Indulge in a guilt-free treat with this Raw Chocolate Brownie Fruit Pizza. The rich, chocolatey crust is topped with a creamy cashew chocolate sauce and fresh fruits for a delicious and healthy dessert.
Ingredients: 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted. 1 cup almonds. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. 1/4 cup shredded coconut. Pinch of salt. 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked and drained. 1/4 cup pure maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Assorted fresh fruits e.g., strawberries, kiwi, banana, blueberries. 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs.
Instructions: In a food processor, combine dates, almonds, cacao powder, shredded coconut, and a pinch of salt. Process until mixture forms a sticky dough. Press the dough into a pizza shape on a parchment paper-lined tray or plate. Make it as thin or thick as you like for the crust. In a blender, blend soaked cashews, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. This is your chocolate sauce. Spread the chocolate sauce over the crust evenly. Decorate the pizza with sliced fresh fruits and sprinkle with cacao nibs. Place the pizza in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Slice, serve, and enjoy your Raw Chocolate Brownie Fruit Pizza!

Savor the decadence of a Paleo dessert without feeling guilty! Rich chocolate and vanilla flavors are combined with a cool pop of mixed berries in this raw cake. It's vegan, gluten-free, and incredibly tasty.
Ingredients: 1 cup almonds. 1 cup dates, pitted. 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract. 1 cup mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries. 1/4 cup maple syrup or agave nectar. Pinch of sea salt. Coconut flakes and fresh berries for garnish.
Instructions: Almonds should be finely ground into crumbs in a food processor. To the food processor, add the dates, shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, raw cacao powder, vanilla extract, and a small pinch of sea salt. Mix the ingredients until they come together. To form the cake crust, press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a lined cake pan. Blend together mixed berries and maple syrup or agave nectar in a blender. Pour this berry sauce over the crust in the cake pan after blending until it's smooth. To ensure it sets, place the cake in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours. Pinch of salt. 1 cup gluten-free almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Fresh orange slices and zest for garnish.
Instructions: In a food processor, combine soaked cashews, coconut cream, fresh orange juice, maple syrup, vanilla extract, orange zest, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. In a separate bowl, mix gluten-free almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. Press the almond flour mixture evenly into the bottom of each liner to form the crust. Pour the orange cream cheese mixture over the crust in each liner. Place the muffin tin in the freezer and let it set for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Before serving, garnish with fresh orange slices and zest. Raw koláčky z "marcipánového" těsta

Ingredience:
Na 18 malých koláčků
Těsto:
150 g neloupaných přírodních mandlí
115 g neslazených vypeckovaných datlí
Náplně:
25 g vlašských ořechů - na 2 koláčky
1/2 malého jablka +skořice a pár kapek citronové šťávy - na 5 koláčků
50 g sušených švestek - na 3 koláčky (včetně 1-2 lžic do makové náplně)
30 g máku + 1-2 lžíce švestkové náplně - na 4 koláčky
30 g kokosu + trošička rýžového nebo jiného hodně hustého a světlého sirupu a kokosového oleje - na 4 koláčky
rozinky a mandle (nejlépe sloupnuté namočené původně neloupané) na ozdobu
Postup:
Mandle si namočte s trochou citrónové šťávy den předem přes noc, vlašské ořechy taky. Druhý den ořechy slijte a mandle oloupejte. Poté je rozmixujte skoro na mouku, přidejte nakrájené datle a mixujte, dokud se nespojí v těsto. Z těsta vytvarujte 18 kuliček a z nich malé koláčky. Na chvíli si dejte namočit švestky (pokud je to potřeba) a rozmixujte je dohladka. Vše potřebné na náplně rozmixujte (suché ingredience vždy první) nebo nastrouhejte a rozdělte na koláčky. Nakonec koláčky ozdobte rozinkami a mandlemi nebo čím chcete a dejte je na chvíli chladit do lednice, pak můžete podávat. Uchovávejte je maximálně 5 dní v lednici, případně by se daly i zamrazit.

❇️ Raw Carrot Cake ▫️ ➖ Base Ingredients: 🔵 10 dates 🔵 1.5 cup shredded carrots 🔵 1 tbsp vanilla pea protein (optional vanilla powder + t tbsp more oat flour) 🔵 1 tsp cinnamon 🔵 ½ tsp ginger extract 🔵 ¼ tsp salt 🔵 1 cup coconut milk (or any other milk of choice) 🔵 2 cup oat flour ▫️ ➖ Frosting Ingredients: 🔵 1 cup boiled cashews (if you want nut-free could make it with coconut meat) 🔵 1 cup coconut cream 🔵 3 tbsp agave syrup (or soft dates) ▫️ ➖ Instructions: 📍 Mix all of the ingredients for the base except the oat flour. 📍 Add the oat flour to the mixture. 📍 Put the dough in a form and chill in the fridge while making the frosting. 📍 Boil the cashews for 15 minutes. 📍 In a mixer, add the cashews, coconut cream and agave syrup. 📍 Pour the frosting over the cake. Before and after shots of these blackberry coconut ice cream bars...didn't even last 5 minutes 😏 I blended up 1 can of coconut milk and coconut cream (both refrigerated) and sweetened with date paste, maple syrup, blackberries and vanilla bean powder, then froze overnight on top of a raw cookie base (dates, almonds, cacao, desiccated coconut, molasses) 10/10 would recommend 🙌🏼

Ingredience:
Do formy o průměru 18 cm
175 g mixu sušených neslazených vypeckovaných datlí, sušených moruší a sušených nesířených meruněk (pro low carb verzi můžete nahradit stejným množstvím kešu, které pak namočíte, a dvěma lžícemi mletého zlatého lnu)
110 g přírodních mandlí
125 g přírodních kešu ořechů
15 g kokosového oleje
400 ml plechovka kokosového mléka (nepoužijete celou!)
65 g hořké (raw) čokolády + na ozdobu
25 g (raw) kakaa
Postup:
Kešu si dejte namočit přes noc do vody s citrónovou šťávou. Plechovku s kokosovým mlékem dejte také minimálně přes noc chladit do lednice. Druhý den kešu propláchněte a slijte. Vyložte si dno formy pečícím papírem, boky vymažte kokosovým olejem. Nejprve umixujte mandle na hrubou mouku, pak přidejte nakrájené sušené ovoce a mixujte, dokud se vše nespojí v těsto. To pak upěchujte do formy na tenkou vrstvu (4-5 mm) s asi 3-4 cm vysokým okrajem. Kešu, kokosový olej, pevnou část kokosového mléka, čokoládu a kakao rozmixujte na hladký krém. Můžete opatrně přidávat tekutou část kokosového mléka podle potřeby. Krém pak nalijte na korpus, uhlaďte nebo formou lehce zatřeste, aby se krém srovnal a dejte minimálně na 30 min do mrazáku. Pak pomocí nože odlepte okraje dortu od formy, vyndejte a ozdobte nastrouhanou čokoládou. Dort nakrájejte a podávejte dokud je chladný. Dobrou chuť!
