and I want you to take care of me. I know you said you’d wait until I was ready, but I didn’t want you to have any doubt that I am. I’m ready for the rest of my life, and I want the rest of my life to be spent by your side.” He took another steadying breath and slipped a hand into his pocket, pulling out the box with the ring and opening it. Prapai glanced down, eyes wide and welling with tears. “I love you, P’Pai. Will you marry me?”
“Yes!” Prapai wailed immediately, wrapping his arms around Sky. “Obviously, yes, I—shit!” he shoved a hand in his pocket, pulling out an identical box, to Sky’s surprise. He opened it, revealing a simple ring in the same platinum, the wind symbol elegantly worked into the design. “I was going to—” he started desperately, breaking off into tears again. Sky laughed, pulling him back into an embrace. It was fitting, honestly, that they would be so in sync as to plan their proposals for the same evening. “I love you,” Prapai told him earnestly. “I had a whole speech!”
“Was it good?” Sky asked, teasing.
“Yours was better,” Pai returned warmly, kissing him again. “I love you,” he added again, his tone enamored. “We’re getting married!” He couldn’t keep the awe and excitement from his tone, not that Sky could blame him.
“We’re getting married,” Sky echoed softly, squeezing his eyes shut and leaning his head against Prapai’s chest. Strong arms wrapped around him, holding him in tight, and he took another deep breath.
They eventually headed back to the hotel room, Prapai stopping to kiss him every few minutes. When they finally arrived, Prapai took one look at the kanom pra pai and burst into tears all over again. Sky tried his best not to laugh, despite knowing it would only be in endearment. They sat on the floor and ate the dessert, Prapai grabbing his hand every so often and kissing his engagement ring.
“They really go together, don’t they?” Sky observed, holding his hand out next to Prapai’s.
“Just like us,” Pai waggled his eyebrows and Sky rolled his eyes, biting back a smile.
“I mean it! They’re the same color and size, and they both have the wind symbol,” he noted, tilting his head to the side.
“Mine doesn’t,” Praipai frowned in confusion, giving Sky a questioning glance.
“It’s on the inside,” Sky grabbed his hand, wiggling the ring off and ignoring Pai’s whine of protest. “See?” He tilted the ring enough for Prapai to be able to see the engraving on the inside. After Pai was silent for a few seconds, he chanced a look at his face, unsurprised when he realized he was tearing up again. He slid the ring back on and pressed a kiss to the side of Prapai’s forehead, stroking a hand through his hair. “P’Plerng did a good job, huh?” He prodded, wanting to make Pai smile.
“How’d you know it was him?” Pai questioned, causing Sky to raise an eyebrow.
“Because I asked him to design it?”
“What?” Prapai asked, looking even more lost. “Your own ring?”
“What? No. Your ring,” Sky explained, gesturing at Pai’s hand.
“Oh,” Pai had a look of dawning realization. “He designed yours, too.”
“Wait…” Sky started. “So he knew all along? I even told him I was proposing on this trip.”
“I did, too!” Prapai huffed indignantly.
“I can’t believe he was designing them at the same time,” Sky laughed a little. “No wonder they match.”
“You’ve had this for three years?” Prapai asked, holding his hand up to show the ring.
“No, it’s only been done for about a week,” Sky gave Pai a questioning look, and he colored in response. Sky thought about it for a moment before it sank in. “You got me an engagement ring three years ago?”
“Maybe?” Prapai squeaked out, looking unsure of how he’d backed himself into this corner.
“P’Pai!”
“Don’t be mad!” Prapai pouted for a second. “I just knew that I’d need it,” he grinned, pressing a quick kiss to the corner of Sky’s mouth.
“I can’t believe you,” Sky complained. “We had not been dating long enough for that.”
“That’s why I waited to give it to you,” Pai explained earnestly. “I wanted you to be ready.”
Sky looked him over, considering, before sighing and giving in. He kissed Pai softly before drawing back a bit, pressing their foreheads together. “I am ready.” And he was.
