Each one of us is unique and we have skills and limitations of our own. One can write, but is never able to speak in public. Others can speak eloquently but can't write. Some have designing skills or are good at sewing or cooking.
Whatever it is, we should take advantage of the blessings Allah bestowed upon us and do our best with it for ourselves and those around us.
If you are not able to start a big project, then do something small such as helping a neighbor or giving a single reminder calling people to do good. The Prophet (may peace and blessings be upon him) said even a friendly word is charity.
There are people who might be going through difficult times or are feeling sad for some reason. Pay attention to the unhappy people you may know, perhaps a small act of kindness will bring joy to their hearts.
Our time is ticking and every second matters, so we should not look at our limitations and let them prevent us from doing something. Rather, we should do all the good we can to make the scale heavy.
Narrated by Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه):
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Two blessings that many people do not make good use of: free time and good health." (Musnad Ahmad, 3207)

If the birds could carry us:
A powerful reminder for myself and everyone else ⬇️
Usamah bin Zaid (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "A man will be brought on the Day of Resurrection and will be cast into Hell, and his intestines will pour forth and he will go round them as a donkey goes round a millstone.
The inmates of Hell will gather round him and say: 'What has happened to you, O so-and-so? Were you not enjoining us to do good and forbidding us to do evil?'
He will reply: 'I was enjoining you to do good, but was not doing it myself; and I was forbidding you to do evil, but was doing it myself".
