Strawberry: What was the first thing that you remember coming up with about this Wip? Was it a feeling? A character?

I've said this before I think but I almost always come up with a character first. For the Rubicon, it was definitely Carmen and Chase; Carmen was the protagonist for like ten years until I suddenly realized she wasn't supposed to be at all. I had a whole cast of characters before I had anything even resembling a plot (sob emoji)

Ginger: Who is your most Responsible Oc, how old are they, how much coffee do they need to survive, and how many hours of sleep do they get? (We know it's not a lot)

I think that depends on how you view responsibility! Thinking about the Rubicon again, I'd say Chase is a remarkably responsible dude. He runs a whole business and manages his personal life in a very responsible (albeit super unhealthy) way to keep everything in his life a particular way. But responsibility isn't always a good thing, haha. He's 28, he doesn't actually drink coffee much despite running a cafe but he runs on tea, and he does not get very much sleep at all. He's plagued by insomnia and guilt and nightmares so a good night is probably 4-5 hours for him.

Croissant: Which of your Ocs is the most difficult to write?

I already answered this one for my fantasy wip, so let's do a 3 for 3 for the Rubicon! I think Elliot&co is a difficult character to write, but especially Elliot himself. I know so much more about his alters (he has Dissociative Identity Disorder) than I do about him, and his sense of self is very weak. I think he's hard to write because the way I perceive him has changed so much in 12 years but I'm still trying to write original Elliot instead of current Elliot, I think? man. I probably wouldn't have thought about that if you hadn't asked, so thank you!!
