R.C. Gorman, Moon River, lithograph
R.C Gorman was an internationally recognized queer Navajo artist and namesake of the R.C Gorman Navajo Gallery of Sedona in 2016, the fourth of its kind, with the first being in Taos, New Mexico where he lived and worked until his death in 2005. A prolific third-generation artist, he was friends with Andy Warhol and Elizabeth Taylor and became a mainstream artist in his lifetime, yet always prioritized sticking to his roots and representing his culture. Dawn Walker, the Sedona gallery’s manager, told Sedona Monthly that “his work bridge[d] the gap between avant-garde and commercial art.”. He was also dubbed the “Picasso of American Indian Artists” by the New York Times. His lithographs often feature Navajo women admiring, or at least in the midst of, the beautiful Arizona landscape. Recurring backdrops include where he used to tend sheep with his grandmother and aunts, in Canyon de Chelly, where he’d often draw on sand, mud, rocks and sculpted with clay. His grandmother, who he also lived with, encouraged him to become an artist while equipping him with the stories of his artist ancestors and Navajo legends.
His tranquil scenes of Indigenous life sometimes verge on the surreal, creating a mystical, dreamy scene for the viewer to fall into. The role of the woman here honours Indigenous women as earth nurturers. Gorman’s stylistic tendencies borrow from Navajo pottery design and Mexican murals, re-interpreting and re-contextualizing them in these paintings. His work was important in shaping the modern Indigenous artistic aesthetic, and became highly influential for contemporary Indigenous artists today.

Darryl W. Henning (Henning Art Studio) is a local artist selling prints and commissioned art.
About Me:
I'm a third generation artist. Bought my first Airbrush in 1977, found it to be a fascinating tool and control came easy. We opened retail stores after my Air Force jaunt after high school, an airbrushed my way to doing custom pieces for people all over the world. My Brother, Dad (second generation artist) and I ran and did all the artwork for 3 retail stores through the late 80's and 90's and into retirement in 2008. After a few decades of retirement, I've decided to get back to what I love, painting. I'm here to offer my artwork in print form, any size. I work mostly in Watercolor, Colored Pencil, Pen and Ink, Charcoal, Pencil.
Giclée Printing
What is Giclée printing and what do giclée prints mean to artists and photographers?
Giclee (pronounced Gee’clay) is a French term meaning to spray or squirt, which is how an inkjet printer works. However, it is not the same as a standard desktop inkjet printer, and is much larger and more detailed. Giclee prints can be a little over a meter wide and are printed on high quality archival papers. Giclee is the best way to produce archival reproductions of your fine art and photography.
Do Giclee printers use ordinary printers inks?
No. We use only brand name, special light-fast inks. Our inks are archival certified and if treated properly, will last a lifetime. My original 's are professionally large format photographed.
What kind of printing paper is used for Giclee prints?
My Giclee prints are printed on original watercolor paper or they can be canvas printed at extra price.

“DeGrazia had the right idea all along. His whole idea was to bring some beauty into the lives of people who can’t afford original artworks.” – R.C. Gorman, famed Navajo artist.

I hate to do this, showing off the sole of Frieda Reiss’s barefeet are rare common for foot fetish art, and especially for feet tickling fetishized community who always obsessed with other female characters of the Attack on Titan series.
However I couldn’t stopped thinking about drawing (and even painting) Frieda Reiss from Attack on Titan with her barefooted sense. But like I said before, her feet and her appearance is very rare to find here.
So as result, I rather have new thoughts by drawing her in digital media with line art after I did sketches, and finally painting in not just a base-like lined, but also painting a whole landscape while I was paying homage to the Navajo painter named R.C. Gorman who is actually well known about drawing and painting navajo women with her feet showing in the foreground and especially painting the whole landscape or non-landscape background.
By the way, since a lot of female characters such as Mikasa, Historia, Sasha, Ymir and many more are presented as foot fetishized of ether tickling or worship her feet, why not giving Frieda’s love (please).
Frieda Reiss from Attack on Titan/Shingeki no Kyojin belongs to Hajime Isayama.
